Enjoy the ultimate in convenience when you stay in one of our large one bedroom condos at Fireside. Village, shops, restaurants, and events are only steps away, without the noise or parking hassles. Think of it - the perfect powder day, and no digging out your car, or waiting for a packed shuttle bus - just stroll over to the gondola! Fireside 112 is a newly renovated first floor condo that features a cozy décor with all the comforts of home. There is a king bed in the bedroom, and a great queen sleeper sofa in the living room across from the wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped, and the large deck has a gas grill. There is a flat screen TV with DVD, wireless high internet access, and a second flat screen in the bedroom. Towels and linens are provided. The condo has wireless high speed internet. Parking for one car is provided, with additional vehicles accommodated on a space available basis. The Fireside complex is small and quiet, but features a great indoor pool, sauna and hot tub with views of the Sherwin mountains. This is a non smoking condo. Smoking is only allowed outside. Pets may be allowed on a case by case basis, subject to a pet fee. but are not generally allowed during holiday periods. The description shown in this listing is for Fireside 112. Great place for cozy stay with family and friends that can share a one bath. Location to the Gondola and Village is so close and convenient. Parking garage is great because it accommodated my ski carrier which most never do. Unloading zone is super convenient because the unit is very close to entrance. Ski locker right inside is also very convenient. Would definitely stay again. Only negative was I didn’t realize owner had sent me paperwork to sign and I must have missed the email. On the day of checkin about 5hrs before, I messaged her to send me check in info. After 5 other attempts, I finally contacted VRBO who was able to get a hold of her to finalize the paperwork and get us checked in. I feel issue could have been prevented if a followup email was sent on day of check in stating they were missing paperwork. Unfortunate that this caused a two hour delay getting checked in cutting in to our time to enjoy our one night in the Village.

This was our 2nd time staying here so it was great to already know the place. We enjoy being so close to the village and having underground parking. We didn’t move the car once all weekend. We did have some issues with the toilet flusher but we were able to work around it and get it flushed. On the last night, the shower head broke and water went everywhere but we were able to manage since it was our last night. I reported the problems and they had maintenance come fix things after we left. The place is a little run down and could use a face lift but the location couldn’t be better!!

We enjoyed staying here. It was very close to the village so we didn’t need to drive all weekend. We walked with our ski gear to the gondola every day and this was great. We had plenty of space for the two of us and the kitchen had everything we need. The microwave seemed a bit old and heated things up slowly but not a big deal. The bed was way too soft for me because there is a big pillow top on top of the mattress. Be careful with the electric heater as it can get quite warm. We will stay here again.

Interactions were great, location was fantastic to the Gondola. WE stayed during a time of a snow storm and close to the Village amenities made it bearable when we could hit the slopes. Overall, will revisit! Thanks

A cozy, equipped, and convenient spot that made our vacation the best it could have been. Close to everything we wanted to do. We felt a part of the mountain community and knew we had a safe, comfortable home base when we were done enjoying the winter outdoors.

The property is in a great area close to shopping, restaurants. And activities. The entire condo is in great need of an update. It’s comfortable, but everything seems dated and could use some maintenance. I would still recommend it , but it could be much better.

We thoroughly enjoyed this place! Great proximity, with a enjoyable balcony and wonderful ease for skiing and walking to bars and restaurants. The hosts were also organized and responsive. The bedspread and carpet could use some updating, but everything was still comfy and clean. We'd stay again!!

This was a cozy property next to the Village in the heart of town. A short walk from the garage (a huge plus) puts you at the Village gondola that takes you right to Canyon Lodge. Property management was very responsive to very minor issues. Nice enclosed pool and jacuzzi. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay - the condo is in a great location, extremely close to the Village, including the village gondola, shops and restaurants. Mammoth Brewing Co is just on the other side. Check in was convenient and Tracy was very helpful answering all of our questions. I would absolutely stay again.

As first time visitors to Mammoth Lakes, we were extremely happy with our location and this sweet little, well outfitted condo! Awesome to have little things there for us (from dish soap and tin foil to soap, popcorn and firewood). The king size bed and down comforter were wonderful! With snow on our final night, we really appreciated the parking garage too!

The Fireside location was perfect for us -Felt like we were in the outdoors, yet just a block away from all the main Village restaurants and stores (we got ice cream everyday). Unit #112 itself was great - responsive host, well-stocked and clean kitchen and bathroom amenities, comfortable sofabed for our kid, and great patio that we used often (well-stocked BBQ and fireplace items too, though we didn't use them). Only didn't rate a full 5 stars because it was a little darker and louder from upstairs neighbors than expected, some areas showed signs of slight wear and tear... but not a big factor. Overall our one-week stay was super comfortable and convenient because of this property! Tip: Pre-order your food online from Mammoth Brewing or NY Deli across the street. esp. on busy weekends. If you can't make it to Vons to stock up on food items, you can grab essentials from the General Store across the street as well.

no response from the host to confirm reservation . Did not provide info on how to access the property. Contacted the homeaway customer service team and they could not confirm if the host confirmed my reservation . I didn't know if I had a place to stay when I arrived . Customer service just referred me back to contact the host that did not respond on time. I ended up having to book another stay while still being charged for this stay .
