3-bedroom, 2-bath escape from the ordinary. We’ve created an Alice in Wonderland-themed vacation home that will leave you grinning like a Cheshire Cat. Enjoy a cup of tea at the Mad Hatter’s table or take a nap in the luxurious Queen of Hearts bedroom. Things get curiouser and curiouser as you explore this house of cards. But don’t worry, we’re all mad here! So settle in for a Sedona experience that feels like a dream! * New beautiful carpeting installed January 2022 and we have also removed the restrictions on the thermostat (Nest)

We had a nice stay in Sedona, the house was as advertised, big enough for the 4 of us. Just some minor comments , the twin beds were not very comfortable maybe more appropriate for kids than adults, also there is not a closet in that room, it’s locked. Communication got better as the check-in got closer, but prior to check-in I reached out three times through the app to change the start date of the listing and didn’t hear until a month later. Overall a nice stay !

We stayed at Jeanne's home during high season in Sedona in mid April. The property is one of the most unique we've stayed at: a very charming Alison-in-Wonderland vibe. Everything was clean and comfortable. The house is about 10 minutes south of the main strip in Sedona. We found it nice to be a bit removed from the action, but if you're staying during high-season you should plan to drive into (or through) town early to avoid the traffic. Would stay again!

We had a great time in Sedona! Enjoyed ATV rides with Sedona ATV, hiked trails for 6-8 miles a day, enjoyed local restaurants, shopping and of course our stay at Wonderland. Wonderland has a fun themed decor, conveniently located, and clean. It was a great trip!

The house is immaculate and comfortable, in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood, minutes from everything. There were 3 of us so we each had a bedroom. We walked to the Peace Park and from there to a great hike. We drove 10 to 30 minutes to other hikes, shopping, restaurants, and historic places. We cooked some great meals. In the evenings, we looked at the stars from the hot tub or relaxed and watched TV late in the living room. It was a wonderful house for a wonderful vacation

This home is more than what can be shown on pictures- the whimsical theme is woven through the whole house. The host was very responsive and kind. The location was close to everything, what a special find!

This was easily the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The house was great, the theme was fantastic, the hot tub under the stars was a delightful way to end each day. Communication was straightforward and simple. All in all a pretty perfect stay.

Cute and comfortable
Our group of 3 ladies had an excellent stay here. The 3 bedrooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the living area was nice for hanging out in after our trekking around. We'd definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a cute and comfortable place in West Sedona.

A group of us from all across the US gathered in this relaxing retreat for a long weekend. The property was in an excellent location to easily get to activities, food, and breath taking scenery. We spent the majority of the time relaxing in wonderland, though. The adorable theme was mood enhancing. The hot tub was divine. This was exactly the vacation home we needed to recharge together.

House was clean and well equipped, everything in working order and a great location also much roomier than it appears in photos. Communication was excellent, great stay for our first trip to Sedona.

This property was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The location was just outside of the main part of town, but just blocks from restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Upon arrival, we easily entered the property and were pleasantly surprised at the quality, size, whimsical decor and amenities available. We brought our own board games, but there were many available at the house and even dress up hats/costumes in the closet for children (if you have them) nice touch! We used the hot tub- but couldn’t get any power to it, initially. Messaged the owner & she promptly answered & guided us how to fix it.. (we fit 3 adults- but you might be able to swing a cozy 4).
One night, I experienced two groups (small herds of 7 & ~5) of the local javelinas (they look like a boar gone wrong - lol) passing through the side of the yard late at night while sitting on the back porch. Wow! That was a crazy, but exciting experience for us all.. then we noticed statues of these pigs around town. Apparently they can run up to 35 mph & are definitely wild so keep a clear distance! :).
Everything you need & more was supplied at the house. My only suggestion is to be careful of temperature adjustments in the showers- the temps can get extremely hot. The beds were good, but a little soft (just an opinion). Overall, I was impressed with this well, thought-out, clean and whimsically decorated place. It definitely made for a positive experience for our family and one that I would definitely recommend! Thanks, Mel!

Cute, clean and comfortable!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Wonderland! It offered all the amenities of home and isn’t far at all from adventurous hiking trails or downtown. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores to choose from! Thanks again for sharing your home with us!

Nice house with close access to great hiking trails. The hot tub was great for relaxing after a hike. Now a few nit picks, the carpet in the master bedroom is worn out and stained. Having to contact Mel to change the HVAC setting was odd. Overall we enjoyed our visit.
