Great location for transport, rooms grubby and uncomfortable.

The location was great as there is a train station at the rear of the building. We used the station to travel into Lake Como and around Milan.

The rooms was grubby and the bathroom had mould and missing titles. There was no facilities to make your own tea and coffee in the room. The room was really warm and the aircon didn’t work.

Assolutamente da sconsigliare.

Completa e inesistente assistenza/aiuto per invalidi. 1° stanza con supporto nel bagno per alzarsi dal water smurato e con tasselli a vista. Segnalato 3!!!! volte il problema e dopo ennesimo sollecito e rassicurazione, mi è stata assegnata una nuova stanza. 2° stanza senza bidè Presenza nelle stanze ( in particolar modo nel bagno ) di scarafaggini. A richiesta alla reception di aiutarmi a passare dal cancelletto ( dove è indicato da un cartello "entrata hotel" ) vicino alla stazione delle FNM, mi è stato detto che non era possibile. Assolutamente ridicolo!!! Personale alla reception infastidito e completamente menefreghista alle mie richieste.

Decent stay for a short getaway to Milano.

Nothing really that stands out.

Parking at a location so far away from city center should probably be free of charge. Neighborhood looks a bit like a ghetto given that the hotel is right next to some abandoned buildings.

Traumatizing experience- try to find an alternate stay than staying in this place

The hotel was big and clean. Specially the size of the room and was nice.

My recent stay at the Da Vinci hotel in Milan was a complete disappointment. The staff's behavior was shockingly rude and aggressive, going so far as to barge into my room at 2 am, violating my privacy, just to ask for the hotel key. The night staff even refused to provide a replacement key when I explained that one had been accidentally left inside. The next day there was no electricity in my room and when I asked for help I’m fixing the matter they got together and started screaming at us in front of our 6 year old son who was traumatized for rest of his stay and could not sleep after that incident. The girl who attends the reception in night said it’s not my problem am not paid for this. The AC in the room was not working, leaving me in unbearable heat throughout my stay. To make matters worse, the restaurant claimed to serve food, but all they had were cold sandwiches, hardly a satisfying option. Adding to my frustration, I found out that the hotel charges guests just to sit in the lounge area and have a coffee or drink. This blatant attempt to squeeze more money out of guests for basic amenities is truly disappointing. On top of these issues, the hotel's location was absolutely horrible, making it difficult to access any attractions or amenities nearby. Overall, the experience was deeply uncomfortable and frustrating, and I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

A lovely hotel, with great staff.

The staff at the hotel are really helpful and professional. They really made us feel very welcome and helped with our queues. The room was a good size and very clean. The interior of the hotel was also very nice. The restaurant was also really nice. Once again the staff were friendly and the pizzas were tasty and reasonably priced.

However the hotel grounds let the place down. It was really unkempt and overgrown. There is a missed opportunity to do something nice with the space, maybe even put in a children’s playground or at least some benches and flowers. The location of the hotel is not great. It is next to a derelict building and the residential area doesn’t have many amenities. It is fine as a base to get into central, with the metro a short distance away. As there is very little around the hotel, it cold really benefit from an indoor pool and games room. As

New, modern hotel with excellent nightly rates on the outskirts of Milan.

A lot of noise in the hallways from kids running up and down during them during the middle of the night. The continental breakfast is too expensive at 15 euros. Typically we pay about 1/2 that for a breakfast.

It's a very new hotel... Great service, the restaurant is very good. My room was big and clean and comfortable...

It is hard to find... And the neighborhood is just okay- some buildings nearby are a wreck...

Rude staff, poor facilities

Actually i liked nothing. The staff was quiet rude

The house keeping was poor, the restaurant guys were rude to all customers. They had only 1 hot water point on groundfloor so no matter which room you are you have to go to ground floor to get hot water and that was also not working so you have to go to restaurant and the guys there would rudely give the hot water. On complaining they just had to say that they were busy. I would never stay here again.

Great but noisy

The room was very clean and had nice design. Overall it had a great atmosphere. The continental breakfast is really good.

The walls/doors are very thin and it is easy to hear if the people talking a bit louder in other room, or talking at the hall between the rooms. This is especially annoying and uncomfortable on Friday when a lot of people arrive later in the evening and constantly bashing the doors, talking loudly when you try to sleep.
