Gute Lage, kein Service. Kein Fenster öffnen, Raucher!

Perfekte Lage zum Bahnhof Sants. Gute Zimmer, überall Nichtraucherzeichen die auf Fluren und Miniterrassen ABER nicht eingehalten werden, das heisst kein Fenster öffnen. Kein Getränk oder Service! Ein obskurer Automat.

One time only

Small room with bad maintenance and poor decoration. Also there wasn't breakfast which was announced on Booking.com Overall I won't repeat.

NO A/C Stay away!!

The a/c is on a pre-programmed timer. So technically it is not broken... but I promise you, it does not work! After touching the a/c remote, it stopped cooling but kept blowing air. It's midnight, the desk clerk tries to get the a/c working at midnight. I even offered to pay extra so the unit would work normally instead of economy pre- programmed mode. Sadly, no one there could do anything to help. Had to sweat for hours before it " turned on again " scourging to its programming. First night of sweat filled sleep deprived misery. The next day, at noon, it shuts off completely, so I leave and walk around the city. That night at midnight, sweat in the bed again for hours. After the second night of sleep deprived sweat filled misery, I got " The Big Picture " and in the morning I went to another hotel that had WORKING A/C!! At hotel transit, I paid for 4 days, but after 2 sleep deprived sweat filled nights, I ate the cost of over 200 euros, gave up and left. Hey folks, I'm on vacation! Seriously, I am prior military and not hard to please! However, I did not stay awake for almost 22 hours preparing, traveling and flying from America to arrive jet-lagged, dead tired to get into a bickering contest with an under paid desk check about a stupid a/c unit!!

Perfect location

Really close to main train station and Palau St Jordi. Clean. Nice staff. Bars very nearby for breakfast/lunch.

Great hotel Lol

Really nice room, felt clean and luxurious, comfy bed and pillows Elevator for our stroller Nice staff Very convenient to arrive at Sants

Everything was great, the only thing missing is a drinking water dispenser in the lobby, because the tap water tastes really bad and we had to buy water in plastic bottles, which we never do for obvious environmental reasons and plastic reduction goals, we usually always find a way to fill up our water bottles with good water

Great room and location

Great location if you need to be close to Barcelona Sants, Aerobús, or Magic Fountain (tho as of April 2023 the fountain is not running due to drought). Room was a good size, clean, and the layout worked well (one person could use the sink/ mirror while the other showered).

No complaints. Would stay here again.

5 min from station

Walking distance from train station - 5 minutes. Easy access to city sights. Staff was great. Room a little small but comfortable.

A kettle and fridge would have been nice but everything else was good.

Excellent Hotel spotlessly clean and comfortable what more can you ask for?

a few minutes walk from Barcelona Santas Station in a very quiet street with shops and restaurants and tapas bars.

nothing thought it excellent value for money. Room was spacious with comfortable beds. The room and bathroom was spotless. only 1 star but the standard was as good as some 4 star hotels we have stayed in in Spain. Does not do breakfast no problem for us because plenty of places nearby that do.

location to train station and lovely clean room, helpful staff. would stay here again

although door is locked on outside it wasn’t possible to lock door in the room which wasn’t suitable with having a toddler and the stairs outside the rooms. would stay here again but not with a small child .

Good option for an overnight stay if travelling by train

Close to Sants Station. Good if you just need somewhere to sleep. Didn't have any meals, but room was fine. 24hr front desk

No lift and metal stairs seemed to be almost an outside fire escape. But it was fine. Dripping rain outside (in the stair well?) was annoying, but did not stop us sleeping

Just right for an overnight stay

It was ideally situated near to Barcelona Sants Station as I was getting early trains from there. The road was pleasant.
