Not worth on 2nd time booking

Booked for second time to celebrate birthday and anniversary. But to no avail. Regret booking and celebrating here this year.

The room smells. Toiletries basic (no toothbrush and toothpaste). Pillows smell.

Overall my family enjoyed our stay

Overall i had a good stay. Kids enjoyed the pool. Room was a good size and comfortable. Breakfast was good but could do with more variety to suit different people. Location was good and it had a good vibe around.

Only one lift was working at the time which caused issues and parking was expensive at £25 a day.

Not worth the 2nd time around

We enjoyed from last year celebration of my birthday and wedding anniversary so decided to celebrate with same hotel. But our stay was not lovely as last year. I requested for the same thing as last year but to no avail.

The room smell. Limited toiletries. Pillows smell too. No effort from staff.

It was a nice little night stay with a lovely view and great customer service from staff

Didn't opt for breakfast but used the sauna and it was lovely.

Clean, Nice Staff and Great experience would stay again

The rooms had great amenities as well as very clean. Upgraded on arrival as they had a spare room staff were nice and friendly.

The lifts are slightly rattling and sometimes shakes quite violently which was quite scary until spike to reception who were very nice and helped.

Perfect Birthday Treat

Lovely friendly staff and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Futima, Lilia, Fedrico and Catalin made my stay perfect. Great birthday treat. The room was lovely and clean and had all the things I needed with a great view.

The TV needs WiFi connection to devices.

Great location, great facilities, service and cleanliness were mediocre

Good location. Nice facilities and General layout

Service was not great for a 4 star hotel. At times I felt like SOME of the staff were doing us a favour rather than just doing their jobs. Cleanliness was good but definitely not great. I had to ask for 2 additional bath towels every single day of my stay even though we were in a family room, with 4 people. The bathrooms need a serious revamp. The carpets need to be cleaned (stains on them) and beds moved and underneath cleaned.

Fab Definitely recommend as a base O2 convenient. Brekkie was fab n beds you don’t wanna get out

Welcoming. Decor was nice . Room felt luxurious and was spotless. Lunch was lovely in the bar area. Breakfast was fab : lots of choice etc. staff were very polite friendly and professional / helpful. Location was fab for the O2 : got cable car across in ten mins which was fun and two one-stop tubes home back to hotel in 10 mins. Fabulous.

Nice hotel close to ExCel center. Room cleanliness and toilet can be improved. I got an unlucky room

The location is very convenient if you are traveling to London for the ExCel center (conferences, exhibitions, etc.). Otherwise, it is far from the city center. Breakfast was good and the personnel was always very nice.

I booked a double room a few months in advance. When I arrived, I was told the hotel was at full capacity and I got a room for persons with disabilities. The room was not very clean (chips on the ground and among the sofa's pillows) and the bathroom was a nightmare. It was impossible to take a shower without flooding the room and the toilet was old and damaged.

Comfortable room and breakfast was excellent. Too many people at breakfast and they kept on running out of food. Very well cooked breakfast. Very tasty. Best so far.

Agréable, satisfaisant Mais peu beaucoup mieux faire. La propreté des chambre doit être controlée.

Emplacement correct et pratique pour visiter la ville avec 2 lignes de métro. Propreté à revoir: 1er jour de notre arrivée en soirée la poubelle non vidé . Jours suivants il fallait relancer pour renouveller le papier toilette. Nous étions 4 et pas assez de serviettes. La salle de bain non nettoyée alors que le lit est fait . Le petit dejeuner et l'équipe petit déjeuner au Top. Pour la réception je tiens à remercier le Monsieur aux cheux gris (poivre et sel) qui a été le pkus souriant et aimable.

Le manque de propreté. Le manque d'amabilité de certains à l'accueil. La relance pour les produits d'hygiene. La de nettoyage qui apres notre réclamantion a été appelée pour nettoyer la salle de bain MAIS MUNI D UN SIMPLE CHIFON QU'ELLE A UTILISÉ pour LES TOILETTES MAIS AUSSI Le Contour DU LAVABO de la SALLE DE BAIN !!+

das Frühstück war perfekt . breakfast was Perfect and worth it

i think they really believe that they deserve or have 4 Stars . in germany they would have three. i played 1400 Euros for 2 Nights . it is too much. dont get me wrong. for 500 Euros for this Service i would have Said Nothing. but for such a lot of Money Its not enough. in the room were scratches at the wall , Rust in the shower , no WC Brush , Had to Check in although i did. it already dis online, they blocked Money on my Credit Card Altough i paid already online, Glad to do the brexit today

Gutes Hotel für einen Städtetrip. Günstig gelegen zwischen London City Airport und City.

Frühstick war gut und ausreichend. Die Anbindung mit der Bahn nach London City in 5 min. Zu Fuss erreichbar. Konnten am Abreisetag problemlos unser Gepäck unterstellen.

Der Frühstücksraum war eng und laut.

Good overall but booking system a little flawed

Large room with comfortable bed. Good shower over bath. Room service came quickly.

TV didn't work, aircon also not working so the room was too warm. Don't like the system where the room I booked on booking.com was actually just a "request that they would do their best to fulfill" - booked two double beds, got a bed and a sofabed. Room service came with tip already added on - so that when I added my own tip I ended up paying twice!

Prime location near the London Dockyards!

Location!! We had an event at the Dockyards and the hotel was only a 10-15 minute (max) walk there. Was also very close to the train station from London, and the bus stop to the London City airport was only a 10 minute walk. There was also some great food & grocery stores right next to the hotel which was good too. The room itself was decent, was spacious and comfortable enough. Bathroom was also good size which is always a bonus. Staff were friendly and let us check in early but it was for a £50 which is a bit pricey in my view.

Perfect for visiting the Excel

Perfect for attending something at the Excel. Everyone is super kind and helpful and the Breakfast is wonderful.

Simple, Not worth the money at all!

Reception and bar staff were lovely

Room service took 2 hrs and then they rang to say kitchen was too busy. Not comfortable beds and was very noisy in corridor with hens and stags. Waited over 40mins for a glass of wine in the restaurant and then another 40mins for a steak. Very over priced for what it was in general. Especially the breakfast !! Everything you had to pay extra for; Wi-Fi , tv, ect
