About this condo rental
Located less than a quarter-mile from Eagle Lodge and Chair 15, this condo has everything you'll need for a wonderful Mammoth Lakes stay any time of year. During the winter, it's just a short walk from the condo to Eagle Lodge. This unit is part of the Summit II complex, which offers two swimming pools, three hot tubs, a sauna, and a fitness center. It is across the street from the bus stop, bike path, and Sierra Star Golf Course. This 1bed/1bath unit sleeps 4 adults comfortably. There is a king bed in the bedroom and a queen pullout sofa in the living room. The unit was recently painted and outfitted will all new stainless steel appliances. This Summit unit offers high-speed internet and cable television, as well as assigned covered parking. You'll never have to worry about digging your car out and, with an elevator from the garage, there's no need to fret about bringing your luggage upstairs! All you need to do is park in the assigned space in the underground garage. There's also stair access to the unit from the garage, located next to the assigned stall. Aside from all these upscale and exciting amenities, you'll also be near all the fantastic attractions Mammoth Lakes has to offer. Yosemite National Park, Devils Postpile, Rainbow Falls, Mono Lake, Bristlecone Pine Forest, and Bodie State Historic Park, are a short drive away and any of these natural wonders will leave you breathless! For more scenery and beauty, Lake Tahoe is an easy drive from Mammoth Lakes. ***Pet fee: $145 plus applicable fees per pet. Reservations booked via 3rd party will be sent a pet fee request after booking. The property was very accessible to lifts by bus or walking.

Only downside was the parking garage does not accommodate tall vehicles or SUVs with ski boxes. Made loading/unloading a challenge. Also could use a few carts at elevators to make it easier bringing luggage and especially groceries up to the condos. Was a great stay over Christmas and recommend the unit.

This place is perfect for one person or a couple. I stayed with a friend, and had to use pull out couch (which we all know, are not the most comfortable) my friend said the bed was comfy. We only needed a night stay so this was also perfect for that.
Pictures resemble the unit itself. The two swivel chairs in unit for TV room are a bit uncomfortable, that would be my only suggestion to consider getting new ones. Kitchen is a bit small but everything works. And bathroom sink is really low for tall people.
Thank you to the concierge team, who let us in and gave us a new code when the original one did not work.

I picked this condo due to it being pet friendly and it's location in Mammoth. The place is clean and comfortable and looks the same as photos online. It's a simple condo not super fancy but has everything you need. We didn't go to Mammoth to stay indoors. It was perfect for us and would definitely stay again.

Nice place, good location, can walk to Eagle lift or jump on bus for short ride. Quick drive down to Vons and center of town. Nice to be able to walk around the neighborhood too.

Overall great stay, we really appreciated that it was dog friendly. It was very clean almost no evidence of prior pets had stayed there. All the appliances work and the kitchen supplies were adequate for stove cooking. The pellet stove is a cool feature just takes a little bit of practice to get the temperature right.
Although we knew it was walk-to-ski, we may have underestimated how far of a walk it was. Maybe it really is a 1/4 mile but it feels like 1/2 mile haha. We ended up driving a few times because it’s just a hard walk that will wear your ski boots out on the asphalt, happened to get lucky with parking on a weekday though.
Overall great stay, will plan to come back in the future!

This was a nice property and we would stay here again, however there were a few minor things the kept it from getting a 5 star review. Communication with property manager was not very amazing. We were 2 couples on a road trip with 2 vehicles. There was only designated parking for 1 with first come first served space available for a second. Both required a printed parking pass. As we were on the road, there was no way to print anything and the customer service phone number was never answered (weekend stay). Additionally, there was no physical office to visit. Fortunately, we didn’t have any issues with parking but there was a minor amount of stress regarding our second vehicle being parked in overflow with no pass in a busy resort town.
The property itself was very well appointed and mostly comfortable for 4. The king bed was great but the hideaway bed was not so much. We had to pull the mattress off the frame and lay it on the floor to get a good night sleep. Not a big deal but minor inconvenience. The kitchen is fairly small but made it fun to prep meals - the biggest annoyance here is the fridge door that opens out from the kitchen rather than into it. Switching a fridge door is not hard and would make the tiny space way more user friendly. Lastly, the water pressure was very low in the sinks and the shower head was super finicky resulting in water spraying a mess if you try to adjust it much (one of our people was tall so had to duck to shower.).
Again, overall this was a good stay. A few minor fixes could make it excellent. We would stay here again for sure.

Great location - and so happy that this unit was dog friendly - no evidence of any previous dogs! Hosts were very responsive to 2 minor issues that could happen anytime - the condo was super clean - kitchen was very well stocked! Highly recommend - on a personal note I prefer a much softer bed and natural daylight (I was there working) - the condo and hallways were very dark and I felt bad keeping lights on through the whole day but it’s Mammoth and you’re surrounded by trees but after 2 weeks I needed the light! Road noise in the early mornings on busy minaret but I wasn’t bothered - for some this may be an issue - otherwise nice and quiet. Overall - super nice place to stay - great pool and jacuzzis!

Everything was great, service was superb. My only suggestion is to fix the written out instructions on how to get there. The map was accurate but not the written out instructions. Otherwise, I’d go back in a second and refer anyone I know. Thank you!

Location is fine. We have stayed at this property before in a different unit. When we called to confirm building location management company answering service was condescending. To avoid any confusion, add build name into check instructions.

Customer service with Nomadness is great, they are there if you need anything. A quick shout out to Brad for all his hard work.

The internet only worked intermittently. The directions to find the location were not accurate. We couldn’t park our SUV in the designated parking space allowed due to height restriction. All in all a poor experience and the customer service was not timely nor did they assist in any of the issues we had.

thank you from the bottom of our hearts you made or stay enjoyable more when you let Mammoth is beautiful but we were worried about the appointment and the distance from everything that we needed to go to begin it is very clean and the staff is very nice thank you so much me and my husband will look for you next time we visit mammoth

Everything was perfect except the bed is very hard and needs at least a 2 in foam 😉

Summer get-away condo
The condo was great! Clean with a great layout for a family of 3 plus a dog. Wifi worked perfectly. Thr kitchen was stocked with the right equipment to cook meals. Pool was just next to the building. Close to lots of walking trails. Would definitely rent this place again if we come up here!

Great spot for a trip with the pup
My husband, family friend, dog, and I recently stayed in this unit in the Summit Condo complex. The complex is super close to Eagle Lodge, it is about a 7 min walk. The unit is also right in front of the bus stop which is handy if you use the bus to get around. The unit had plenty of towels for us and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Amenities at the complex were nice, we took advantage of the spa and sauna. Property managers were very quick to response to any inquiries.

Clean, cozy, close to the lift.
This is a great, pet friendly location next to Eagle lodge. Comfy bed, useful kitchen. My only complaint is that the pots and pans need replacing.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Summit over Christmas! The hot tub was an awesome bonus - nothing like relaxing in the hot tub while it's snowing after a long day of skiing! The place is super dog friendly too - our pup made some friends and loved his long walks through the beautiful neighborhood. Restaurants and shops are just minutes away as well. We couldn't have asked for a better place or experience! We'll absolutely be back next year!

Staying at the condo was perfect. It was a great location to go enjoy all the outdoor activities and the Village. We Really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back
