Convenient location, lots of space, balcony and terrace

The property is in a great location with a great rooftop terrace. The apartment has all the facilities you need with modern finishing.

Apartment is lovely and comfortable. Staff were excellent and helpful. Location was good for us as it was quieter than the Gothic district but only a short metro ride away. Neighborhood has lots of restaurants, shops. Close to Sagrada Familia. Beautiful terrace atop the apartment building. As a family of 3 adults, it was perfect! Lots of young families around. Great bike routes.

Not much! Might have been nice to be nearer the museums and gothic district, but very easy to get to.

Clean rooms, good location

There is no towel in the kitchen, we had to drop our own rubbish. The balcony of the bedroom was opening to a fusty and damp area, all other balconies were very close to each other. I felt that somebody could just jump into our balcony, easily.

Great location, good facilities

The balcony was barely big enough for 2 people and there was a scaffold outside it, saw lots of builders during the day, they were literally standing in our tiny balcony.

Nice apartment in a great location. Clean and comfortable, a good choice if you want a central location. It could use a washing machine.

No real problema

Apartment was spacious, well located, elevator, well stocked kitchen.

misleading pictures - the balcony is very small, and the one with lounge chairs is a common roof area. Also beware the beds are short - a 6’3” adult didn’t fit. The laundry is also in the common area.

The flat was totally clean,Coordinator(Núria)was really kind and helpful and the location was great. I recommend the property,it's worth it.

Great location. The apartment is nicer than the photos make out. The living area is huge & has all of the utensils you need. The rooftop terrace is a huge plus, it has an amazing view of the Sagrada Familia.

Could have maybe done with a few extra towels.

A very spacious two-bedroom apartment in a really nice local neighborhood. Lots of bars, restaurants, grocery stores and close to the metro. It looks just like the pictures and there's even a (free) washing machine up on the rooftop. The rooftop has a great view all the way to the marina and the Sagrada Familia, only 5 minutes walk away.

The apartment was clean and the one we stayed had the a big living room heading to something like an interior square formed by other buildings and therefore it was rather quiet, no street noise, it was ok. I'm not sure about other apartments... Huge space for showering, maybe it was intended to be able to fit 2 persons... I'm joking of course... Functional lift, and a terrace on top of building accesibile to the quests with a view of Sagrada Familia.

From the beginning, check in was after 16.00 hours. As we arrived in the city in the morning was not so convenient. Then, as I mentioned before the living room together with kitchen had a lot of space available, but on the other hand the bedrooms were quite small and practically with no possibility to let the fresh air inside because the windows of both of them were facing a space that was somehow surrounded quite close by the walls and windows of the other apartments in a circle shape and the AC units for all the apartments were installed there making noise and heat of course. I would call all of these minor issues. But the next thing was most disturbing for us. On our arrival we were asked to pay for the hole stay (which is normal, even in some hotels we pay in the first day) and we've been asked for 300 € guarantee, with a promise that somebody will refund us at check out. Meanwhile the lady took pictures of all our ID's and passports. For us was really strange, we've never been asked for such a guarantee. I remember once we had in a Greek island a whole house for us and nobody asked for guarantee money... Other conditions were to leave the sink clean, and to take the garbage out at check out. I suppose it was about washing our dishes which is by common sense, but there was no place to put them to drain water and dry out. Anyway we did this, we packed and prepared the garbage, but we forgot it inside. I'm sorry for this, it wasn't done intentionally.

Nice and clean apartment only minutes away from Sagrada Familia, metro and bus stations. Nice and quiet area (knowing that you're accommodated in the Centre). Stores and bakeries around. The apartment was clean, with nice furniture and two toilets. It has two small balconies big enough for the smokers. It has everything necessary - dishes, towels, iron, hair dryer, shampoo and others. Free wifi and television. Many thanks to Nuria, Maria and Javier for making our stay pleasent ❤️

Very clean appartment. The personal is very friendly and helpful. Location is great. We were able to walk to the old town, sea and Parc Guelle.

The mattresses of the double bed moved while sleepeng and there was a gap.

The appartament is ok

Only on check-in the landlady said that we have to leave a deposit of 300eur or we have to give her credit card details. It realy looks like a scam. Also land lady was rude and she showed us how to open the fridge and other trivial things. Also, she has belittled us to say that they throw rubbish in containers in their own country, unlike others, so we need to do the same. More important is that I don’t think they understand how to process personal data. She took pictures of ID cards and a bank card with her mobile phone. I hope those photos were deleted after the stay from the phone and the backup cloud. I think this hotel is a small step away from the GDPR fine.

Excellent space and spotlessly clean. Excellent for a family, as the apartment sleeps 6.

Check out was quite early at 10.30am.
