Erholsame Tage mit einem super Service in einer Villa die Farbe gebrauchen könnte

Außergewöhnlicher, großer Pool, sehr nettes Personal, große Villen, toller Strand, viele Sitzmöglichleiten, tägliche Reinigung des Pools und des Gartens, Butlerservice, direkter Meer/Strandzugang, Billard, Kicker , gutes Essen mit reduzierter Karte

Die Villen könnten zumindest einen Anstrich gebrauchen.

Low standards they should close

Garden and massage spa only was good and the view others services is very low standard doesn’t meet the 4 star super bad high price and bad service

We are 29 people family booked 4 villas and all the villas water supply in the bathrooms very slow and stops in the middle of showers at night we complain but with no use they enter the villa without permission even the bill ring doesn’t work, villa 5 swimming pool very dirty stay 8 nights and never swim in it, 2 villas A/c is not working good they only change it when we were there as we booked 3 months in advance, no hot water in some bathroom when I told them they fix heater only in the upper floor room the down 2 room were very cool, the bed sheets were not clean and there were holes in it, the dressing rooms are very dusty they never clean and they will only give drinking water the first day the rest you need to arrange , we ask for airports pickup before we arrive they said we will arrange for you without mentioning the price for us though I request them with all the information and then at the end the charge is without telling us from before and there is a lot of big ants and lizards in the living and rooms breakfast was very bad doesn’t meet the standards of 4 star dry breads and nothing much variety and the this hotel is very disappointing Bathroom is very slippery my kids got hurt and the taps are very old and the water is salty in the bathroom Beach is full of rocks you can not swim

very bad experience, i will never stay again here

nothing really.. below expectations unfortunately

bed was not comfortable, very thin sheets and blankets, pool is dirty and have bugs in the pool, the place at night is soo dark , quiet and depressing, you feel no life there, the beach is full with rocks, i had to move on to other beaches and resorts to enjoy swimming and activities.

Excellent

Lawrence and the rest of the staff were always helpful and made our stay extremely wonderful! Thank you for the amazing time. My mother really enjoyed her 60th birthday. We are so grateful for the effort made. The breakfast was freshly made every morning with fresh fruits and ingredients. Dinner was also very good.

The variety of the food can be improved, we had the same things every morning. Not much variety given. The ladies cleaning the villas can also improve.

The ultimate sanctuary to chill and relax

it’s a great place for relaxing, chilling perfect option for family privacy the most helpful and supportive staff on all levels great thanks to the GM Lawrence and special thanks for Baraka from the Resturant you feel in that hotel like you’re a prince and everyone is trying to spoil you in any possible way the pool team are very nice and they brought pool toys for our kids

for us nothing major, but couple of points for people to know it can be solved when faced the beach is very rocky and you need to walk in a special made walkway inside the water to be able to reach a good spot to swim some insects were inside the villa but were dealt with when we asked shower head and pool cleanness was also a concern but was solved in very short time when asked

Amazing place in a fantastic location!

Amazing place in a fantastic location. The villa we stayed was right at the beach. We could actually hear the ocean waves during the entire stay, something which I really enjoyed...!

Food options could be improvement.

Perfect & Peaceful

I recently spent 13 nights in a Sea front villa with private pool. We had a large family including children, and it was the perfect choice. We had a large private pool which was great, and 4 bedrooms. The villas are decorated so beautifully and have so much space. Cleaning staff attended to the villa everyday. We had the beach on our door step and 24hr security right near our villa which was fantastic. The restaurant provided breakfast for us each morning, included in our stay. The children often slept in past breakfast time, and the staff would bring pancakes each morning for them to have in the villa. We also had dinner and lunch in the villa too, and the service provided was just exceptional. All the staff in the restaurant were just so professional and friendly. They really made our stay so perfect. The way they interacted with the children and entertained them. I would like to thank Lawrence the accommodation manager and also to the staff in the restaurant, Baraka & Wilson. Asante Sana :) xx

nice private sunrise beach

the direct beach and views. big villa with private swimming pool. got very early check in at 6am due to flight arrival time. with complimentary breakfast.

the pool water is little bit cold due to weather is about 20-24 degrees. kitchen doesn’t have anything except a water kettle and fridge. no AC in living room but they do have it in the bedrooms. bathtub is kinda old style in some bedrooms.

Amazing place in Zanzibar

The service the manager, Clayton, gave us was so great. He gave us a plan for everything we can do and also places to eat. The house was amazing, very big, clean and close to the sea.

pretty good, could be better.

private pools within villa and beach access.

we booked a villa thinking that we would be the first one at the beach, but they had allocated the villa closest to the road, approx 3 min walk to the beach. We had to pay a substantial upgrade fee to relocate closer to the beach.

great place to stay and will def come back. location very special!

very friendly and helpful staff, accommodated all requests and helped with transport bookings as well

liked everything! kitchen could be a little better equipped with cups, plates and glasses but that was the only not perfect thing! and staff always on hand to help with crockery from kitchen

Private time in paradise

Quiet place with full privacy. Villa is big enough, each bedroom has own wardrobe and bathroom. Evereday cleaning. Good food in restaurant. Manager (Clayton) is very customer oriented person and helped us with many aspects of our vacation. There is a driver in place and help you if you want to go the village or any other tourists place.

Not regular customer standards - accoridng to "pole, pole" mood, you can not expect that service will be equal. Problem with electricity and water - few times a day. Not equipped kitchen. Lights in the rooms are very weak. Airconditioning is only in bedrooms, living room is quite hot till 3 p.m.

Premium Villas with some privacy, Great Staff, Best Place in Paje to stay.

Having stayed in Paje 3 times now, this is the best accommodation you can get. The Villa is large, next to the beach, with a great swimming pool and facilities. It is also somewhat private which is very different to the rest of the places throughout. The staff are incredibly attentive and friendly, making excellent food to order throughout the day.

It is a 30 minute walk on beach to centre of Paje (if one wants to kite surf), which is not 100% ideal, but we rented out scooters and it was no problem. But also one can kite surf nearby serenity so its no big deal/
