Good view, comfy bed, kitchen facilities, good storage, separate bedroom, proximity to Sagrada Familia, shops and restaurants. Rooms well serviced. Nice breakfast.

Maybe having to walk to the main office, around the corner, for breakfast - pleasant enough if the weather is good, but not a biggie.

Great location just around the corner from the Basilica Sagrada Familia, which also means it's close to the Metro, a taxi stand and plenty of convenient shops and restaurants. Friendly, English speaking staff at the desk 24/7 to help you, and the room was comfortable and even at the front of the building not too noisy.

Location was fabulous , breakfast very good but more importantly we went here because we had booked for Easter 2020 on a non refundable basis which was then cancelled due to covid and the hotel returned our payment.

Just the fact there is no outside space to sit.

Great location and a very affordable hotel. Staff is very friendly and the hotel cleanliness is spot-on. Breakfast was diverse with freshly squeezed orange juice, local ham, and cheese. The bathroom was spotless with amenities to our disposable.

The bed was a bit noisy and the mattress was too soft for our liking.

The particular apartment we had , in the 362 address building ( yes there are several different buildings in use) had a beautiful view of the Sagrada Familia. Outstanding location with a short walk to that magical place. The only issue at check in, the team member sent us first to the wrong building. Then second direction was again to the wrong building. Finally with the third attempt/ clarification , we ended up in the correct location. Each time we were dragging our own luggage and we are senior citizens. Breakfast was very good with vast selections.

The shower was broken kept falling down. The lamp in the sitting room was broken. A couple of sockets didn't work. A thought it was very overpriced The breakfast was of very poor quality

It was a very clean property with nice staff.

The lift was not useable on arrival so with my arthritic hands I had to carry my bag to the third floor which was 6 flights of stairs. It was then broken when I had to check out so had to carry it down again. I also paid more for my room then the rest of the group who booked on booking. com but. had not breakfast included and had to pay over €30 more.
