Not honouring customer service
The guest house did not honour customer crevice as follow: Greetings, I first had booked a 3bedroom apartment for US$137.60 and this is for my two friends. On arrival they were told that the apartment is not available and we’re offered 2rooms, of which they charged US$200. They shouldn’t have charged more money when I had booked an apartment for just US$137.60. In this scenario, two rooms should have been a lot less. My friends arrived late night so, it was difficult for them to book elsewhere as I had to be the one helping them with this. Be careful when booking online with these people. They could not honour the first booking and this shouldn’t have happened and it should not happen to anyone else.

Find a better place to stay.
Poor customer service from both the property and booking.com re: cancelation, despite 'free cancelation' in the listing. Each party blamed the other, but I got screwed. Property is old, rooms are small, furniture is old and scratched, beds are hard, no shampoo or hair dryer, no fan or air conditioner, near noisy street, bugs seen on breakfast buffet, scratchy towels, polyester sheets. Just poor quality everything.
Glad that I only had to stay one night. I would not have stayed another.

Cosy hotel and nice breakfast in city center.
Nice cosy hotel with its own restaurant. Breakfast is included and offers omelet, bread, pancakes and a variety of good local fruits etc. Despite having booked for 2 persons there was only one towel in the room. After asking for it - it was brought immediatly. Also drinking water was missing, but brought right away when asked for.
The room was warm and with the thick curtains is was a little hard to make draught. Located in Kigali - traffic noise is a part of the package, but did not keep us awake. By checking out - the receptionist did not know we had already paid in advance. But thanks to experience I had a printed copy of the receipt ready which settled things.
