A due passi da Casa Battló

Posizione perfetta per girare la città. A pochi passi da Casa Batlló e vicino a tutto, metro, autobus, pub, ristoranti.

Se proprio devo dire l ascensore è molto piccolo e stretto, il palazzo è un po' vecchio. Niente altro

Me esperaba un apartamento en mejores condiciones

Muy bien ubicado, muy céntrico, a 100 m de la Casa Batlló

No se corresponde con las fotos, las fotos dan el pego de ser más grande y más nuevo. El baño pequeñísimo, muy estrecho, sale mucho olor a cañería y pasa a la habitación ya que el baño está en la habitación. Muy desagradable. El sofá cama que está en el salón muy incómodo para dormir, además no se puede ni dormir del ruido por el tráfico.

The room facing the boulevard is very noisy. The windows of the apartment are not soundproofed.

One happy single mum with 2 years old lady and 2 seniors

The biggest advantage is location. You only need 30 min for getting from the airport (the train goes 2 times per hour) I believe we have managed to visit all "must see" and we did not need to use any public transport. Everything we needed for our stay (grocery store and coffee shop) was litteraly just 5 floors down your apartment. The owner and stuff are very friendly and as they did not have any guests a day of our arrival they let us check in much more earlier than they have in rules which was appreciated help. Also they checked on us during our stay over phone to ensure everything was ok.

It is not that we had a problem, but if you are a family of light sleepers, you might have problem in one room as the window faces the busier street. The second is perfectly calm...

The locations is excellent.

The property itself is nice but the building is old and the elevator was tight with a stroller. The bathroom is also located inside the bedroom which may make it awkward if you have people staying on the sofa bed.

Great location, very comfortable flat.

Great location. We also appreciated the small market just next to the entrance, 24 hours open. The flat is not big but it was very comfortable, with good beds. And we really appreciated the owner gave us some tips where to eat and to go, where to lock our baggage the day we were leaving... very good and quick communication I had to say.

There is nothing what to improve from my view.

Amazing apartment with perfect location

The apartment has AMAZING location! Just round the corner of Casa Batilio. You can really feel the vibe of the city. It is very comfortable and has all things you might need. Xavier and Camilio are extremely welcoming, warm and nice people! We are grateful for their help and suggestions. The extra bed is actually very comfortable.

The apartment is perfect for 2-3 people, but slightly crowded for 3.

Very beautiful, the town wasn't very crowded, the weather was OK in October. The food..amazing.

The apartment is very nice and close to the main points of attraction in this beautiful city. It is around 500 -600m away from Casa Batllo which I liked the most. Also, you can walk (if you like to walk) to any important monument or building which is point of attraction In Barcelona.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Everything was perfect and the best, definitely I will come back, is near everything, very clean, good staff, good owner and much more. We are from Sweden I definitely will come back!

Would not recommend.

Owner was quick to respond. Location good - that is it!

There was a horrible smell radiating from the bathroom, smelt like drains. The pictures on booking.com gave the impression it was spacious when it was not. There was food from either previous guests or the owner left in the fridge and marks on the floor. In addition, the towels had hair on them and there was a lot of noise from the neighbours - didn't get a good night's sleep during the one night we stayed before deciding to go somewhere else. And to top it off, the owner refused to give a 50% refund which was all we asked for. Nothing luxurious about it and was not worth a value of +800 euros.

I love the place, it’s spacious and the interior is beautiful! It’s comfortable and it’s worth the price!

Only the kitchen is missing a lot of stuff, tongs, serving spoons etc.
