Stayed 3 nights, it was a comfortable stay for a short stay

All in all a great trip to Rome

3 bedrooms all had there own shower and toilet, showers are a bit on the small side though. Very clean throughout with good kitchen facilities. Quiet residential apartment block with a Small lift to the sixth floor and access to the roof for a class of wine in the evening, (A communal table and chairs on the roof wouldn't go a miss though). Very comfortable beds but only one pillow which is very soft. Air conditioning is quiet and effective. 15min walk to the Colosseum.

The kitchen area is the only seating area as there is no lounge and can get stuffy. Table and chairs are adequate but could do with replacing, although we didn't eat in the apartment we did sit there every evening playing cards and found the plastic chairs uncomfortable after a while.... Although the wine and beer did seem to help. The photos of the property on line seem to show it bigger than it is but it was fine for us 5 adults.

Very good

it was good for a group of people, everybody had ita own privatasi because every room had a bathroom.

timings for check-in and check-out. charges if you checkin later, it stressed us, we where on vacation

Brilliant quite appartment, central to Rome sites, with good resturats, bars, coffee shops nearby

Its a great appartment with three sparate bedrooms each with an on-suite bathroom. Very central localtion with great resturants and coffee shops just around the corner. Also great bars for those who like an evening drink. Superb supermarket also just around the corner. Appartment has French Coffee making apparatus. Did not have a toaster machine, but then cant have everything. Good size Fridge and we (three friends and myself) stayed there for 5 nights.

No toaster. Appartment had iron but could not find iron board, even though we were advised it was there. But did not matter in the end.

Good place for visiting rome

Great apartament, very clean, perfect for 3 couples (3 separate bedrooms + 3 bathrooms). Good localisation. The owner very helpful. Airport (ciampino) taxi for 60 euro

Excellent value in a large apartment that was great for our family of 6 to explore Rome.

We loved the 3 large bedrooms each with own ensuite and a small kitchen and large fridge and a washing machine. It is on 6th floor and had lovely views. It was very well stocked and had replacements of essentials (toilet paper etc). Lots of windows that allowed nice natural light.

The only thing I could fault is the shower wasn’t quite warm enough and the washing mashing spin cycle left clothes still a little too damp - took days to dry them.

Great base to explore Rome

Fantastic location and super nice.

This is perfectly located in Rome. Both train stations are very close about 10 min walk both the metro and the one you take for speed trains. The Colosseum is also about a 10 min walk. Stanley met us there early in the morning and showed us around the apartment. They also arranged an airport transfer for us. The place is pretty big has 3 rooms and 3 baths which is nice. Each room has its own bathroom. Kitchen is small but it fit all of us and it came with all the basics, coffee, teas, sugar and of course oil, vinegar and salt. We asked him to bring us some clothes pins to hang our laundry and he did so that was great. The washer was not working well it did not spin the clothes very well and it leaked but it was hot enough outside that we hang them on the balcony and they dried quickly. Beautiful views from the little balcony and the terrace. Highly recommended!

Functionally ok. Not super impressive. But the AC and wifi helped make the stay acceptable

AC in each bedroom. 3 toilets. Good wifi. Good location.

Amazing experience!

Everythiiiiiing! The host was amzing, the rooms were amazing. Everything exceeded our expectations. The access on the terrace was also a really nice surprise.

You have to wait after anyone takes a shower because the water is not always warm (as in most Italian flats) but that wasnt an issue as everything else was amazing and we didn't mind waiting.

Does not match the descriptions in Booking.

The drain in the shower was not working properly and the water was flooding. There were no mops and the floor was constantly wet. The pillows were not comfortable. There was not a single bottle of water for free as "welcome" and we bought ourselves toilet paper, that was not enough for six people!

Disappointing

Lots of light and spacious. Close to a lot of the sights

Apartment in need of some TLC, broken door handle, kettle not working, staircase up to terrace very shabby. No chairs or tables on Terrace or balcony as shown in pictures. Very small lift so took a lot of time to get 6 people down the 6/7 floors Only 1 key and the apartment door would not shut unless locked. We were almost ready to leave for 11am when at 10,45 the cleaner came in and started doing things ( not that there was much to do) No advise on what to do with the rubbish Marco seemed pleasant for the 5 minutes we saw him

Exceptional

Thank you very much to Marco and Stanley for our comfortable stay! We came earlier than the check-in time and were allowed to leave our luggage there, so we had some more time to walk around. Stanley was always in touch and helpful when we needed something. The location is very good – just near Basilica di S.Maria Maggiore, 10-15 minutes walk to Colosseum. The apartment was clean and comfortable, just exactly what we needed.

Great location! Lots of bathrooms!

Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning unit. Close to main train station, all hop on hop off bus tour stops and surrounded by cafes. Marco organized a private auto transport from the airport and welcomed us with a map and advice for eating and shopping.

Communal space was limited to the kitchen area, not air conditioned, and no window coverings for privacy or protection from the hot and bright morning sun. Elevator required a key which was difficult to turn, forcing us to use the stairs often (6th floor apartment). Some cleanliness issues, such as flaky, mucous gelatinous substance coating the electric hot water kettle, laundry in the wardrobe, stained towel hanging in a bathroom, strong mildew odor and ants in another bathroom.

A comfortable place for family to stay in Rome

There are 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, it is very good for a big group to stay. The contact person/manager is very helpful.

The shower space is very small, in addition, the water pressure is low so the water comes out a bit small. Advise: Do not take the shower at the same time. Moreover, some desk lamps do not work.
