Great place to stay in Rome

The location was peerless, could throw a stone and hit the colosseum. Beds comfortable. Amenities exceed expectations. The staff are very friendly with excellent English.

Walls were thin, could hear noise from the other rooms. Breakfast was okay.

L’hôtel est bien. Il merveilleusement bien situé par rapport aux sites historiques. Le prix est excellent et le personnel sont génial. Ils nous ont même garder une valise pendant une semaine pendu que nous voyagions plus au nord. Je vous recommande l’endroit sans problèmes.

This was a beautiful room in a safe neighborhood that made our trip fabulous!

The staff was so accommodating and we were grateful to be able to check in early. They were helpful to give us a map and lay of the neighborhood. The property is in a locked courtyard and located a 5 min walk from the metro or buses. The breakfast was so generous! The bed was comfortable and plenty of towels were offered.

The door off the street looks residential and was confusing at first. We called the number from our booking and they gave us a code to get in so really no problem!

We liked the stay very much. The Breakfast service was amazing. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were very kind and helpful. The biggest advantage is that it is very near to Colosseum and 10-15 mints via Metro/Bus from Rome central Station. I also used mini scooter (voi/lime) some times from central town. I would really appreciate staff for arranging mini breakfast day before when we said we leave early in the morning, so that we would carry some of it while traveling and eat it. Usually no body offers Breakfast like that when we said we will leave early, technically we miss out (Most of the times it happens for us due to early morning trains)......

One challenge is to finding out this B&B. We had little struggle to identify the right entrance. Later, we guided by Lady works in next door and found out the entrance. Probably, it would be nice to put a small name board outside next to the main door which is helpful for Guests coming in....

our room was small compare to others, size of room would be a small problem for long day stays when you are travelling as couple or family

The best booking experience!

The stay in Zefiro home was the best stay that I have ever been by booking. The staff there were really kind, they cleaned our rooms several times through the day without us asking for it. The property really felt like home, with cookies, fresh water as well as coffee and tea the whole day. They really thought of evertything, the toilet had evertything, from make up cleaner to body lotion. The breakfast was really good, tI highly recomend to try the coffee latte with the breakfest. The location was perfect, 5 min walking to Colloseum. Highly reccomend to everyone!

Lovely - we will stay here again when in Rome! Easy for kids to walk around to everything!

Wonderful location, easy for a family of five to get two rooms and have plenty of space. Clean and updated, beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helped arrange taxis to/from the airport. Breakfast was ample and extra coffee/tea in rooms.

The walls are a bit thin, so other guests' noise coming/going was apparent. But it is situated on a peaceful and quiet courtyard, so manageable! A fan or noise machine in the rooms would help with the ambient noise.

Attentive staff

A small guesthouse, I believe it only had four rooms. Our room was a decent size, clean and had sufficient storage opportunities. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Excellent location. Breakfast was served in the room which was convenient. The staff was very attentive. No traffic noise. Overall a good guesthouse.

Sadly the breakfast basically didn’t have any variety which is annoying if you spend more than two nights here. The only major negative thing was that you couldn’t open the window in the evening because there was a very bad frying smell from downstairs restaurant in the inner courtyard. Also the interior doors could use some soundproofing.

Lovely conveniently located accommodation. Would be happy to stay there again.

A very nice breakfast was served in the room. Our room was absolutely spotless, and beds turned down for the evening and room checked as well as a daily clean. The location was excellent. The building Zofiro is located in is very clean and always smelled good. Once inside the building and accessing Zofiro on the third floor it was super quiet, no street noise at all which was great.

Nothing we were vey happy with our choice and highly recommend it.

Overall it was very nice and comfortable.. recommended

The double bed en-suite was spacious and comfortable. The property is very near to the Colosseum, walkable distance to Centre Square. Restaurants are on the doorstep,

a microwave should be available for guests, bus stop was little bit far away, family with a kid and stroller walking to the bus stop in Rome pedestrian path is terrible, the bathroom tap needs to be upgraded.

In the heart of old Rome with great staff and comfortable room on a budget that own’t break the bank.

It was clean and very charming. We had a room that looked out to the small courtyard that had the charm of old Italy. It was quiet, not on the street and comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t cooked but it included everything you need to get your diary started, coffee and tea and orange juice, cereal and fresh fruit, meat and cheese, yogurt, bread and nice coffee Cake. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I had left something behind when I left and they shipped it too me at the next hotel we stayed at.

Amazing place. My trip to Rome was much better because of them.

Everything on Zefiro home was amazing, specially the attention given to the guests by the staff and the cleanliness.

Minor point: there could be a easier way to phone the reception from the entry door at check-in. I had to call them.

Well located quiet room in a lively and nice neighborhood.

Location is excellent, walking distance from Colosseum, Forum Romanum, Palatino. Nice neighborhood, good restaurants and cafes, nice shops. Lively but the room is quiet. Nice Italian breakfast served to room. Friendly staff.

The room didn’t have a view but on the other hand it was quiet and we did have a good sleep.
