Location very central, cleanliness excellent, staff lovely.
This was on a square which was very noisy at night and into the early hours of the morning,sadly this means we wouldn’t stay here again, if you have mobility issues the lift is tiny,holds no more than 2 people and that’s a tight squeeze.

Zimmer war zu groß und die Möbeln sehr zerstreut.. Internet funktionierte nicht.

Sehr geräumige Zimmer, großes Bad mit Wanne und Dusche; Lage: besser geht nicht, am alten mittelalterlichen Zollhof, unweit aller Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt; äußerst freundliches Personal; gutes Frühstück

best location in old town. very near to old town square, restorants and public transportation. also in walking distance to new town and other side of Chales brige. although hotel is located very central area, it s far away from noise. we stayed very big room which has amazing view of Tyn square and church. the little gifts and treats in the room were ver special. open buffet breakfast had lots of variety and was delicious. all staff at hotel was so friendly. but special thanks to Anastasia. she was always so kind and helpful.

Die Lage des Hotels im beruhigten Innenhof mit Blick auf den autofreien Platz hinter der Tyn-Kirche ist einzigartig. Man fühlt sich wie in einer Ruheoase mitten im Zentrum von Prag.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Personal super freundlich. Ein sehr altes Gebäude mit historischem Flair. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und das Hotel schon weiterempfohlen.

Charming rooms, excellent location, fabulous staff, great breakfast. Special shout-out to Martin in reception, he was most helpful and very kind. Dasha and crew in the dining room were attentive and met us with a smile every morning. And the staff learned it was my wife’s birthday and made it extra special.

Despite busy location relatively quiet (might be depening on room as courtyard is noisy). Location is amazing, everything is at easy walking distance. Restaurants at doorstep. Big rooms with high ceilings. Beds are not too bad. Many people can sleep in one room.
Rooms are shabby, bathroom is very basic and cheap built, warn and broken. Tiny elevator. Most rooms are full of beds regardless of how many people sleep in there. Waterpressure in shower is low and temperature is changing. Airco works, but is not strong enough and is older.

Excellent welcome by personeel specially Martin and Anastacia.Parking was foreseren directly in the neighbourhood.Breakfast was superior.The room was beautifull with view to the old city and even a public terrace nearby the room.I'm coming back there.Praha is a beautifull city.

Perfect location literally two steps away from Old Town Square. Spacious and confortable room. Reception staff are very attentive, especially Martin, who was very helpful with checking in/out and getting us to the airport in time.

Reception was helpful and kind, the location is very central without the noise of the prague nightlife. Parking is available, which was a godsend. Overall exceptional.

Breakfast was decent but the top floor room and furnishings were fantastic, as was the view of the church in old town square. Everything we wanted to be near was a very short walk. Cannot beat the location and yet tucked into a little courtyard square that is relatively quiet at night. Staff was great also and took care of modest requests with a smile and welcoming attitude. We just lived the place and ended up extending our stay with a second booking so I guess we get to review them twice!

It wasn't a chain hotel I used to go to often. But it's a nice old-fashioned hotel in a traditional old town.
The bedding was clean and the breakfast was good. It's a great place to stay, especially with 2 kids.
Lastly, thank you to Ms. IANA who kindly welcomed me even though I arrived late. (At first, she was like Elsa, but her kindness and laughter are so beautiful. Thank you)

The air condition unit in bedroom was not cold enough so had to open windows to get some air but a noisy disco across road

Very friendly staff in a wonderful charming hotel with heart and soul.
The central located house brings some outdoor noise late evening. My room was very spacious so I closed the windows for some time.
Strongly recommend this hotel to all people that want to explore old Prague.

The position of the hotel is good
Difficult access to the hotel with a car - that was not clearly described before the arrival; broken mirror in the bathroom; one half of the wardrobe has no coat hangers; television has only national czech channels - nothing international; staff not very polite and committed to the work; breakfast has a good choice but the quality e.g. of the bread or the juices is low; the price for the room is too high in relation to what is offered (e.g. no fitnees or spa);
