Zuvorkommendes, freundliches Personal, hochwertiges Ambiente, wunderbares Hotel

Extrem zuvorkommendes Personal. Für meine Tochter hat kein Kindermenü gepasst - der Koch kam und hat mit ihr besprochen, was sie gerne möchte und das extra für sie eine eigene Speise zubereitet. Late Checkout ohne Probleme möglich. Die meisten Angestellten hatten ein Lächeln auf dem Gesicht und waren nicht nur zu mir sondern auch zu meiner kleinen Tochter sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Desayunó buenísimo Atención muy buena .. pedimos una almohada de más y sin problema.. y el último día salir un poco más tarde de la hora y tampoco hubo ningún problema Destacó también la ubicación

El desayuno cambia de findes de semana a días entre diario.. aun así sigue siendo muy bueno

Stay there for location and staff! You won’t regret it

It was amazingly located. You just walk out and by foot it was probably no more than 10 minutes to the main Christmas markets. Along the way, you’d find cafes, boutiques, shops, etc. The staff is what makes the hotel amazing. I read this in the reviews before booking, and that’s what made me book. But truly! If you needed anything the front desk was very accommodating. More than that was the breakfast staff. Ibrahim especially. He would welcome you as if you were entering his home. Happy to always custom create dishes or please people, even in the smallest of ways. The staff always came over and made sure you had whatever you needed, chit chatted with you, and just gave an all around warm feeling. Our special thanks to Yanna, Ibrahim and Priyanka!

The rooms are a bit basic. I feel like the price is a bit high for the standard ness of the rooms themselves. Breakfast itself is also good, but not great as far as options.

An excellent hotel, good for city breaks.

Excellent position, right in the center, close to public transport, big rooms, good food, clean.

The evening waiters could benefit from more training, they were young and inexperienced.

Nyoppusset og stilig hotell. Store moderne rom. God frokost. Serviceinnstilt personale.

Mic dejun excelent, camera curata, saltea confortabila

Mic dejun excelent. Patul este foarte confortabil, camera renovata si moderna. Amplasat intr-o zona linistita, pe o strada adiacenta, usor de ajuns in centru.

Am luat cina in restaurantul din incinta, in seara cand am ajuns. A fost o experienta urata. Tot meniul era ciudat, cu ingrediente care nu se complementau. Scump pentru ce s-a comandat si chiar daca a fost un fel de fusion asiatic cu international, gustul era cel putin ciudat.

Amazing hotel!

I had an amazing stay. The location could not be better. I love the fact that it has standing shower and heated floor for the bathroom! The bed was good too. Still typical european combined single bed but I did not even feel it. The avocado toast at breakfast was the best that I'd ever had and the staff even remember my room number and my usual order.

Opakovaný pobyt v hotelu Alcron. Nově zrekonstruované pokoje, které malinko ztratily šmrnc luxusu, ale útulné jsou ;-). Personál velmi milý a nápomocný, postele pohodlné a v hotelu je čisto. Snídaně průměrná, od hotelu Alcron čekáme o malinko víc, vzpomínáme na doby před covidem... Těšili jsme se do baru na drinky, ale bar už má jinou nabídku, za nás lepší před...

Meget lækker morgenmad, hvor man kunne bestille á la carte. Fik en dejlig omelet

Der var prostituerede ca. 50 m væk, dem kunne jeg godt have undværet.

Excellent hotel in superb location. Only a few minor niggles.

We got an upgrade to a castle view suite, which was wonderful - very spacious and comfortable. Very good choice at breakfast and efficient service We were allowed to check out late without charge Outstandingly efficient housekeeping - we put out the please make up room sign before breakfast each morning and the room had been cleaned on our return

The bathtub was very short and unusually deep, making access difficult. Despite two requests for a non-slip rubber bathmat none appeared, and it seems that the concept was not familiar to the hotel staff. The bathroom would have benefited generally by the provision of strategically placed grab handles.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been in Europe!!! The stuff is very helpful all the time. Very Clean & Neat. The receptionists were amazing.. the location was great

Tea was provided upon our request and it was not in the room. Iron and Boiler were not in the room

Amazing staff! My flight got delayed, so I requested to extend my stay for another night, but checked out at 7pm. The staff were so kind and didn’t charge me for that night. So unexpected and touching. Thank you!

Amazing place with great location

Beautiful, modern interior, big and clean room with great comfort and friendly staff. We felt like at home. Breakfast was outstanding with quality selected ingredients and amazing service. Everything was perfect.

Great location , the air conditioner is of good quality , and the staff was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting.

The rooms walls may not be soundproofed because we kind hear the noise

We had a wonderful experience and are looking forward to returning soon.

Transfers to and from airport organised by the hotel and staff very friendly and the hotel was lovely.

It was only a small thing but we wondered if all the refurbishments were fully completed as we tried to order room service via the tv and it just said they will be up and running soon and there was no hard copy menu in the room. We arrived quite late but I’m sure once it is completed there will not be an issue.
