What's nearby: Just a few blocks from your door is the main street, connecting you to all of the shops, restaurants, and nightlife. And just three miles from your door is the Steamboat Ski Resort Gondola, connecting you to over 2,900 acres of skiable terrain. This condo is also less than one mile to Howelsen Hill Ski Area connecting you to North America’s oldest operating ski area that contains 17 trails. When you're taking a break from the slopes, try out snow tubing, the mountain coaster, snowshoeing, or a horse-pulled sleigh ride through the snow. Come summer, take your pick from numerous hiking and biking trails in the area, saddle up for horseback riding, or soak in Old Town Hot Springs less than 1 mile away. During the summer months take a short 5-minute walk and watch the rodeo, try the Alpine Slide, or visit the year-round indoor ice across the river. Our unit is located across the street from the Yampa River where inner tubes are available to rent to float down the river. For those land lovers, rent a bike around the corner and bike along the river or around town. Things to know: Free WiFi and cable Full kitchen Parking spots are not assigned and are limited. This was one of the very best mountain condos we’ve stayed in over the years. Super convenient to restaurants and shopping. Quick walk to bus stop to get to the mountain. Easily the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in. Plenty of extra blankets, towels and pillows. Super comfortable for a family of five, with two of them being 14 year old boys. Only tricky thing is that we could find where to put the trash when we checked out.

Absolutely perfect location, right downstown, walking distance to everything. The condo is very well furnished and has everything you might need! Including whatever you woild need in the kitchen to make meals. Very comfortable as well.

The condo was as described, just perfectly located downtown so everything from Botanic Gardens (1 mile) to the library (1/2 mile) and many great restaurants were within walking distance. Kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfortable, and despite being downtown there was minimal noise at night. The rooms were a bit dark and could use more lighting, but other than that, we had no complaints. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location. In the heart of town, shopping, events, restaurants. Well stocked kitchen. Lighting is poor in the living room area. Had problems with the air conditioning in the living room area. Weren't able to keep it working the last 2 days of our stay. The condo was clean but needs to be sprayed for spiders. We had large spiders in the Master bedroom shower and closet.

While it is dark inside, the location of this property is awesome. Walking distance to restaurants, downtown, river, etc...Only time we drove was to go to Steamboat Lake and Stagecoach. Second time staying here and well worth it.

We were in Steamboat to do everything BUT ski, and this was the perfect place to stay. Steps away from dozens of restaurants and bars, and easy access to whatever you might want to do. Property quite nice, kitchen well provisioned, nice fireplace, good wifi. I’d definitely go back.

First time we decided to stay downtown during our annual ski trip and realized this is the way to go. The property is outstanding, well-located, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. No complaints whatsoever...and very close to all the great places to dine and drink in downtown. We would definitely stay here again...highly recommended.

Great location, guaranteed parking right in front of the 1st floor location, walk to everywhere in town, right out the door is Saturday Farmer's market (best we have ever been to). Kitchen met all our needs. Place was clean. Some noise from trash bins and trash pick up. Biggest downside was the living room and bedrooms were extremely dark. Difficult to read a book in either place. The rocking recliner squeaked; so did not rock. Overall a good place to stay.

A perfect location in downtown Steamboat

This was our first time to visit Steamboat and we couldn’t have a chosen a better place to stay. The location is perfect for walking anywhere downtown and the condo comes with a convenient reserved parking space. The accommodations were perfect for our family of four. We were able to stock a few things in the fridge and the laundry was convenient to keep our clothes clean. I would highly recommend staying here!

This condo was well stocked with all the basics you'd need on a vacation. The location was fantastic. The bus stop was just a short walk away and got us to the ski resort quicker than any time we've stayed closer to the mountain. In the summer, you'd be right across the street from the river and all the adventures that holds! We were able to easily walk to restaurants, shops and even Vitamin Cottage. You won't be disappointed with a stay here!

The property was clean, well cared for and cozy. Nice up to date kitchen. The location was great! We were able to walk two blocks for the “Express Ski area” bus — allowing for easy access to the base of the Mountain. But then we were downtown for restaurants and just walking around. We have been coming to Steamboat for years, but this was the first time we did not stay “on the mountain.” It was a nice change and this condo and owner are great. We would stay here again:)

Really glad we decided to stay in town during our time in Steamboat. The condo is close to everything. So easy to hop on the bus to ski each morning. And then we were in town in the evenings for shopping and dining. We spent more time than usual in the condo due to comfort level being out in crowded restaurants. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and it was a very comfortable space for our family of four. Great communication all around.

The condo was fully equipped. We loved the location in getting around town. We used the free bus to get to the ski area. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and living area had a lot of confortable seating. We would definitely stay here again.

The owner needs to update the information provided about the rental to include the correct wifi password (taped to the side of the refrigerator) and add some details about the heating system, and where to put out the trash. Not so much about dining options or "things to do", as those are easily found on any search engine or map. But overall, once the few early hiccups were solved, we had a great time, the place was immaculate, everything you could possibly need provided, and the location is fabulous. We will definitely stay again!

A couple friends and I very much enjoyed our stay in this cozy. We were in town for the SBT GRVL Race. The location was absolutely perfect. We were close to everything including great food, drinks, bike shops, and the start/finish line. The home itself is very well equipped with anything you may need. The furnishings are inviting and comfortable! We look forward to returning to Steamboat Springs and staying here again.
