Friendly staff
Good food
Comfortable bed
Room was at top of property-had to negotiate a treacherous staircase with a grubby carpet. Room extremely small and window would not open and mould noted on frame. Thankfully a tower fan was provided. Also general appearance of hotel was tired and many laundry bags / boxes lying about causing an untidy look.

Public dining room, quality of evening meal and very pleasant staff including cleaners
Our friends were given a room at the top which was exceptionally small and uncomfortable and should not be used for anyone.

The location was great for my needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food and drink were great.
The people above me were quite noisy and you could hear that quite good, including the squeaky floor

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were large and very comfortable. It was conveniently located in town and walking distance to a market.
Not entirely recommended if you like to go to bed early or sleep in, lol. We stayed in the family suite on the 3rd floor on a Friday night. There was a band at the bar downstairs that was quite loud until around 10pm. There are also no window shades in the double room so it was bright very early in the morning. Otherwise, we really did enjoy our stay!

The staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable with lovely en suite bathroom. Ample tea/coffee sachets and biscuits in our room. Great place to stopover for a couple of days. This is the second time we have stayed here and would visit again.

The staff really pulled out the stops - the food was very good and the rooms were excellent value for money, but the customer service was second to none. Great team, well managed and I would highly recommend it. Thank you!

Nice hotel, in nice village; friendly staff
We asked for a double bed, which was confirmed; however we were placed in a room with 2 single beds. We woke up rather early as the guests in the room above us woke up and the wooden floors are noisy. Furthermore it was a pity that the kitchen was closed when we arrived at 20.15.

We were hosted by friendly staff and enjoyed this lovely structure in this charming village. Highly recommended.
The only negative aspect was the shortness of my stay.

The evening meal was excellent.
Steep stairs to upstairs room. Room small for two people and was very warm. Extractor fan in bathroom faulty.

The room was far two small for 2 people and was above the kitchen the heat was unbearable and could sleep because of this I would never go back overpriced for a very poor facility
A bigger room that wasn’t unbearable to sleep in.

Nowhere to put your clothes in the room only two small bedside drawers the top drawer would not open something jammed in it no wardrobe ,no room for one anyway the main hotel is definitely not suitable for disabled as there is a very steep stair and no lift

Good value, friendly staff. Ideal for my stay whilst fishing locally. Clean room with all facilities I needed. Stayed here many years ago and it's been thoroughly refurbished since then
Somewhat noisy at night. The people in the room next door stayed up late playing loud music but I can hardly blame the hotel for that.
