Floor-to-ceiling patio doors lead you to the handcrafted Trex deck with hi-top table seating to enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the dolphins frolic through the waves! The spacious living area offers a queen sofa sleeper so that this home will comfortably accommodate 9 guests. High-end furnishings, a huge wall-mounted flat-screen HDTV, and some of the most beautiful views on the beach await you. This home features a formal dining area and breakfast bar seating so that everyone can enjoy meals together. The recently upgraded kitchen welcomes you with granite countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, a custom ceramic backsplash, a center island, and every culinary convenience you'll need to create authentic coastal cuisine. For the ultimate convenience, a half bath and laundry center are also located on the first level. As you enter the second-floor hallway you'll find the loft area which offers twin bunk beds and a trundle so that this area will accommodate three children easily. This was our first time to Panama City Beach! It was great to be steps away from the beach! Loved sitting in the deck and watched the sunsets! The place was beautiful and updated. I feel like we were in the perfect place not overly busy around us. The only thing we didn’t like was the furniture wasn’t very comfortable to sit in.

The late check-in time is a bit excessive. I traveled 6 hours and was denied an early check-in even though the representative made a comment about how upset my toddler sounded in the background of the phone call. First impression of the rental was good until the dirty floor caught my eye. However, the two hiccups above were the only hiccups of the entire 7-day stay. Was it worth $2600 for the stay? Probably not. But, it’s only money and the experiences make up for it.

This was by far the best rental we have had yet!!! Beautiful townhouse. Immaculate. Well stocked. Beautiful decor. The best part was the beautiful beach views. Walk out the door and there it was, sand and salt water. The sunsets were amazing. Will return again and again. Great communication with the host.

You can sit on the deck and watch the ocean or people watch.
We did see a dolphin swim by and the sunsets were beautiful.
We did play cards and read on the deck a little bit, but the sun was really bright. A sun umbrella would of been beneficial.
Otherwise every thing was very clean, and had great response during our stay if we had any issues or questions.
We would stay here again.

The town house was more than expected! We were so pleased with it. Clean and well equipped for our needs. We had issues with the property manager which is a shame because if it wasn’t for them we would rent this place over and over. Seriously 5 star for everything but Blue Swell.

I loved this townhouse. Park in front of your door and step out of your back door onto the sand. It was clean and beautifully decorated. My 4 year old granddaughter loved that she had her very own "bunk bed house". Very nice deck seating. I really like having a beach in front that isn't being shared by hundreds of people as when staying in a large condo complex. I wish I could have stayed much longer.

The property is beautiful. Housekeeping is lacking some, as there were spills all over the walls and had to clean the master bath ourselves to get rid of mold. There was no laundry basket that made it difficult to bring up/down stairs. Overall tho, the property is absolutely beautiful and wish renters would be more respectful in how they treat rental properties.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Spacious condo for my family of 4, with wonderful views and unbeatable beach access for the price. We came at an off peak time, so pretty much had the beach to ourselves. Condo was updated and clean. We will be back!

What I am unhappy about is that I get home after a 20 hour drive to an email stating that I am being charged $250 because the cleaners found “evidence” of an animal being there and had to do extra cleaning. I do not have an animal. I feel this needed to be addressed and not automatically done. I am hoping this gets refunded, because we really wanted to start staying there once a year.

Once again this home did not disappoint! Our family of 5 enjoyed our PCB vacation. The home have everything you need for comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. We even used the grill for lunch and cooked burgers and hotdogs. Perfect location! Can’t beat the view! We highly recommend.

We could not access the beach or sleep at night due the noise all day and night. Had we known about the reclamation we would have stayed elsewhere. This property is amazing! It was clean and totally updated. Being able to walk from the deck to the beach was awesome. We highly recommend and definitely would stay again.

We stayed in early October and it was our second stay in this townhome. We love it! All the comforts of home, with the beach and ocean in your back yard.
Our only complaint is the bed in the master could use a new mattress, but we will be back regardless!
It’s now one of our favorites!
