Its clean and nice, but...

But the beds are moving, they're not stable. And the sound conductivity is awful, we heard people from outside all the night as they was talking near your ear.

We got a different apartment as the one we booked had some problems but we were really happy as it was a really good upgrade. The apartment was a specious one with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and even a terrace without any additional costs. We really enjoyed our stay there as a family of 4 :)

We were happy with the service

The location of the apartment is superb. It is very spacious for 3 people. I liked that I used the same key for property access and apartment access. I appreciated that I was asked how many keys do I need.

The sofa requires replacement or repair. The bed is easily moved around (e.g. when you sit on it). There is washing machine but no place to dry clothes. Apparently, guests in other apartments smoke weed and the smell of it was in the common hall and in our apartment. Though I doubt this is something that can be easily prevented.

+ Very good location, easy to go were you want by public transport or even walk. + We had apartments with two bedrooms, and there we two bathrooms, that was very comfortable. + Apartments were clean. + Good price for that place.

- It was difficult to find were we have to take keys, administrator could provide more detail discription how to find registration when to go from airport. - Kitchen equipment - there was only one small frying pan and they were quit depresciated so it was hard to cook at home.

Great location.. very short walk to the Sagrada Familia and lovely little bar downstairs. Nice and clean apartment, did the job for a few nights and very close to Marina Metro station with surrounding bars.

Firstly, did not receive a welcome email to suggest we needed to pick up keys 20 minutes away from the apartment. (Cost effective and tiring with 2 young children) The lift access was appalling! Not fit for purpose of pushchair or wheelchair users… I got stuck with my baby for over 35 minutes in the lift as it had broken late at night. Luckily help was sent fairly rapidly after. Reception team ignored over 20 phone calls the night of the lift incident and suddenly answered straight away on a different number! Apologised for saying that the lift wasn’t to my liking…. However barely 2 people can fit into it, personally it’s down to safety in my eyes as it’s like a cardboard box. We were placed on the 5th floor of the apartment, which didn’t make sense considering the lift is utterly inadequate for families/children however the management were aware I had young children because i had a travel cot in my room. We did eventually move to the ground floor after complaining and was greeted by a maintenance man for the key exchange, although did not offer to carry a very heavy suitcase down 5 flights of stairs due to the lift being broken. The first two nights at this apartment unfortunately ruined the whole experience of staying at this accommodation but nevertheless I still love Barcelona… just won’t return to Cosmo apartments again. Also no toiletries were provided which is stated in the description!

Great location - Close to city centre.

Staff - Difficult process on picking up the keys (the other side of the city). Had to chase on few occasions for the deposit refund. Parking - There is no parking near property.

The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable.

Having to collect the keys in the main reception and then get back to the hotel was far to awkward. Not worth the trouble.

Apartment doesn’t lokk in real like it’s in photos.

Location was amazing, only a two minute walk from the nearest metro.

No coffee maker/kettle despite this being in the description. Cleanliness could have been improved.

Bugs everywhere even in the fridge , staff never responds, unclean towels and bed sheets, no hot water, building is unclean and smells bad

the keys are in another location so you have to pay like 30 euros in taxi just to pick up the keys. If the keys don’t work or you forget it inside, you will have to pay another taxi to pick up another keys! no staff in the building and they don’t deliver the keys! is not worthy don’t stay here you will spend about 60 more euros
