Lisboa is wonderful and our stay made more wonderful with our stay in this apt

Excellent location - It is literally within few steps of the Santa Justa Elevator. One can walk to almost everywhere here. Access to cars/taxi/uber is great. The surrounding terrain is flat , so you dont have to worry about lugging your bags from the drop off points. Take note Lisboa is hilly in some places and it can be challenging if you have big heavy bags with you. Checking in and out is very easy and convenient since you dont need to collect nor surrender any keys… access is via passcode.

Es war toll in Lissabon

Die Lage direkt im Zentrum 3 Minuten bis zur U Bahn. Die Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll und alles neu.

Nichts, vielleicht ein wenig hellhörig aber das ist schon jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau

Lovely stay!

We loved our stay! The apartment was very well equipped with everything one could need and everything (bedding, crockery, towels, etc) was of excellent quality - and it was spotless! Despite being on Santa Justa right in the heart of town (the location is excellent), we found the place very quiet and peaceful, especially once the shutters were closed at night. We heard the odd footstep upstairs, but nothing too obtrusive. Slight confusion when we arrived because we did not realise that the company also runs No.77 immediately next door and we were trying to enter the wrong building! Our phone call to the office was answered promptly despite it being a Sunday and the lady we spoke with was very patient and helpful and the confusion was quickly resolved. What made our stay especially enjoyable was the information provided once we had booked with suggestions of places to eat, drink, buy groceries, etc. We found everything we tried to be excellent, not overly touristy and pleasantly varied. Thoughtful touches like this and like the generous supply of coffee, wine, chocolates, etc, that greeted us helped make our few days in a fabulous city all the more enjoyable. Thank you!

Great location, very very clean and comfortable. Lots of little extras included like a bottle of wine two nice waters, soaps, super comfy bed amazing views, easy to access and felt very safe. They offered a cleaning service mid way through our trip when we were out for the day which was a nice treat. Really really recommend to anyone! Lovely stay!

Central, cosy and modern.

Appartement de très haut standing, en plein centre de Lisbonne. Petit balcon sympa pour prendre l'air. Rénovation récente, moderne et propre. Petits cadeaux d'accueil!

Aucun point négatif! A part peut être un prix un peu élevé, mais cela est commun à tous les appartements et hôtels de l'hypercentre de Lisbonne.

Perfect for a few days or even a few weeks!

Perfect location and good for two or four people. Walk everywhere and close to trains and other public transport. Exceptionally quiet despite being in the middle of everything

Perfect city break in Lisbon

Everything was perfect. Location, amenities, welcome kit with wine, water, chocolate. Everything we need to have an enjoyable stay, no worries about, what we forget, even wash mashine/dishmashine capsuls, coffee/tea. It was fantastic place, just opossite Santa Justa. Next time we'll ask for breakfast and excursions. We'll reccommend this place with pleasure!

The location was a little difficult to find, since it is a condo in the midst of shopping & restuarants but access into the building and condo was very easy.

Great apartment, perfect location

The location is perfect, right next to the Santa Justa lift and the main pedestrian street Rua Augusta, a few minute walk from Rossio square, Praça Dom Pedro, Praça do Commercio, metro stations, supermarkets and all the shopping and restaurants. You cannot be more central than this. We chose an apartment with balcony and loved it, perfect for coffee in the morning and people watching in the evening. The apartment is very spacious and clean. It is well equipped with everything you would need for cooking and eating. The shower has good pressure, plenty of towels, soap, shampoo. Good dishwasher if you need it. The windows are exceptionally good to block out the noise, and they have good black out shutters. We arrived early in the morning and were able to leave our luggage at the rental company office a few streets away. The check in was easy, there’s a code for the main door and another one for the apartment door. The building has a lift to all floors which is great for luggage. The rental company offered a mid-stay cleaning service, we didn’t use it but thought it was nice. We would book this property again, and will recommend it to our friends and family.

We had issues with messages from the property (via the messaging feature on Booking) not received or received several hours later. Not sure if it’s an issue on the rental company side or a Booking(dot)com issue. Make sure you call them if you have urgent questions or issues instead of waiting for replies on Booking.

Great apartment, comfortable and well located!

Location, really nice decoration and finishes! Comfortable for a big family!

It just had 1 1/2 bathroom, would’ve be nice to have 2 complete bathrooms!

Great location for first visit to Lisbon

Located in a very touristy area but great location, close to everything you might want to see if you have never been to Lisbon. Apt was very clean and spacious. Lobby and entryway had sewage smell, but not inside the actual apartment

I had given all the requested information and paid the Portuguese tax in advance. However they did not send Apt number or code until day of. I was also told we could leave our Luggage at property until time to check in. It actually was held at the offices located a couple blocks away. Communication was a bit poor, but overall we liked the property
