About this house rental
Our 3 bedroom cottage has 3 queen beds with plush mattresses and high quality linen, charming ornamental fireplaces and timber floors. We have a fully equipped kitchen including essentials and coffee machine and dining room with seating for 6. Our lounge room features comfortable leather lounges and tv and dvd player. WIFI and Netflix available. The bathroom features a separate shower and bath (with spa) with fluffy towels and hair dryer provided. Ducted central heating will keep you toasty and warm on those cold winter days. (extra blankets are also provided) A child friendly enclosed yard and rear deck with outdoor seating and a BBQ are a lovely place to relax after a day exploring all that Orange has to offer. We hope to offer everything you need for a weekend away all within walking distance of cafes and the city centre. Outside pets considered on enquiry.

The only thing I had to criticise was there could have been full length mirrors in each of the bedrooms.

Thank you so much for having us stay in your beautiful property Alex. The house was so charming and the lights with the pull cords took me back to my childhood. The corner spa bath was a wonderful surprise as well.

Nice clean cottage where our cocker spaniel dog was welcome to stay with us with secure back yard.
Very comfortable bed. Good hot shower.

Beautifully appointed home. Appreciated the breakfast options provided. Beds comfortable. The one downside was noise from local traffic. Easy communication with host.

The house was lovely, with added homely touches to make it very inviting. Beds were very comfy. Towels were luxurious. Complimentary wine from Orange which was amazing, thank you Alex, I will be searching for this wine in the bottle shops. To top it off we were able to take our beloved pets with us.

Arden - a lovely place to stay
The house was lovely, with added homely touches to make it very inviting. Beds were very comfy. Towels were luxurious. Complimentary wine from Orange which was amazing, thank you Alex, I will be searching for this wine in the bottle shops. To top it off we were able to take our beloved pets with us.

It is very clean and tidy and was perfect for our needs. Would love to come and stay another time and would highly recommend to others.

This property is maybe a Federation period dwelling but it had very good heating and was well furnished and well equipped. Unfortunately the weather during our entire stay was very cold, some snow and wet. In better weather we would have walked to the City Centre, restaurants and regional museum etc. They are all in reasonable walking distance, The street carries a bit more traffic than we are used to - but that applies to everywhere we stay - and we found parking on the street easy and more convenient than using the garage - easier to get inside in wet weather. Thanks Alex for the provision of fresh milk and the bottle of wine.

Lovely home with a well equipped kitchen comfortable furniture located close to cafes, restaurants and shops. Mr Lim's had excellent food and in walking distance.

Alex was very welcoming, home was comfortable. Close to town and cafes. Great IGA Ashcrofts next block where you can pick up local wines. We played at Wenthworth and Duntryleague Courses.
