It was an excellent stay, modern room facilities.

The soap wasn’t refilled by the next day. It was empty while so didn’t get soap to shower. I had spare in my bag which i used

Brilliant stay and perfect location for the London marathon. Staff very friendly.

Comfortable & convenient stay in Docklands

Great breakfast they forgot to clean my room on the last day & had no water in the room when I returned at 11.30pm- had to ask reception. A mix up when I had extended my stay therefore had 2 bookings.

Not a very comfortable stay.

Nice breakfast. Fantastic view on 38/F and 37/F.

No slippers, no toiletry, no conditioner, not enough towels, little option for hot beverages, no mini bar, little options for room service, pillows uncomfortable causing me neck pain.

Staff member in dire need of basic manners, but that aside, facility was excellent!

The bed was comfy. The room was clean and spacious. The location was good. Breakfast was delicious and a very good selection. Great views of the city!

Katherina my darling.... When the customer asks for a combined bill, take out your calculator and add them together next time. Don't huff, puff and roll your eyes as if the customer is the trouble for you. Especially when it's £3k over. Re-training needed (or actually just training in general on how to be a warm welcoming host)!! Your attitude just stinks. If you want to do that, go and work in Karens Diner. It would be a perfect fit for you. Hope you read this and add it to your resume

A top hotel.

Location and view are unrivaled. Cleanliness is consistent throughout and the rooftop bar is awesome.

I stayed at Novotel Canary Wharf in 2017 and was blown away by both the range and the freshness of fruit available at breakfast. This wasn't the case on my most recent visit. Also, I feel that having stayed for 2 nights, a breakfast tariff of £25 shouldn't have necessitated me paying further for porridge and an omelette.

Excellent value for money, convenience and helpful staff

Suite and view was beautiful, rituals shower stuff, comfortable bed.

Was a bit cold and couldn’t work the heating, one of the tv’s in the suite kept turning off and restarting. However 10/10 stay regardless, 100% returning.

Disappointing

It’s was accessible and clean

I was very disappointed! I informed the concierge that it’s for a newly wed couple and for them to make the room presentable. When the entered it was a plain room which looked like no effort has been made. Concierge told me when I was paying for it that something nice was done but it was just a big disappointment!

The window was too small there was barely enough lighting at times during the day, the TV did not connect to other devices or play YouTube videos

Exceptional

The hotel was lovely, beautiful decorated and very comfortable rooms. The veiw was perfect from our room. Great facilities and amazing value for money.

Only thing I would say if you want do go to the bar upstairs book a table. As it was raining when we went so we couldn't stand outside on the roof top bar.

Novotel is always a good choice for families.

Breakfast was great, as always in Novotel. Room size is very comfortable for 2 persons.

Would be better to have normal (concrete) walls between room and bathroom (soundproof).

I came and receptionist advised that there is no room available due to the festival that happened that weekend even though i have a confirmation. I was then advised that payment will not be charged. However they still took my money. I need a refund ASAP

-Check-In: Efficient, friendly and helpful - Breakfast: Staff was friendly, great view- food plentiful and good - Room: clean - great bathroom/shower - WiFi: excellent - Location: great - Elizabeth Line takes you straight to Heathrow . We stayed 3 nights with our daughter.

not very happy experience. not sure if I will recommend this hotel

it is very good area, stores and restaurants are nearby.

poor housekeeping, did not clean cups , toilet and floor. I missed my Milton Brown perfume , can’t find nowhere, and the front desk had a little help only.

Everything about this property ticked off my expectations, the view is amazing the sizing of the rooms has got more then enough room and pricing for all the facilities is amazing it’s in the middle of Canary Wharf a 5 minute walk to any other restaurants

Great location and luxury experience staying with Novotel

The staff in the lobby were so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless,classy and trendy interior throughout the hotel! Our favourite spot was the rooftop bar and restaurant. Had the best burger of my life for lunch here also.

Exceeded my expectations

Incredible location- beautiful views. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I asked for an upgrade to a city view if any rooms were available and the staff were so lovely in saving a room for me with the most stunning view. Incredibly welcoming and friendly staff. The breakfast was so tasty and great selection. I will be back when I’m next here for work :)
