Located in Sedona, this lovely house for R 5,492 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Welcome to your home base for all that Sedona has to offer! Our newer custom home will provide you and your family with a comfortable and quiet stay among the red rocks in the perfect location of West Sedona. We keep our home stocked with all of the necessities/amenities needed for your stay including a 50 amp EV charging plug and a Keurig coffee station. Our home features a split floor plan with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A cozy fireplace is available along with games, puzzles, a Nintendo Classic, and two new smart TV's with cable and a Netflix subscription. A dedicated workstation and high speed internet is also available. The lush backyard is very quiet and offers red rock views, seating for eight, a grill, propane fire pit, and a hot tub. Our home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of parking on the extended driveway or two car garage. Our home has one video camera showing the front yard/driveway only. Absolutely wonderful home in the heart of Sedona. Walk to trails, close to restaurants, and the house is fantastic. Even has heated floors!!! Chris was an excellent host and very easy to work with. I now have a place to stay when in Sedona!

The property was precisely as advertised and had everything you could need during your stay - and more! Very short walk to the Teacup Trail trailhead which leads to a hike up Sugarloaf Mountain. Hot tub was wonderful after a day of hiking. Looking forward to staying here again!

This house is fantastic! We stayed here with our three adult children and loved it. The location is fantastic- literally a half block from the Sugarloaf trailhead and surrounded by stunning views of red rock- and the house has everything you could possibly need: well-equipped kitchen, beautiful back yard with cornhole set, fire table, and spa, and a lovely family room with a fireplace. I highly recommend this place!

We stayed at the property for 4 nights right before Christmas. The property was very nicely maintained and is close to the heart of Sedona with easy access to all key activities. Kids had lot of fun with the board games and hot tub. Overall very nice experience!

This was a girls trip to Sedona to celebrate our friend’s 60th birthday. The house was super comfortable with plenty of space. The location to trails was perfect for a sunrise walk. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the peaceful backyard. The owners provided many extra fun equipment in the garage to use for your day out exploring. We used the chairs and picnic basket to hold a cocktail hour to see the sunset. Definitely will stay at this location again.

We had a wedding in Phoenix and decided to spend a few days in Sedona after. We brought our 80 year old parents with us. The place is well laid out, clean, comfortable beds, and has all amenities we needed. The location was perfect! Tucked into a neighborhood with a nice backyard and right near a trailhead. I usually stay at 1-2 VRBO rentals each year and this was the best one yet!

We were on a road trip from NorCal. My friends and I enjoyed the place and they both said that when they return to Sedona with their wives they hope the place will still be available. The overall stay was great. Small things like extra bottled water in the garage refrigerator and various items for outdoor activities.

There were 4 of us on a girls trip. The house was perfect! I can’t say enough about it. It was well stocked with water, toilet paper, paper towel, coffee as well as equipment for hiking. I know I really appreciate when a host does that. It so nice not to have to haul those things when flying or purchase as soon as you get there. The location was great! We were close to so many trails. It’s outside of downtown Sedona so no traffic. I would definitely recommend this house and stay there again myself if I come back. Great host! Super responsive and very kind.

Chris took consideration for every type of guest in every detail of his rental. From the fridge full of ice cold water and walking sticks for the hikers to the Nintendo console for the gamers. We rented his place for 2 nights, but the backyard, coffee station, fireplace and proximity to hikes had us wishing our stay was longer. The kitchen had anything a foodie could wish for to make any meal they could imagine. I will be favoriting this place for our next Sedona stay.

We love this rental and have it reserved again in 24. During our stay in 23 we had two snowstorms that made the stay even more beautiful and interesting. The house is well-kept, very clean, and a convenient location. Easy walk to hiking and great food choices close by. Chris, the owner, was easy to reach and quick to help us with a couple of minor problems. He also kept us in the loop with details when the power went out during the big storm.

The stay was great. The location is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood with peace and quiet. There is access to trails within a short walk. The house is very pleasant, even when a heat wave rolls through and we had to spend more time inside then planned.

This house is unlike any other we have rented before. Fully stocked, even with things not usually provided in a rental. The house was super clean, beds were AMAZING, and the location is unbeatable. We bird watched, hiked, shopped, and enjoyed every second of Sedona and this home! Cannot wait to return!

Chris’s home in Sedona is a peaceful, spacious and clean. There are incredible views from the living room and the house is walking distance to Sugarloaf trail. I had issues with the Vrbo app when checking in and Chris was responsive to help me check in. Highly recommend!

This home was in the perfect location for our family to enjoy all the beauty and goodness that Sedona has to offer. Being able to walk around the corner to amazing trailheads was so special and having a grocery close by was a huge help. This property is first class. I would definitely stay here again if/when I return to Sedona rather than taking a chance elsewhere. The property is fully stocked and has too many small, thoughtful details to express here (ex. heated tile floors!), but trust me when I say, do not hesitate. Chris was also very responsive and accommodating. I can't say enough how nice our stay was!

The house was exactly what we needed to host our family for Thanksgiving. Chris was great and responsive. The hiking available right near the house was a wonderful bonus. Hoping some of the beds (mainly the twins) can be upgraded soon for more comfortable sleeping. Would love to return in the future! Thank you!

We have nothing but great things to say about this rental. We reached out to the owner weeks before our trip for recommendations, he responded with a long list of suggestions. We checked in pretty late and it was easy to get access to the house. The location is perfect if you are visiting Sedona. Very clean and probably the BEST stocked house we have ever rented from. The owners, obviously, know what the needs of their renters are and they more than adequately deliver! Thank you for a fantastic stay! If we ever return to Sedona we will most definitely stay here again!
