Hôtel bien situé, proche du métro, du tramway et de la plage. Literie confortable et locaux propres.

Le rapport qualité / prix (petit déjeuner non compris dans la réservation), l’agencement de la douche n’est pas pratique (glisse beaucoup). Personnel du spa désagréable, non ponctuel alors que nous avons un créneau horaire de réservé et payé et que nous sommes à l’heure. Au bout du cinquième jour de réservation à 15€ par personne x2 et alors que le spa est réservé pour une heure, le personnel nous dit que la durée d’accès au spa est de 50 minutes. Inadmissible. Piscine au dernier étage non chauffée, dommage.. on s’attendait à mieux vu la description de l’annonce.

The hotell differs from the picture on Booking even though there is a big house could be with much more potential. strange smell. rude staff. Dirty. They could change Room decor, smell. the bed and the bed line. It feels like we've moved back 10 years.

Pleasant for a 5 night stay, but spa needs an update.

Nice room size for a couple. Window into the bathroom was not expected but hey-ho. Cleaning services and staff were very friendly and accomodating. Reception staff are natural polyglots. Nice roofop view of the city whilst the Telefonica building obscures the view of the sea. Great transport links via metro and tram.

The biggest downfall for our stay was that anything and anyone can be heard in the hallway from inside the room. It didn't help that late-nighters returning from partying would wake us up every night from 4-6am. Also, the rooftop floor and other floors should be made key-card accessible in the lifts because one too many times I had seen people tailgating. Spazio Wellness was a bit outdated and there was a significant amount of limescale (which was identifiable like the salts to the bubbling pool). There is a water consumption limit of no more than 200 litres per person in Barcelona thus the ice fountain (and seemingly the 'hammam' room too) is shut off. I would ask the staff to put another clear sign outside the sauna room displaying that the sauna heater is electric and not a burner. I witnessed other guests pour water into the appliance in an attempt to generate steam. Other than that, the spa reception seems to only take bookings in person at their desk. Also, the room's shower floor is made of a very slippery plastic which I imagine would be unsafe for differently abled people.

Goede locatie voor toeristen. Heel mooi hotel, veel extra's aanwezig. Personeel is begripvol en spreekt voldoende engels. Kamers ook mooi en praktisch plus opnieuw veel kleine extra's.

Persoonlijk was het bed iets te hard.

Comemoramos o aniversário da minha esposa em Barcelona, a equipe do hotel nos supreendeu com acomodação e dando alguns mimos que superou a nossa experiência. Super recomendo o hotel, e agradeço a hospitalidade.

Excellent stay, fair price for good convenience

The rooms and the the whole facility of the hotel are quite clean. Also the swimming pool on the roof looks pretty nice. It also enables us a quiet sleep

Extremely convenient location for the Auditori Forum, rest of town easily accessible by metro

Location, I was there for a concert, the venue was across the road.

I asked for a double bed, but got a twin room.

L’hotel offre di una pulizia ottima, ovviamente il cambio degli asciugamani veniva eseguito regolarmente e inoltre rifornivano il kit dell’igiene personale ogni giorno. La posizione era abbastanza strategica, le attrazioni principale erano all’incirca alla medesima distanza (20/25 min) facilmente raggiungibile con la metro molto vicina all’alloggio (500 m circa) e taxi. Il servizio e lo staff all’interno della struttura era molto efficiente, disponibile e molto preparata. Infine la struttura era molto attrezzata al suo interno disponeva infatti di una palestra, spa, bar e un eccellente ristorante, tant’è che nella stanza si può trovava anche un microonde per qualsiasi evenienza!

Ein tolles Zimmer mit viel Komfort, das allerdings etwas mehr Wartung verdient

Schönes , großes Zimmer mit allem,was man braucht.In unserer Preiskategorie gratis Zugang zur Lounge mit freien Snacks und Getränken. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich - ganz besonders der Mitarbeiter am Eingang des Frühstücksbereiches hat sehr freundlich unsere zahlreichen Fragen beantwortet. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel,allerdings mit leichten Einschränkungen.....

Ein Einrichtung des Hotelzimmers ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wird schlecht gewartet. Im Zimmer befand sich ein Schreibtisch mit einer Klappe zum Öffnen - diese war mal abgebrochen und wurde lieblos repariert. Bruchstellen mit farblich nicht passendem Silikon dichtgeschmiert und dann die ganz Klappe einfach dichtgeklebt - fertig. Das Mobiliar und die Eingangstür ist teilweise abgestoßen,im Badezimmer gebrochene Fliesen nicht repariert. Anscheinend versucht man hier,mit minimalstem Einsatz maximalen Profit zu erwirtschaften. In dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich ein definitiv gepflegteres Zimmer

Loved the breakfast.

The breakfast seemed a bit steep at 14 euros, BUT, it was the best breakfast I have ever seen. They was absolutely anything you fancied. I wound definitely stay again for that alone. Plus there is a taxi rank just over the road from the hotel to whisk us back to Barcelona Sants.

Luxurious and inspiring well located hotel

There is a true sense of luxury about the Hotel SB in every respect. From inspiring design, the atmosphere throughout, excellent service and attention to detail. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay in a location that is well placed to visit some key sites and shopping to the West of Barcelona, but great transport also to the centre. Views from the members lounge and rooftop pool are breathtaking.

No dislikes. A delightful and inspiring place to stay.

War schön, insbesondere perfekte Lage falls man plant ein Festival in der Nähe am Forum zu besuchen

Lage am Strand war top, sind zum Sightseeing öffentlich schnell in der Stadt gewesen Gym ist wirklich klasse, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet für ein Hotel-Gym Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Pool auf dem Dach sieht zwar schön aus, braucht es aber nicht, ist auch ständig überfüllt

Muy comoda!

La habitació es espectacular, lo que más me gusto es la tranquilidad que hay, no se oye ni un ruido. La cama comodisima y el jacuzzi de 10!

Me dieron la habitació algo más tarde, teniendo en cuenta que el checkin es a las 15h y lo que pagué por la habitación me habria gustado más puntualidad, esperé unos 25 minutos. Pero el personal fue muy agradable y me ofrecieron poder hacer una bebida en el bar.

Perfect if you work at the Convention Center

If you have business at the Barcelona Convention Center, it is a perfect location (right across the street). The friendly staff gave my a free upgrade on arrival, so my room was really huge with a whirlpool in the middle and view to the sea. I am sure the breakfast was good but I had my coffee outside in a small bar. Taxis and Public transportation as well as a shopping mall are right in front of the door.

Since the hotel is mostly used for business travellers in this part of the city a small desk with a chair would have been nice in the room.

Loved it - made a weekend break enjoyable and comfortable and we would definitely stay again.

We had a brilliant stay at the hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the facilities were perfect for us. Breakfast was varied and well-prepared, room was clean and my son loved the pool. Location was close to the Metro so we were able to get to wherever we wanted to go very easily. We would definitely return.

Nothing really. Bathroom maybe could do with a freshen up around the bath but this was a tiny detail.

Barcelona has stolen our hearts ❤️

This hotel is perfect! Clean and welcoming. Staff are helpful and friendly and was able to help us with any questions we had. They had a fantastic spa and roof top pool should you find yourself with a spare few hours on your trip. The hotel is located just down the road from the metro which is super easy to navigate into the city and main sights. The room was spacious and very clean. Would most definitely be visiting again in the future.

A lot of discomfort like broken door hanger, expired cream for coffee on the coffe table of room, whater flow from the ceiling. Some of the stuff workers were not welcoming and rude. I won’t go back to this hotel.

Amazing stay in Barcelona

- Friendly staff, they accommodate us in 2 attached rooms - Perfect location, 5 min walk to the metro and everything around you - Nice gym

- unfortunately we had to book 2 rooms for 4 guest so the price wasn’t that convenient.
