Happy with location of the hotel. Very convenient for us as tourists. Lots of places nearby for breakfast or any other meal.
Staff was very responsive to questions I sent using Booking.com messaging prior to arrival.
We were on the 6th floor (same as the front desk/ check-in area). Most of the time it was fine but one night, whoever was handling the front desk had a very lengthy, loud conversation around 11 pm with someone at the desk that kept us both awake. I went out to the front desk to ask them to speak quietly so as not to disturb us; the talking continued at a fairly loud level for quite a long time. Do NOT accept a room on the 6th floor.

A great hotel. Only a 10-minute walk from Sagrada Familia, and close to another beautiful attraction, São Pau Hospital. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Although at first we were surprised by the hotel's rule of leaving the keys at the reception every time you leave the room, it didn't become a problem.
The room was cleaned every day, so it was always clean and tidy.
There is a metro station and several public transport stops nearby, so the hotel's location makes it easy to get anywhere in the city, as well as access to the airport.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would stay there again.
Everything was great! The only wish is that it would be nice to have a small fridge in the room.

Location is not bad. Metro, bus is near. Basic room for sleep over. Clean. Close to Sagrada Familia.
No cattle for water or any basic equipment.

The location was amazing, close to the metro station and La Sagrada Familia. Nice terrace, opportunity to leave luggage after check out free of charge, friendly staff.
Bad WiFi connection, uncomfortable bed, and blanket, liking toilet, lack of sockets, rust in the bathtub. It will be nice to have a kettle and cups in the room or in general in the hotel by request.

The location was fantastic. Very close to Sagrada familia and the subway. Centrally located with many bars and restaurants around.
The walls were thin, so we could hear noise all the time, including at night. The room could be a bit larger.

Excellent price, very good location, close to places to visit also close to the metro line. We had daily cleaning. We were accommodated on the 8th floor, a superb view over the mountainous region of Barcelona
No kettle for tea or coffee and no fridge in the room.

Staff was super nice and helpful, loved that there was 24 h reception. The location is excellent. The room was clean and nice. For the money- good.
It was a little cold during the night and the exrmtra blankets did not look very clean

The hotel is easily reachable by metro or bus. Our room was modern and had everything we needed and was cleaned daily. The same can be said for the bathroom, although it was slightly less modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall I'd come again, because it was good value for money.
Unfortunately we thought we booked a double bed but ended up getting two separate beds. Also, you had to leave the key at the hotel, which was a minor annoyance.

The room itself was ok, with a nice bathroom/shower.
Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Location was ok, but about a 10 minuet taxi ride to the main shopping area in the Gothic quarter, there is a metro nearby but I never used it.
I stayed at room 708, with a balcony, but it's right next to the hotel's smoking terrace, and the room would smell of smoke whenever guests smoked outside.
Room was small and without a fridge.
Very basic hotel amenities.
Need to need to leave the key at reception each time you go out.

The location is good, and it takes a ten-minute walk to Sagrada Família.
I smell smoke when I open the window.

That location of the Hotel is excellent - it is 10 min walk from Sagrada Familia. The staff was very nice and always offered assistance when asked, including a suggestion for a great restaurant for breakfast nearby. They even gave us an umbrella in case it rained. The room had a big terrace and was cleaned every day, including changing towels every 3 days. The bathroom was big and well equipped.
The room was hot exactly the same as in the photos, we were aware that there are twin beds, but the same were divided by a small table, and were not connected.

Excellent staff, helpful and friendly. Basic but comfortable room with ensuite bathroom, powerful shower, sink, bidet and loo, toiletries & hair dryer. Good AC. A little out of centre but not a problem. On the hop on hop off bus route.

Not far away from the Sagrada Familia, appx 10 min walk.
It's little bit weird that the reception asked us to leave the room keys at reception desk when we leave the hotel, since we declared that we don't want cleaning. People at reception desk changes, and how can they know that we are the correct people of the room? Terrible smell in the toilet, coming from the drain, so we had to keep the window open. Towels has burnt holes on it, I did not dare to use. Even a lip print on the pillow. Some distance from underground station.

The staff was super friendly and location was great! Only 10 min on foot to the Sagrada Família, close to the metro and buses. There`s also plenty of restaurants close by. We arrived at midnight and we were able to find places to eat.
There's no mini fridge in the room. Barcelona is too hot during summer, so we wanted to put some bottles of water in there.
