We requested early check in and they did their best to let us in the room for 12:00 so we could get to a wedding at 1pm. We arrived for breakfast at 9:10 and was told it finished at 9 but they put an order through for us which was very good of them

It was a great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our comfy quiet room was perfect for our needs. Dinner was excellent as was breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. As there was a wedding on the ground floor, the receptionist offered us a quieter room.
Maybe the cool white bulbs in the bathroom 😊.

Lovely staff, very clean, car park and great breakfast.
Shower took a long time for water to heat up.

The room was very clean and comfortable and bigger than some I have experienced in the past. The facilities in terms of dining area and bar were very good and the cooked breakfast was excellent. Great location when attending a sporting event at Cumbernauld Stadium.
Everything was fine.

Everyone was really friendly & welcoming, and great with our young children. Dinner was fantastic (especially the haggis pakoras) and breakfast was very good too.

Staff were helpful and courteous. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. There was a good breakfast selection. Portions were generous and enjoyable. We also had the benefit of a later checkout time if necessary.

I didn’t stay for breakfast on this occasion but had it here before in the past and it was amazing. Very friendly helpful staff and nice room.

location was ideal for what we needed
the room was cold, the bed was uncomfortable, the shower leaked, the windows didn’t close properly so draft through then

Cute little place - quiet and decent parking
Wifi did not reach the "Mews" rooms - and "mews", by the way, is apparently code for "Tiny little rooms in an outbuilding where we put the really uncomfortable beds, blinds that don't shut out any light, and where the wifi does not reach"

We didn’t have breakfast. The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending.
Our room had dirty glasses outside and cigarettes. The room could really do with an upgrade.

fabulous service!
a little old fashioned bathroom but perfectly fine

We were there for a function, the suite was lovely, bar was very reasonably priced and all staff were extremely friendly and amenable. The breakfast was also very fabulous.
Unfortunately our room (329) was old and very tired. It was positioned in the Spires section of the complex and the very back. The door lock was almost impossible to open and everything i nthe room needed ripped out.
I think we were just unfortunate to arrive late and get positioned in the rooms that were left, but it still didn't match up with the price paid I'm afraid.

The location is very handy for the motorway.
There was a function on below us which was very loud until midnight. Apparently this is in the small print on Booking.com but not obvious to spot. Staff unable to move us.
Slightly odd smell in the bedroom.
Bathroom a little shabby.
Breakfast mediocre. Scrambled eggs were killed off in the microwave.
Staff ok but not overly helpful or apologetic.
