No smart TV. that was very surprising and a bit frustrating at moments when we wanted to relax in the apartment. Spanish cable programming kind of sucks. The silhouettes of people on the walls in the hallway were kind of creepy but we got over it.

great location

the location, neighborhood is perfect. the flat is comfortably designed.

we stayed for 7 days and they did not provide any cleaning. they said it is only possible if we pay an extra 45 euros. I find it very weird. I could have understood this if it was 2/3 day trip but for 7 days they should definitely provide at least one cleaning service.

Superb

First of all, the location is calm and quiet, no noises at night, which is the big advantage when being in a big city. Also, the apartment is spacious and has different facilities: a washing machine, a fridge, a cooker and an oven which was, definitely, a benefit for us, to be able to cook ourselves. Also, check-in is super easy, calling the reception at the door and then checking in with the machine which will just require the code of your booking and will scan your passport. Checking-out is also easy, dropping keys in the box just opposite the machine for checking-in. Besides, there is the luggage storage (there are two of them) in the ground floor, which requires 1 euro to store the luggage, which will be returned after picking up the luggage and was super comfortable for us. We checked out and left our luggage for a couple of hours there. The subway is just a few min from the apartment. And there is Mercadonna supermarker 20 min away, where you could buy a variety of food.

All was great, but if there was a tea kettle, would be also appreciated .

clean, well run and well placed rental

the property is well situated near Fontana tube in a nice area with shops around and bakeries. albeit basic the set up was good, clean and efficient and SO easy to get in and use a machine to pay and print entry cards

we found the beds far too hard so if you have a back complaint like l did bring a pain killer …. but my daughter was fine.

I really liked everything. - The location is perfect, it is near to everything. You have a variety of restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, playgrounds, plazas... it is not necessary to take public transport all the time, once you can walk by some iconic places; - I was really surprised with the room. There were 2 space bedrooms, a good bathroom, a big kitchen with all the utensils, a table for family, everything was amazing. - The most important thing: it was pretty clean!

The tv was not working, I didn't send a message to the property tho.

great stay, the area was beautiful and it was great value for money

nice property clean and modern, great area of Barcelona to stay.

We couldn’t find the TV remote but this is so minimal as we would of just used it as background noise anyway.

The apartment was very modern and clean. The accommodation was in an excellent area close to underground station in walking distance from tourist attractions.

Excellent location. We get everything we need in minutes with lots of choice. The staff is really helpful to arrange the taxi for us at 2:30am to make sure we arrive at airport on time. For sure, we will stay here again next time.

felt like a local charming neighborhood very nice bakery shop across the street close to subway green line walking distance to park guell

parking space (at extra cost) in the basement was difficult to get in ( I was driving a Vito)

its location in the city. most things in walking distance. parking spot in the building. nice, spacious apartment. easy check-in.

the freezer was completely full of ice, when opening the bathroom door to quickly the ceiling almost fell apart with a loud noise, and there‘s a water stain on the floor. Thin walls and we could hear everything (including neighbours).

Location was good.

There were 4 of us. 2 couoles. Would have been nice if 2 bathrooms but in Europe it is difficult. Nothinh to complsin about.

The apartment was located in a very nice area, plenty of shops for day to day living.

Very convenient location. Spacious and clean apartment, fully equipped. Very quick and efficient response from staff to queries.
