This luxury property is perfectly situated one mile from Deer Valley Resort and 2 miles from downtown Park City in the quiet neighborhood of Solamere. This 5,000+ square foot property lives large across three levels. Great for multi-family vacations, numerous gathering spaces are on the main level, and an entertainment room is on the lower level. The main level has a well-appointed chef's kitchen with a dramatic white quartzite bar, a large living room, and a dining room - separated by a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. There is also a separate den with another fireplace and LCD TV. The front of the house has Deer Valley resort views from every window and a large wood deck for soaking in the sun after a long day of skiing. The top level has three king bedrooms, including a generous Primary suite with a fireplace and private deck, and two spacious bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and LCD TV. There is also a ladder-accessible loft with two twin beds. Finally, the upstairs hallway has a separate front-loading washer/dryer. The lower level has two large bedrooms with en-suite baths in each. One room is furnished with two Queen beds and the other with a King bed. The bedrooms are separated by a large entertainment room with a Projector 120" Screen DVD and surround sound. There is also another laundry room on this level. The three-car parking garage has plenty of room for your vehicles, winter gear, and a Ping Pong table. The house we stayed in met our needs, it was comfortable and had the basic amenities we needed. However, the house looked very different than the pictures on the website. On the first day we arrived and hot water took a little time to get going and towels in most bathrooms were wet and had to be put into the dryer. I did call the main number and they were quick at responding and helping me through the items that I needed help with. Customer Service from iTrip was awesome throughout the trip.

The room that shows two Queen beds is unusable due to the very poor, worn mattresses. There were also spiders—in just that room. Otherwise, the living and dining and kitchen areas are 5 star. Spa is clean and large. The master is stunning (mattress is ready to replace) and the rooms upstairs are beautiful and large. I’d love to rent again.

we had a wonderful time at our vacation home! very well outfitted as we do a lot of cooking- would have loved more vases for flowers but otherwise just perfect location and amenities We had a few issues- 1. lights in first floor den not working- we didn't need them so didn't call 2. cable on den TV not connected but not discovered until our departure day 3.. one dishwasher didn't drain 4. no garage door opener but was delivered to us on day 1 5. internet worked on one of the 3 networks found but not the one on our instruction sheet 6. not enough wood for the fireplace but had some extra delivered on day 1

Clean, comfortable for large groups, and very well-located. We were able to isolate when we wanted to and access all the surrounding activities when we were feeling adventurous. iTrip was incredibly responsive both before and during our stay. Looking forward to returning to Deer Valley!

This Stunning mountain home in Deer Valley is minutes from the ski resort. The rooms are spacious, the beds are super comfortable and everything exceeded our expectations. It was nice to have many common areas and is perfect for a vacation with shared families. The house is well kept and beautiful. It was truly hard to leave.

Most magical Thanksgiving ever!

Most magical Thanksgiving ever!

I simply could not think of a more magical place to spend Thanksgiving with family! We kept saying it was Hallmark perfect. :) The home and surroundings are beautiful! We felt so spoiled and pampered the whole time we were there. We loved watching the children play on their own little private sledding hill right outside the kitchen window as we baked pies and stuffing. We loved relaxing in the steaming hot tub while snow fell all around us. We loved that there were many places throughout the house where small groups could gather, and the great room was big enough to hold us all when we were together. The master bedroom and bathroom is a dream, and all of the bedrooms were comfortable and beautiful. The kitchen was well-equipped. The wood burning fireplace was cozy and warm and the heaters worked really well. Also, the management was extremely accessible and helpful if we ever needed anything. I could go on and on, but I'll end with saying we never wanted to leave and hope to return soon! It would be fun to try all the seasons in this magical place!

We had a great time staying at this vacation home. Conveniently located just a short drive to Deer Valley and a little further to Park City. Upscale and private neighborhood is well maintained with great views of the mountains. The home is professionally decorated/furnished with a well equipped kitchen and hot tub that is perfect for apres ski! Lots of room for families to spread out or gather by the wrap around fireplace. Would definitely come again. 5 stars!

Awesome stay at Solarmere Ski Home. Looks like a normal house on the outside but when you walk in, you are blown away by a freshly renovated and open floor plan home. Fantastic, huge kitchen which was perfect for our two families to enjoy. Big bedrooms and lots of them really handled the crowd well. Great amenities like the heated closets for stowing wet boots, gloves and other ski gear. Great location as well with great access to Deer Valley and a short shuttle away from Park City.
