We walked everywhere. The apartment was great and the staff were very attentive, but we weren’t told about the parking fee. And the listing said 3 bathrooms but there were only 2. The balcony was a pleasant place.

Stayed with 5 other friends for a guys weekend. Cristina met me early (11:30am) to take my bags and made sure that the apartment was ready ASAP. The cleaning crew was done early so we could check in. Cristina was great to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. The property itself was great. The master bedroom with bathroom was much bigger than expected. The terrace was beautiful and was great spot to hang out. The metro station (St-Laurent) was a short walk away giving quick access to Olympic Stadium, shopping mall etc. Overall a great experience!

Fantastic property and amazing location. Christine was amazing, check-in was seamless and the apartment was just as advertised. Spacious, clean and well appointed. Minutes from Place D’Arts, St. Catherine’s, the old Port, restaurants and shops on St. Laurent, etc. etc. etc. A wonderful trip in an amazing city all began at this excellent apartment. Our visit to Old Montreal was made extra special thanks to this apartment. It is in walking distance to Notre Dame and all of the great things to do in Montreal. The apartment itself was perfect for us with the neat feature of having the rooftop access. The place was extremely clean and the host and team made us feel welcomed and communicated with us every step of the way. Highly recommend this place.

I cannot overstate how much Cristina and this apartment exceeded all our expectations!! The apartment is immaculate, perfectly laid out, quiet, sunny, and has everything you will need as far as kitchen utensils, appliances and bathroom accessories go. The location couldn’t be better for getting to so many different neighborhoods. To top off everything, Cristina was amazing! She met us, even though we arrived at almost 10pm, and walked us through every detail we would need. She was also very quick to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here! The location was ideal. Really, it was perfect for seeing so much of the city. The appt. was well prepared and the communication with the manager and staff was first rate. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

The building is old world beautiful on the outside but apartments are modern and sleek on the inside. Our apartment, 303, had large bedrooms and bathrooms and a very spacious living area and balcony. There is also a large terrace level to enjoy. What truly put our stay over the top was Cristina! She is super responsive, friendly and helpful. She will quickly assist you with any question and goes above & beyond to address any request!! We've stayed in many VRBOs and she is the best!! This will definitely be our home when we come back to Montreal...and we will come back! Jose has many apartments in the building with slightly different layouts, so let them know your traveler makeup and they can help select the best unit. Thanks again Cristina!!

Our family of four (two teens) loved staying here but for one thing. The location could not be better- close to shopping, restaurants, and the metro. Check in process was easy. The unit we reserved was double booked so we were switched to another apartment- which was fine. Our 2 bedroom apartment was on the 4th floor (2 queens in one bedroom, a king in the other, 2 bathrooms) very clean and spacious. The building has an elevator and was safe and quiet. The one thing that did not work for us was the king mattress being too firm. As a personal preference, we prefer a softer mattress for a restful nights sleep. Other than that, this place was great.

Check in was smooth and very helpful as the host gave us tips about the city. We had everything we needed from dish soap to extra towels. Beds were comfortable and place was immaculate. Despite being downtown walkable it was a pretty quiet street, no road noise. We only took the car out once because everything was so central and walkable. I did like having underground parking to leave the car. We did not use the rooftop deck as we were so busy but what a pretty space! My only caution is the local taxes and parking were not included in the VRBO price which added @15% to the cost. This is my first time using this platform so maybe I just didn’t know how that worked. Even with the added cost it was well worth the total price in my opinion.

We walked in and the four of us said simply WOW! Location is perfect to walk to Old Montréal, to walk downtown. And if you need to take transit, the Métro is just a short walk away. The apartment is is how it’s described in the listing - and is impeccable, and really comfortable. We’ll be back.

The experience was delightful on every level. The apartment was exactly as pictured; the host Christina was personable and informative; the location was perfect for walking anywhere we chose to go in Montreal. We will stay there again and recommend it highly to all.

This is the perfect place to stay in Montreal. Perfectly situated. The apartment is clean and spacious with everything you need and plus a roof terrace to relax after a day of fun.
