This condo, located in the Centrum Building in the heart of the Mountain Village Center, provides all the comforts of home with endless outdoor activities just steps from your front door. With ski access, breathtakingly beautiful views, an inviting gas fireplace, a private balcony, and a prime location just steps to the Gondola, this condo has all the makings of an epic ski trip with friends and family. Unwind in the living area and watch your favorite shows on the wall-mounted TV as the fireplace warms up the place after a long day hitting the slopes. The well-equipped kitchen is ready to help you channel your inner chef and treat your friends to delicious home-cooked meals. Situated in Mountain Village, the base village of Telluride Ski Resort, this condo just a gondola ride away from Allred's, which sits at the top of the mountain between Mountain Village and Telluride and offers some of the most amazing views. The vibrant mountain town of Telluride, just seven and a half miles east, is an exciting place to be year-round, featuring many delicious eateries, bars, and shops. When the snow is melted, you can hit the trails on a mountain bike, or do a bit of hiking. THINGS TO KNOW As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. This condo is clean, comfortable, attractively decorated and very well equipped. It is a short walk from the lifts and gondolas. Local management (the people actually in the building) are friendly and responsive. Altogether a very desirable place.

We loved being so near the gondola (to telluride or to the market )and the shops at Mountain Village. The Home was a very nice 1 bedroom. The patio was nice to sit and see the foliage. Very comfortable bed. Great to have WiFi & cable for down times. Would recommend a kuerig coffee maker. The front doors are never locked (tip from gallery lady) but were very hard to open. Parking was excellent. We loved walking everywhere .

Location cannot be beat, in the very center of Mt. Village. The condominium was well-organized with ski room and garage. The apartment was extremely clean, very nice bathroom and kitchen, excellent wifi. The main bed was comfortable but the sofa bed less so (may not be best sleeping arrangement for older kids/adults, ours were 11 & 13). The management team is very responsive -- the sink clogged when we were there and they came right over to fix. All in all we would return.

Ski on/off short walk to chair 4 and restaurants in mountain village. Easy access to gondola. Clean but can be noisy at night from people out late.

This is our second stay here and overall it’s a great place but definitely needs a few tweaks. The pullout sofa is an air mattress and our tiny daughter would sink over night as it deflated. A regular mattress is a change that would get a 5 star rating. The windows were open when we arrived with single digit temps, not sure why. Amazing shower and a nice kitchen are two reasons we rebooked this place. The master bedroom could use a new mattress as well so you don’t roll into the middle but it’s manageable.
Both humidifiers were broken and the tv was not functional but were quickly rectified, great service on those issues.
Since we stayed here previously we brought tarps/heavy fabric to cover the entrance so you can move around more easily by the door and the white carpet, I highly recommend anyone staying here do so, much easier to function. We also placed one under the dining table that sits on white carpet as I was scared our daughter might spill food on it, peace of mind!

1. The dishwasher was non-functioning and had food & mold inside.
2. We could not use the balcony as it was covered in dirt.
3. The parking place was covered with dirt, water and possibly oil.
4. There was no toaster and the toaster oven would not function in the
toaster mode.
5. Some windows had no screens, other screens were broken and not
covering the opening correctly, one window was broken and would not
open, one had no handle. All of this was needed to cool off a very hot
unit, since all the shades were left open & the lights were left on before
our arrival and there was no AC to cool the unit. The windows we
could leave open at night made it too noisy to sleep, as there were loud
noises coming from the court yard bellow until way after 2:30 AM.
6. The owner requested no shoes inside the unit, this made it very difficult
to unload and load our vehicle after our visit. The tiny basket in the
hall was inadequate, requiring numerous trips.
7. Despite the above, we did enjoy our visit and believe with some
improvement, and/or repairs this unit could receive 5 stars.

While not a requirement I love places that have coffee available. We got in late so couldn’t buy any for the first morning.
No remote for sound system
We weren’t there in ski season so no comments on that element.
Overall recommend. Hopefully those blinds get fixed soon.

The location was excellent. A little disappointed that the balcony was so small when the picture showed the next door balcony which is very large. The unit was supplied very well. Two suggestions would be to put a TV in the bedroom and get the building owner to turn off the heater in the hallway which caused the room to be very warm during the day and into the evening. We would stay here again.

We put food in freezer that melted overnight so that wasn’t good assumed fridges are always on apparently plugged into a power strip that tripped when it went into its cycle ( that’s not a good design) we also spent over 45 minutes looking for the parking garage it should give a landmark in the directions as none of the condos are clearly labeled & you keep driving by a landmark like turn into the only parking garage after the Madeline hotel !! Instead of go 2.4 miles from 145 then turn right that wasted our time and frustrated us it was also way too hot and we couldn’t turn heat off

This place was located perfectly in mountain village within walking distance to shops/restaurants/ski lift and Gondola to town. The apartment was well acquainted with everything you needed to stay in and cook and the space could easily fit 4 people. Would 10/10 stay here again and excited to return next winter.

Even though it’s off season gondola being closed to transfer you from mountain village to telluride this place is very accessible still for bus services , nice location very relaxing . I would stay at this place next time we visit Colorado

Very nice, clean, unit in a great location. I would give it 5 stars except for two things. First, the TV did not work. When I called to report it, I was told I’d be contacted soon, but no one ever did. (Similar to Araceli R.’s review June 2021). Second, we left some clothing in one of the drawers and called to let them know the next morning after we checked out. They said they would send someone over to get the articles and send them to us for a small fee, which we agreed to. After a week, I called to check since we had not received a package and they claimed housekeeping did not find any clothing. It was our mistake to have left the clothing, but we knew specifically what and where we left the clothing. So, someone either stole them, or they just didn’t want to go through the trouble of sending the clothing to us.

The view from the balcony was magnificent with the fall colors. The unit is decorated beautifully and is in a great location for access to the gondola, restaurants and shopping.

Where do I begin. Perfect condo for a couples getaway. The shower has 6 heads - spa experience. Great living room and kitchen was fully equipped. The pillows were so soft. Location was amazing, close to so many eating places quiet at night but close to Village Center for music entertainment. Starbucks close by. Perfect place definite place we’d like to come back to.

The sound system with the TV and Tuner was also very impressive. This condo faces the back of the village center, so it is quiet and relaxing. Whenever we had a little problem with either the ice maker of the oven (hard to read the oven temperature), VACASA was there to help. The only frustrating feature was the initial selection based on the cost. The initial cost advertised was increased considerably by all the additional charges; so before you commit, check the final cost!!! It is worth it; but still a total surprise and it was too late for ie, so I could not back out when I saw the total. No regrets, however. We plan to return.

I had read a bunch of reviews stating that this place was hard to find didn't really know where it was that is not the truth at all if you just pay attention to the directions they give you even the driving app took up directly to the front door basically or the big garage door this place is super clean inside every option that you could possibly want has a incredible view overlooking a pond spectacular in every way shape and form very very nice I will be staying there again next year on my trip guaranteed short small walk over to the gondola if you have a large vehicle Landa park somewhere else the parking stall they give you will work for a normal midsize vehicle as long as everybody parks in their parking stall properly they were very fast and very helpful to accommodate with the parking due to the size of my vehicle they totally took care of me the place is immaculate and beautiful like I said before no one should have any question of whether wanting to stay there or not there's so many codes and numbers you have to remember to get into the garage to get into the ski Locker to get into the community points the elevator and dim the front door of the place but it's all good once you learn to put them in your phone love that place

The dishwasher was uncomfortable to use - the door needs to be fixed, and the bed is not very comfortable. Other, than that - great stay! Definitely would stay here again.
