This is a brand new listing, but my husband and I have over 1,200 5-star reviews with our other condos in The Village Lodge (see below). Located right inside the Village Lodge, our one bedroom condo has the best location in town... Top Floor Grand Sierra Lodge! Others advertise a village location but in reality they are across the street and several blocks away. Not us. Our immaculately clean top floor condo is just steps away from dozens of restaurants, bistros, and shops. But best of all, right downstairs you can catch the Gondola to the Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort. No more lugging your skis, boards and boots into your car, hunting for parking at the resort, and trudging for a mile to the ski lifts. You will just park your vehicle in the underground parking garage, and never use it the rest of your stay! ***60 inch 4k HDTV with full motion mounting to watch from any angle in the kitchen or living room, with Direct TV ***Netflix, YouTube, and other apps ready to use. ***Dedicated 16 MBPS high-speed internet just for you (most units in the Village offer shared wifi for their guests, which results in painfully slow internet speeds) ***Updated kitchen appliances and utensils, including dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, microwave, etc. ***Granite countertops ***Gas fireplace ***Private terrace ***Additional 40-inch TV in bedroom ***Ski storage locker ***King size bed in master bedroom and sleeper sofa in living room AMENITIES You are in the Village now, so expect to enjoy yourself! You are steps away from the Village heated outdoor pool and four outdoor jacuzzis (yes, even when it's snowing they are nice and warm). ***Use the gym located in our building for cardio or weights with our new Peloton bikes ( and treadmill, elliptical, bicycle, weights, etc.). *Bring the kids down to the Village promenade to play in the snow, enjoy the various games around the village, roast marshmallows around the firepits, or watch the Saturday parade with Mammoth Host "Woolly." *Catch the daytime free shuttle or the evening free trolley to get anywhere in Mammoth. *Enjoy the secure, heated underground garage to park your car and avoid shoveling it out after a big storm! CONVENIENCE Check in is super easy. No need to find a rental company office late at night to collect the keys--there is a lockbox right outside our front door. Lockbox combination, wifi passwords and a welcome email with recommendations will be emailed to you one week before arrival. Check out is a breeze, just leave your keys and parking permit on the counter before you go. TAP INTO OUR KNOWLEDGE BASE: My husband and I manage our four homes and rental properties as our full-time job through Mammoth Bliss Vacation Rentals. That means that you have access to our help, knowledge base, expertise, and anything you may need 24/7. We both have all the apps loaded on our phones and laptops, so we will respond to any questions you may have immediately. A hotel has hundreds of other guests vying for the services, beauty, resources, and "exclusivity" of the property. A typical VRBO listing is just the home and no guidance, tips, networking, suggestions, etc. My husband and I provide the best of both worlds giving you amazing support, exclusivity, relaxation, and privacy. HOUSE RULES Heated Pool is open from10am-10pm. Pet Fee is $100/night. VRBO bookings: traveler must include it in their reservation. All others: bookings will be charged separately. We booked this room through VRBO. It was on the fourth floor. The room was very dirty and had an odd smell. The sheets on the bed hadn’t been washed when we arrived. The pillows were lumpy and old. The pull out sofa is bad joke for a bed. The furniture is old and outdated, looks nothing like the pictures provided on the site. There is mold in the bathroom. We had an allergy attack at 2 am because of dirty sheets, dust, pet hair or the mold or the room just being dirty. I will never stay here again.

Beautifully appointed condo in The Village. Quiet location, easy access to everything. Check in was perfectly spelled out upon receiving our confirmation. Pleasantly surprised to see shampoo/conditioner, body wash and hair dryer was provided (I always forget my hair dryer!) King size bed was super comfortable. Will definitely rent with Michaela again.

Excellent location, property better than photos, all the amenities, clean and great use of space. Would happily stay here again. As a bonus the owners are book lovers like me! There is a small library and the owners leave their two favorite books with a note to keep if you enjoy them. I love it! What a fun and simple way to pass on happiness. Thank you!

Loved our stay here. Great communication, clean, quiet. Really great bed. No place better to stay in Mammoth than the Village. It has the best pool area. All the trolley stops are here and you just can’t find a better unit than this one.

After our first night in the unit, we realized there was a mouse living in the kitchen. Contacted owner and they said they would call “their staff” to trap it. Nobody ever showed up so we had a mouse in the unit for another night. It kept us awake as we tried to catch it or heard it scratching on things. If I would have known their “staff” wasn’t going to show up, I would have went to the store myself and bought mouse traps. Miserable two nights and they offered nothing for the the inconvenience. Will never use Mammoth-bliss again

I loved staying in a lodge right within the village. It was clean, comfortable, and close to everything. Check in instructions were clear and the personal touches like the books and the welcome book were so appreciated. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a great stay! Booked a long weekend for Easter with my husband and teenage son, and brought our small dog as well. The condo was spotless and the space worked great for us (although I wouldn't recommend more than three adults as the space fills up quick with pets and snow gear). The location is perfect for dogs as the village is very dog friendly and the location of the condo made it easy to go in and out for walks. We enjoyed the ease of eating at the restaurants in the area, but we cooked breakfast and the condo was stocked with everything we needed. King bed was super comfy, garage parking is convenient and easy, and the check in/out process was simple. Would totally recommend and book again!

Check in/out was seamless. Place was exactly as described - in the heart of the village and direct access to gondola/canyon lifts. Only the view out of the patio was just the other condos. But other than that, place was great. Condo was clean, furnished, and cozy. Definitely would recommend and worth the stay.
