Villa de Los Pinos in the heart of Mammoth! I bet you are wondering why we say that! This location is extremely convenient; there is direct shuttle access to the free Red Line, that travels to The Village, Canyon Lodge, and Eagle Lodge! So, nothing is too far to start an adventure! If you'd rather walk and embrace the scenery, you're in luck! The Vons Shopping Center, bowling alley, and many specialty shops are just around the corner! If you thought these conveniences were enough, you're in for another surprise - there is a washer and dryer in the unit; there's no need to travel home dirty! After you enter the unit, there is a full bathroom to the right and a bedroom (with 2 beds - queen and twin) straight ahead. The bedroom is equipped with a TV for those sleepless nights. Nextdoor, you will see the master bedroom (with queen bed) and another TV. This bedroom has a sink/mirror inside for a quick wash face, brush teeth, hit-the-slopes kind of morning. Both rooms offer a sliding door for immediate outside access! Upstairs is open for entertainment and conviviality. Here, you will find a full bathroom, fireplace, kitchen (with all your cooking needs) and living room with a pullout sofa that sleeps 2! Enjoy the views on the back deck and enjoy a soothing beverage - hot or cold, depending on the season. You will also find our grill out here, ready for your use! Don't waste more time, come book your Mammoth adventure with us today! NOTICE: For Holiday Reservations check-in is 5 PM. We will call you if your property is ready before 5 PM. Also during Holidays, there are NO early check-in/late check-outs. ***Pet fee: $145 plus applicable fees per pet. Reservations booked via 3rd party will be sent a pet fee request after booking. *Not handicap accessible **Spa, pool, and sauna hours, availability, and conditions are subject to change without notice. We had a great time here. The condo is comfortable, not elegant, but just what we needed. Unlike so many Mammoth condos, the deck looks out over a quiet park-like area, plus a pool, not a parking lot or street. From this condo you can walk to the store, restaurants, etc. Well stocked kitchen. Working fireplace/woodstove with some wood to start. BBQ that works. I'd gladly stay here again.

Water pressure of kitchen sink was terrible. Front door would not lock. Tried to contact property manager ( wasn't at residence and voice mail box full). 3 broken chairs on patio balcony. Sliding glass door of downstairs bedroom locked with a "broomstick". Could not leave door open for ventilation.

Comfortable for 3 adults. Had a little trouble figuring out the heat. Great location, walking distance to grocery. Would stay there again.

The place could use upgrades throughout (kind of old and needed care) but it did the job and met our needs. Upstairs was cozy and with two bedrooms, there was plenty of room for a larger group to stay at the location.
Couldn’t get by the upstairs heater to work and the screen door was leaning against the back door, but we made do. A comfortable experience overall.

If you’re looking for a luxury ski condo, this place probably isn’t for you. But if you’re looking for a comfortable condo, in a good location, at a reasonable price, this is a good fit. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all the basics for us to eat breakfast and lunch there. My kids liked the spa and the massive tv in the living room. We did have a few issues: the carpets were a little damp when we checked in, the instructions for how to use the TV were wrong (but we eventually figured out how to cast to the chrome cast), and the heaters in the living room and master bedroom weren’t working properly (although there were other heaters that we used instead). We’d definitely stay here again.

The condo was perfect for our weekend+ getaway. The condo was clean, comfortable and conveniently located to some excellent restaurants like The Stove and Mammoth Tavern. The unit was well stocked with pots/pans/dishes etc...

The property is cozy and well equipped. We arrived early and the management allow us to do early check in. The digital check in process is easy and hassle free.

Parking was plentiful, the rooms had enough space, and the kitchen was stocked. The location is prime, just a walk away from minaret village. Everything was satisfactory and beyond!

My family had a great experience staying here. The kitchen was well stocked, which I appreciate having because I love to cook. The home was clean and neat . The beds felt very soft and comfortable. If you like firmer mattresses, these beds may not work for you. This place was so conveniently located to everything we needed. It was walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and even hiking and biking trails. The owners take pride in their home by using quality supplies and keeping everything in neat condition. The rental company, Nomadness, was easy to work with. They addressed any concern we had. The staff were very friendly to talk to. I would stay at this place again the next time we visit Mammoth. It was truly a nice home away from home!

Perfect place to stay for a Mammoth getaway
This property was perfect for my family. Check in was easy, it’s was very clean, and well situated around restaurants and stores for shopping. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay in Mammoth.
