Antlers 114 is a spacious, four-bedroom condo offering an abundance of natural light and a prime ski-in/ski-out location in Steamboat Springs. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a dining area with table seating for 10, and an inviting living room with comfortable furnishings and a gas-powered fireplace to toast your toes at the end of the day. There's also a private balcony with lovely views toward the ski area. On the lower level, off one of the bedrooms, is a private patio with direct ski access, allowing you to be among the first on the slopes each morning. Come home to such comforts as a washer/dryer, free WiFi, and five TVs with five accompanying DVD players. At night, there are three bedrooms with a king bed and an attached bathroom each, as well as a fourth bedroom with a set of twin bunks, two additional twin beds, and its own bathroom. The wonderful amenities at Antlers include a slopeside heated outdoor pool and hot tub, a gas grill, a steam room, easy access to the slopes, and winter shuttle services to connect you to Steamboat's wonderful dining, shopping, and other local activities. Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Our family of 6 adults stayed at this beautiful two level condo late October 2022. We were blessed with great weather during our stay so no issues with heating and cooling of the home. The feature we enjoyed the most is the privacy of the bedrooms. Three out of the four bedrooms had queen / king size comfortable beds and their own adjoining bathrooms. We did not use the 4th bedroom but it also had its own adjoining bathroom. The main floor living area is spacious and has comfortable seating and the large dining room table served us well. We enjoyed the lovely mountain decor plus the natural gas fireplace was a bonus. Also adding to the beauty of this home is the interior lighting!
Ryan at the Antlers front desk was also very welcoming and accommodating adding to our great experience. Nice to know that we can call someone that can quickly respond to our requests. Our stay was during non peak seasons which may have also contributed to a great experience. If there was one minor recommendation, it would be to improve the TV and its reception. We were watching the baseball playoff game one evening and the video/audio and overall clarity of the TV could use an upgrade.

We have been to Steamboat 7 times and this is the best place we have stayed. Check in was easy! Location ski in and ski out! Next door to a great bar - Tbar. The transportation to downtown was easy convenient and the service when we had two small issues was so good it’s not worth mentioning what happened. The ski valet was convenient and the guys running the service were super nice and helpful. It’s so good, I booked us next year here again!!

Enjoyed the stay, great location, but the Wi-Fi was very poor. It made it very difficult to stay in touch with my office and may prevent us from rebooking next year. May have to look elsewhere, not complaining, just being honest.

The best thing about this was the ski valet guys- so nice and helpful! Ryan a ms the other drivers also great! Beds comfy. Just the right size

The location, furnishings view and amenities (ski valet, true ski in/out, hot tub) are all a “10” and the owner of the unit is sharing an incredible asset.
However, the lack of attention to housekeeping and the poor linens rate a “2” and are the fault of Vacasa as the management company. Let me be specific:
- the sheets were scratchy and felt cheap
- the towels were also inferior quality
- the pillows were unforgiving (ie, atrocious).
We found the unit not completely clean. We did report a used Q-tip on a bathroom counter. We also discovered a fitted sheet which had a small dried blood stain on it.
The company charges a hefty cleaning fee (in addition to several other fees that in total add about 50% to the room rate. At this higher end of lodging, there is zero excuse for anything less than excellence. My understanding is that Covid caused them to stop daily service (as have many hotels). Did the fee get reduced? Nope. This is price gouging.
But wait, there’s more: There is an envelope by the dining table with the ability to leave a gratuity for the housekeeper that you don’t have the benefit of tipping following great service. We found this insulting as well as sad as the housekeeper suffers while management does not.
We were able to share some other annoyances (shower temp regulators in several bathrooms need to be replaced) with the front desk team, who are excellent and attentive. The ski valet attendants and shuttle drivers are all there to make your vacation easier and better. But they don’t call the shots on the issues outlined above. Vacasa should address this and make this property a true 5-star experience. Until they do, it’s a 3.

Excellent lodging
Very spacious. Our family of 6 had plenty of room. Nice big bathrooms. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and eating in. This place has everything you want for extended stay! We stayed in the summer but it appears that you could ski out from this location during winter. We loved it!

Location is great. True ski in/out. Comfortably fit our party of 10. Chris the shuttle driver was awesome and has an amazing playlist. Max the office manager was great.

Great place, convenient location

I have stayed in many ski in/out places and this one was the closest I’ve ever got to a lift. Fantastic view and top notch service. Free shuttle was very convenient. Can’t wait to book again next year!

The location was great and it had a great view from the patio. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The house had a great floor plan and well stocked with games and many kitchen utensils- we enjoy cooking. We will come back!

Amazing
Everything was top notch! Location, amenities, property, view! We have small children and my mother in law who all loved being so close to everything. And the condo was impeccably furnished. Our kids loved the bunk beds, and we loved all having our own bathrooms.

Luxe Ski Vacation
This property fuses a ski vacation with a luxurious retreat to the mountains. We stayed comfortably with 6 adults and 3 children... with plenty of space for ourselves and plenty of space to be together. The ski concierge service is ideal and the hospitality of the attendants elite!
