With gorgeous vaulted ceilings supported by exposed wood joists, burnished wood floors, and plenty of space to relax, this amazing ski-in/out home is the perfect place to spend a ski vacation! You'll be just a few steps away from Steamboat Ski Resort, where you'll get to ski all your favorite runs any time you like! Spend the day on the mountain then come home to pamper yourself with a trip to the shared hot tub or to the community sauna. Inspire your inner chef with the full kitchen's stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and beautiful cookware. Your dinner guests will love eating at the handsome dining table before heading out to the private balcony to enjoy the views while savoring glasses of wine from Steamboat Winery down the street. In the first bedroom, there's an en suite bath. The second bedroom has an en suite bath and a TV and DVD player. The main bedroom features a TV and an en suite bath, and the fourth room has a twin-over-double bunk and an en suite bath. You'll find slopes like Stampede and Lil' Rodeo for the beginners and Headwall North and Vogue for the more advanced skiers when you head up Steamboat Ski Resort, right across the street. Summer guests will love all the hikes they find at places like Sanctuary Trail, Fetcher Pond, and Yampa River Core Trail. THINGS TO KNOW The outdoor pool complex, including the hot tubs, will be under construction from April 10, 2023, until July 2023 and will not be available during that time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Clubhouse amenities will be available for use within the following hours: Hot Tub & Pool facilities will be open from 10 am to 8 pm, Gym facilities will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm, and our Clubhouse Game Room will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm. This is a multi-level property without elevator access. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Overall, stay was fine. Rooms and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are in desperate need of maintenance. Shower doors fall off easily, shower drains don’t drain leading to residue on the bathtub bottom that is very slippery. Kitchen has the basics, but needs new knives, more glasses and utensils. Stovetop burners don’t maintain heat and the oven is very slow to heat. Refrigerator was fine, but freezer had a leak in the inoperable ice maker causing a huge ice buildup. Couches are very old and uncomfortable.
Location is great and an easy walk to the base. Parking was easy in the garage and we had no problem securing a second spot in the covered community parking. We would stay again but would prefer a unit with less issues.

Great location, just everything a bit cheap and dated inside. Cooking stuff not up to par. Toaster horrible. Drains in bath tubs not functional. We had a blast, but owner could spend a few thousand to make things way nicer.

The place was very clean, enough space for 11. The only reason why I won't give it 5 stars is because during the day the place is VERY hot, it does have a small AC machine in the living room and another in the master bedroom but definitely not enough. In my opinion during the hot season you don't want to be inside, night's were very difficult as well due to the heat.

The unit could use some updating and ALL the bathrooms are very small. It was not as clean as would be desired upon arrival. The Phoenix front desk was nice and helpful.

We’ve stayed at this property before and this was the second time in this unit. We love this place. Great location, nice layout and ample room for the 7 of us. We plan to come back here next year!

With 4 bedrooms and 4 baths this unit worked well for our group of 7 adults. It was a reasonable walk in ski boots to/from the gondola.
The kitchen is on the smaller side for our larger group preparing meals, but functional. Nice large dining table and seating.
Beds were comfortable with good linens and towels. It would be great to see some updating of living room furniture since this is where we hung out in the evening. The couch and ottoman were worn and collapsed from use so not comfortable at all to sit on.

Bathrooms are cramped and very dated - tubs don’t drain water well and shower doors fell off tracks, washer and dryer are extremely small and dryer vents into condo so adds heat to condo - something to think about in the summer with 80+ degree temps and limited air conditioning.

Hi, We had a group of 10 people stay in this house. Access to public transit was super easy and the front desk staff was very helpful with parking, towels, and information.

Great location, very short walk to Gondola. Very easy to come and go while skiing. Unit is a little tired and in need of some updating (appliances broke down, were fixed)

Great location, great layout
Great location near base and gondola. This condo has a nice layout that perfectly accommodated our group of 7 people. Condo has everything you need and was clean. Easy check in process. The bathrooms and living room furniture could use some updating, but were functional. We would definitely stay again!
