About this house rental
Nestled in Steamboat Springs, this charming house for R 13,793 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Snowflake Escape delivers the best in mountain vacation home rentals. One-half mile from the base of Steamboat Ski Resort, this private townhome comfortably accommodates your large group with four bedrooms, three and a half baths, and abundant entertaining space. Just steps from the front door, the free bus service can transport guests to the gondola or downtown with pickups every 15 min. We are one of the first stops on the route, so no waiting because the bus is full! The house provides parking for three vehicles with an oversized two-car garage, space for all your gear, and an additional dedicated off street space. **CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund if your stay is cancelled 30 or more days before the start of the stay. 50% refund if your stay is cancelled 14 or more days before the start of the stay.** **A $150 Property Fee is collected to ensure compliance with House Rules; and is fully refundable after check-out. The fee will be retained (fully or partially) for Hot Tub misuse/abuse or Excessive Wear & Tear not covered by the Damage Deposit/Damage Protection.** Relax at the end of a secluded cul-de-sac, on the private back patio, or in the private hot tub, brand new as of April 2021. Entertain your extended family and friends in the expansive living and dining rooms, and rest easy with the peace and quiet of all four bedrooms on the second and third floors. The second floor includes the expansive master suite with king-size bed, an oversized walk-in closet, and spacious 5-piece ensuite bath with Jacuzzi tub, his and hers vanities, and large walk-in shower. The master also provides a private balcony off the back of the house overlooking a seasonal creek frequented by the local wildlife. Additionally, the second floor houses the second (king) and third (queen) bedrooms with abundant closet space, laundry room, and another 3-piece bath with a large walk-in shower. The third floor provides the fourth private bedroom with two queen beds and ensuite bath. A second living room and twin-over-full bunk is available on the third floor as well-perfect for the kids! A full list of amenities include: Sleeping for 14 (12 adults max); Two king beds, Three queen beds, twin-over-full bunk Sprawling Master Suite w/ Jetted tub in Master bath Private hot tub, deck, and natural gas BBQ grill Two-car heated garage and one dedicated off street space (a security camera is present in the garage facing the garage door) Laundry Cable television and free WiFi Large gas fireplace Two living areas Large dining area with seating for 12 Mud room Vaulted ceilings Gourmet kitchen Garage keypad and front entry lockbox for easy access The home is stocked with all your household needs: high-quality sheets and towels, bathroom products, laundry detergent, trash bags, dish soap, tissues, etc. The property is cleaned, sanitized & disinfected before guests check-in with products proven to eliminate viruses & bacteria. All linens are laundered at an offsite facility that meets commercial standards. All housekeeping processes meet and exceed CDC cleaning guidelines.

Well stocked kitchen with plenty of refrigerator space. Surface level clean but could use deeper cleaning-in corners, under beds. Pots, pans and baking pans getting pretty worn.

This property is AWESOME! The location is great! There was more than enough room for 5 adults and 2 children. Parking for 3 cars was appreciated. The new hot tub was perfect at the end of the day. Chris is very informative and responsive. I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The property has all the amenities we could expect and the location was a short walk to a public transportation stop. The layout is perfect for a large group.

Overall a great location to the mountain and ski area. Riding the bus was simple and easy walk from house. The house was clean and very nice amenities. Hot tub was great to use after skiing each day.
Recommendations:
- more towels for large groups especially with hot tub

This was the perfect home to stay with a group. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was a great place to cook a meal for a group. A close walk to the base of the mountain or to the shuttle stop if you want to get downtown.

The neighborhood is awesome!! There are several trails, walking distance to the ski resort (lots of kids activities), close to a park. It was very quiet. A lovely getaway with everything you need.

Steamboat 2022
We completely enjoyed our stay in this well equipped, family friendly house. The location is wonderful. We communicated easily with Chris throughout our stay and he was very accommodating and prompt with his responses.
We would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this house to others.
One note: a little hot the days we were there and no central air so a few more portable fans would be good to have on hand.
All in all, a great summer vacation 2022 in beautiful steamboat!

Perfect Ski House
Spacious house with easy access to Steamboat. Our group loved hanging out in the large living room, hanging out at the hot tub, and taking the shuttle all around Steamboat. Chris was a wonderful host who was very responsive and accommodating.

Large home with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Clean. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Third level was perfect for kids. Loved that they had two full size refrigerators for us to use.

Pro-tip: The shuttle stop by the house is one of the first on that route so it took a while to get to the mountain in the morning. Getting home on the shuttle was a breeze.

A really big house with really big living spaces. The master bedroom is enormous the master bath is enormous. All the other rooms are normal size. It is a one minute walk to the bus line. The bus ride to the gondola is about 10 or 20 minutes depending on which bus you catch. You can walk to the gondola which takes about 20 minutes. The hot tub is new appearing, large and clean.

Great house and great spot!!
This was our second time staying at this property. We still love it! It’s more than comfortable and the location is great. Kitchen has everything we needed. Plenty of TVs for everyone to watch whatever they wanted. Furniture could use some updating but other than that 👍🏼👍🏼.
It’s a 5 minute drive to the resort or 20 mins in the bus (shorter on the way back). We would easily stay there again.
