Excellent host. Clearly defined check in and out. Very accommodating with delivery before checkin. Problem with garage. Communicated well to resolution following morning. Great location - minutes from attractions ie French Quarter, Bourbon etc.

This unit is beautiful, well appointed, and well maintained. We had great communication with the owner. It was quiet. We used Uber to get to our points of interest in New Orleans.

Overall we had an excellent experience. The only problem we had was the garage keypad did not work. Plenty of room for all who stayed and for those we picked up from the airport to hang until game time. I highly recommend this property

Great property. Listing is as shown in the pictures. Enough space for adults and kids, perfect for family gathering. Check in and check out were seamless. Really appreciated that nothing was required as far as leaving the property—very nice touch!

We stayed here as a group of 10 and had a great time overall. Easy check in and check out process and the host was very helpful throughout our stay. Streetcar is right nearby as are a few food options.

We came to celebrate a birthday. Some of our friends first time ever visiting the Big Easy. It did not disappoint. The house was amazing, conveniently located, and the property manager was easily accessible for any questions.

We enjoyed our stay! Very much appreciated the starter supplies in the kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms. The a/c was powerful throughout the house; the cool air felt fantastic after spending the days in 97° outdoor heat. House was nicely decorated. Bedrooms would have benefitted from a nightstand - no place but the floor for watches, phones, chargers, etc. We cooked dinner at the house nearly every night - hard to do for a family of seven adults when the right front stove burner wouldn’t light and only two small fry pans/sauce pans with which to cook. A house that sleeps so many should have a large skillet, Dutch oven, sauce pan, etc. for adequate large meal preparation. Nice accommodations overall (cleaning service fee for a service that does all the cleaning, making checkout a breeze, is a major plus for this property) but we felt that for a large group, this house is best suited for those who will dine out/order take out.

The home was very nice as well as the Decour. Also it was in the middle of everything so that worked out perfect for us. The hostess was even kind too let us check in a little earlier than normal so that was awesome. I would most definitely book this home again. Thank you!!!! Girls Trip 2023 Girls

This was one of the best short-term rentals I have ever stayed in. The home was clean and well stocked with the necessities. I ended up in one of the bunk bed rooms and was pleasantly surprised that it was a queen size. The garage being available was also a plus. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had.

This home was beautiful! It fit my large group perfectly! It was super clean, comfortable beds and had everything you needed. Anywhere you needed to go was a very short drive! Would most definitely book again!

The house was very clean, cute, and spacious for our group. 10 minute Uber rides to the French quarter. The host was extremely easy to communicate with and accommodating. The only complaint is the broken outdoor furniture and front door knob. The neighborhood also felt a little sketchy at moments but was quiet most of the time. Overall, it was a great stay.

The house was amazing. Very clean and accessable to everything you would want to see. The only downside was all the road construction going on, but we just parked our cars in the garage and took an Uber where we wanted to go. Will definitely be booking again on our next trip.

Cute, clean house! Close uber to all Nola activities. We stayed in the house with a large group for a bachelorette party and I was so pleased in the layout of the house as we all felt like we got to be in the same space, without being on top of eachother. There is one stand alone full bath. The other two are jack and jills between two bedrooms. (Little tip - if you are coming with a large group for a weekend stay, bring extra TP - LOL) Thanks for a great stay!

This is a great space with plenty of room, beds comfy - good water pressure- easy to get to downtown, garden, magazine- we walked to fantastic lunch place and city park. The kitchen is great- everything you need- extras like paper towels, laundry soap - even water and snacks were so great!! Neighborhood a little sketch, right by the city jail- but that means there are plenty of police super close by!! We had no safety issues at all- neighbors were very nice and I was missing my pups- two neighbors had sweet doggies in their fenced in yards who were sweeties. Property communication was fantastic- all around great trip! Would recommend 💯!!

The property is beautiful and exactly as advertised. It is a great property and the neighborhood is nice (except for the roads…but that should fix itself in time). The bedrooms were great and the beds were very comfortable. Each bedroom had its own TV so at night we could all retire to our own space. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

This place was wonderful for me and my group of friends! Enough space for everyone and easy check in process! Only issue was there was street construction that caused the sidewalk/garage entrance not usable, but still wonderful nonetheless! And the owner gave a whole list of great restaurant recommendations and accurate estimates to each local destination!

The house looks exactly like the picture and everything went well. Although our group flew in late, we were able to get in with no troubles. The drive from here to surrounding popular tourist places was only max 15-20 mins. Host was easy to contact. Will definitely stay here again if we come back. Thank you!
