#6213 This newly constructed condo has 3 bedroom, and 3.5 baths on 2 levels. Built to overlook Mary's Lake and gorgeous Rocky Mountain views from the top deck and bottom patio. New furnishings give this condo a comfortable and welcoming feel. The kitchen is inviting as it opens up to the dining and living room creating a open floor plan. Only 4 miles from downtown shopping, pubs, massage, breweries, and eateries. The Rocky Mountain National Park entrance is only 4 miles away. A gas fireplace on each level finishes the mountain getaway. NEW HOT TUB. Many of our guests have severe animal allergies and due to this we are not able to host service animals as they create a safety hazzard. Outside security cameras on site. We reserve the right to cancel reservations at any time.Security cameras on site. Emotional support animals are not permitted, a significant pet fee will be charged and the animal will be evicted.

This property is def a 10 out of 10! Amazing views, perfect location just minutes from town & RMNP, but the best of all is the hot tub after coming home from a long day of hiking! The living area, kitchen & bedrooms are cozy & perfectly appointed!

We loved this place during our vacation. It was large and well-stocked with a great view of the mountains from the porch and from the hot tub. The rooms were spacious and other than a Roku that didn't seem to work in the basement (the other two TVs/Rokus were fine), we didn't have any issues.

We love the location by Mary’s lake. Easy access to Longs peak and wild basin areas and still close to Bear lake and other areas. House layout is great, well equipped kitchen and plenty of space! Thanks for having us.

This house was perfect! My family and I met with my sister-in-law and her husband for a few days. We had plenty of space to relax. Loved having two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. We enjoyed the hot tub every night and the view is gorgeous! There was not one thing we found lacking, and will definitely put this property at the top of our list when we return to The Rockies!

This property was awesome! We met the family for a long weekend. This was my first experience with a VRBO property. Karine was great with the planning and arrival. She was quick to answer all of my questions and the check is was so smooth. The property is perfect for family and is just as described. It was immaculate clean and had everything we needed. The set up for bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning and enjoying the mountains. Plenty of room in the kitchen/living room area
for us to play some family games and watch a movie. We will definitely return to this property on our next trip to Estes Park. Thanks for allowing us to share your beautiful place.

This place is exactly as described and very clean. The views are simply amazing and condo is very well stocked. Hot tub is clean and very nice place to relax after hiking! Location is ideal to go to downtown Estes or Rocky Mountain National Park.

If you are looking for a mountain rental that has views of RMNP and a true Rocky Mountain chalet feel, this is the place for you...plus an outdoor hot tub! Located close to Estes Park, we enjoyed the relative solitude of the Mary's Lake area. The unit is new, well maintained and decorated. Very comfortable for a family of four+. Just a few minor issues (sound bar not working, deck door handle loose, fridge H2O filter light blinking) but otherwise terrific rental.

This property was perfectly set up for our family of 3 kids plus our older parents. The views were gorgeous, the house had every amenity you would need, and the location was an easy drive to everywhere in Estes. The hot tub was a plus, and the neighborhood was quiet. We even saw deer down the street. I would absolutely stay here again.

The property is close enough and convenient enough to get to town or Rocky Mountain national park. But it was super quiet and had amazing views. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and get rested and rejuvenated. It was just what we needed.

This property was perfect in so many ways. The condo was so nice and clean...love the 2 master suites. It was close to everything in Estes Park, but still had a beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains. The best part was the all the little things...toiletries, appliances, and coffee!! :) Thank you so much for our little home away from home!!

We loved every minute of our time here! The property was well stocked and clean. The owners were very kind and responsive. We enjoyed our time looking at the amazing views and elk from inside as well as from the hot tub. We’ve been to many VRBO properties, and we all agree that this is one that we’d love to visit again in the future.

We had an awesome experience staying at this 3 bedroom condo during our december vacation. The property was fully stocked in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Hot tub was a lot of fun. The views outside the property was spectacular. The entire property is very spaciuos, clean and extremely comformatble. The owners even had a christmas tree and some holiday decorations inside the condo that was a very nice touch.

This was our first trip to Estes Park & the location of this condo was great. Close to the town & the NP. Big windows to enjoy the views. The condo was stocked…shampoo, conditioner, plenty of tp, garbage bags etc. Very clean.
We loved the hot tub and the fire place (only used 1 of the 2).

We are two couples that have been friends for 40 years. One couple lives near Denver and the other near Chicago. Several times a year we meet up and head for the mountains. The minute we walked into your home we were mesmerized by the gorgeous views. The house is so warm and inviting and perfect for two couples, even affording privacy. Both of us own hot tubs so to not have to miss our daily tubbing was a bonus. Thank you so much for the great stay. We’ll be back!

We really enjoyed staying here. The place was beautiful, immaculate, and the view of the mountains was spectacular. Just minutes from the town of Estes and to the Rock Mountain National Park.
We got to see such wonder wildlife right outside the back deck.

Very nice, well equipped condo minutes from Rocky Mountain NP. We stayed for three nights while visiting the park. Property manager was quick to respond to our questions.

The condo was very clean & had so many amenities! Our family of 8 fit comfortably & the views from the back deck were gorgeous. We saw deer and elk in the front and back yard almost daily. The hot tub was clean and worked great. We would definitely stay again!

Outstanding accommodations
This is our third rental in Estes Park, and head and shoulders above the rest. Super clean and amazingly well stocked (dryer sheets, make-up removal wipes, straws, childrens utensils, etc). Perfectly located 15 minutes to downtown or RMNP, and only five minutes from Lilly Lake. Had every modern amenity, while maintaining rustic charm and amazing views. Will definitely be back!

Casa Kiowa was great for our family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone, very clean, close to downtown Estes Park, & great views from the back deck! Check-in/out process were very easy. Definitely recommend for families!

This property was absolutely stunning! The house was fully equipped with everything a renter could ask for…the view was amazing with the mountains in the back ground and grazing elk right in front of the deck! The beds were very cozy and comfortable and the fireplaces just added that extra touch! I would go back to this particular place in a heartbeat…great location to Estes park entrance to rmnp, downtown Estes and grocery stores! Loved every minute we were there!
