Adorable, cozy spot! My friends and I needed a place to stay in Colorado Springs for a couple nights and this was a great one. Clean, cozy and quiet. Brie was gracious and responsive and even left us a few snacks.

Great house in a great location. Only a short drive to Manitou and Pikes Peak National Park. Our dogs really enjoyed the big backyard. Master bedroom is huge with its own wood burning stove. Breanne is a wonderful and accommodating host.

Very accommodating, complementary items, very comfortable beds and blankets, fenced in back yard for our pup.. We loved our stay and greatly appreciate all the thoughtful things left for us!

Brie was such a kind host. House was perfect for Parents Weekend. My family of four and my parents. Brie made us feel so welcome.

Brie was great to communicate with. She provided a curated list of local restaurants, parks, etc. before we arrived. She also had sweet touches throughout her home like a fresh bouquet of flowers and snacks along with a personalized card welcoming us to Colorado Springs. The house was described accurately and was conveniently located to everywhere we needed to go. It was decorated well and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the items one would need to make delicious meals. The bathrooms had plenty of towels with little extras like cotton swabs, tissues, makeup remover wipes, and razors in case you forgot yours at home. The neighborhood seemed quiet and safe. The backyard was large and clean. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. Thanks Brie!

We were in town for a family reunion. Each family group got their own place to stay and hosted one day. Our place accommodated our group well, was centrally located and had a great yard for games and a campfire. We would go back if we are in the area.

We really loved the place. It has some of the great quirkiness of a converted older home with the comfort and cleanliness a new B&B. We had 3 generations of family with us and everyone loved it. Including the dog :)

We enjoyed our time at Brie’s rental. We felt she went the extra mile to make us comfortable. The place was immaculate and the towels and bedding luxurious. The kitchen had everything we needed and the backyard set for a relaxing afternoon or evening.

We did not stay at this property due to pipes breaking at the time of arrival due to freezing temps.... host was very helpful and met us at the property to inform us. Would have loved to stay at this property.

Our stay at Brie’s house was great. There was plenty of room for our family of four and our pups. Our pups loved running around in the backyard. Brie has thought of everything for her guests! Would recommend and stay here again!

This is a wonderful home! We really enjoyed our stay here. From the quiet neighborhood to the privacy of the backyard, it was everything we were looking for. We loved the outdoor sitting area and fire pit and our dogs loved the backyard! The house was amazing and I particularly loved the master suite! Brie has put so many nice touches in there, we felt like we were home the minute we walked in the door. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for our family of 5 as we explored the Colorado Springs/ Manitou Springs/ Canon City area. House provided everything we needed! The beds were super comfortable and all of us slept good the entire trip! Host was super responsive. Would definitely recommend!
