On a quiet cul-de-sac nestled below the majestic Coffee Pot Rock, our home is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay in Sedona a memorable one. Whether it's the fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, stunning views, or the private access to the backyard from each room. We have just what you need to escape in your own little red rock retreat. Enjoy the elegance of a mid-century modern escape nestled below the majestic beauty of Coffee Pot Rock. As you walk in, you will be greeted with an updated kitchen along with stunning floor to ceiling windows in the living room, radiating the beauty of the red rocks just moments away. Each room is equipped with a TV (including HULU W/ Live TV, Disney Plus, Netflix, & ESPN+) and private access to the backyard. The master bedroom and on suite is perfect for getting ready or winding down after a long day of exploring with a state of the art Whirlpool Jacuzzi Tub and separate shower along with a double sink vanity. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with all natural hand soap, body wash, and conditioner along with fresh towels. For those nights you feel like a home cooked meal, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, silverware, and basic herbs and spices. Also included is a Keurig Coffee Machine with Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Vanilla and Hazelnut creamer. For the coffee aficionados, there is also Drip Pot and French Press. The backyard is your own little private viewing of Coffee Pot Rock providing the perfect backdrop to a BBQ Cookout or s'mores around the fire pit. Important: In order to ensure compliance with local and state laws, we have partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will be required to verify your details through Know Your Guest. Additional Disclosure: House has sunken living room which could pose a possible trip hazard. When accepting our house rules, you are also acknowledging that you and all accompanying guests have been made aware of this. House has Ring Doorbell Camera at the front door & Ring Stick Up Camera on the outside of the garage pointing towards the street. There are no other cameras on the property.

What a beautiful place to call home while we explored Sedona! We had the treat of a red rocks snow storm that was fabulous to watch out the glass back of the home with a fire in the fireplace. The home is comfortable, super conveniently located, and in a great walkable neighborhood. There are fabulous views from the home but also from around every corner and street, some of which lead right to the base of the rocks. This was a great option for us that made for a very comfortable start to our stay in Sedona.

Driving to the property, we were excited to realize the house is located on a quiet cul de sac and closer to the red rocks than anticipated. The code to get in worked easily. The house itself is spacious with high ceilings and updated decor. The primary bedroom and bathroom are quite large. We appreciated the deep jacuzzi tub. The kitchen was well stocked, more than most other properties. We enjoyed a working ice maker in the fridge. The backyard contained a small waterfall/stream and spectacular views of the red rocks. The house was very clean, and we are picky about cleanliness. All the window coverings blocked the sun well for anyone wanting to sleep late. There is also a fancy welcome book with instructions and recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We left refreshed and relaxed. We highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful with a stunning backyard. The amazing views, water feature and gorgeous landscaping made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely go back! Anthony was a wonderful host.

This is an exceptional property. It was perfect for our family visit to Sedona. The views from the home kept us immersed in the beauty of the area, but was a quiet and peaceful retreat after days exploring. No detail was overlooked. The home is very clean, well stocked and aesthetically designed. A great find!

Such a beautiful and well thought out property. Our family of 8 (all adults) stayed here very comfortably and really enjoyed our time. Location is perfect to all activities - food, hiking, activities - and the views are amazing. Anthony was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to all questions! I can’t wait to come back!

Perfect home for a girls weekend! This home is beautiful and in the perfect location with easy access to all of the great Sedona attractions! Check in and out was a breeze, very clean, great views, and plenty of space for all to enjoy. Can’t wait to come back next year.

We stayed at this property during our Sedona Wine Festival getaway. The property was amazing. Clean, well stocked, adorable house, quiet neighborhood, close to shopping/restaurants, and amazing views. We sipped our coffee on the back patio in the morning, and sipped our wine while watching the rain from the garage at night. It's a great house especially at this price point. All of my friends agreed that we would book this place again when returning to Sedona. Great communication by the host as well.

Wow what an adorable house! Could not ask for an easier check in process. Everything was very well explained and laid out for us. Very quiet neighborhood with amazing views where we enjoyed a long beautiful walk one evening. All three beds were so so comfy. Everything worked as it should have. Ample dishes, silverware, glassware, condiments and seasonings for meal prep and dining needs during our stay. Extra blankets and plenty of towels were provided. Perfect temperature in the home with tons of windows which let in so much natural light....very tranquil. We would absolutely rent this house again. Thank you!

After very careful review of available alternatives, we chose this house for our trip to Sedona. The location was perfect - far enough away from the busy center yet only minutes from all - including restaurants, stores and trails. The backyard was spacious and had a great view of the Coffee Pot mountain. Each room had access to the backyard where we sipped coffee in the morning and a little wine in the evening around the gas firepit! House included ALL needed utensils and appliances. The house came well supplied - including towels, toiletries, snacks and coffee/tea making us feel welcome and at home! Beds were very comfortable and air conditioning worked great (and was needed given temps were in the triple digits). TV in every room came in handy too as did the washer and dryer!
Great communication by owner before trip - responsive to all our questions. All in all - a GREAT house in a quiet residential area - well equipped and very roomy for our family of 5 adults! Hope to return to area again and will be sure to reconnect with this location! Thanks for opening up your home! We clearly made a wise choice in selecting your place!

This was an exceptional stay, this house checks an above average number of boxes. I’ve stayed at many of these places so I appreciate when it’s done right.
Cleanliness: No issues with sheets or bathroom. Also appreciate new bottles of shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, mouthwash, plenty of washcloths and towels.
Kitchen: Bright and well laid out. Modern appliances that work (the water and ice maker of the fridge worked, that stuff often doesn’t), all the cookware and utensils you need.
Electronics: This is big for me. All TVs are Roku TVs, the easiest on the market. If you can’t figure these out, don’t watch TV. Even the TV mounting point (eye level) for the living room set is correct, not above a fireplace to strain your neck. There’s also a Google Nest smart speaker, which I unplugged because that’s not my thing, but it’s great to have that option. No issues with WIFI.
House features: Nice ranch style with plenty of windows. All 3 bedrooms have sliders leading to the backyard, tiled floors, good beds with nice sheets, lots of closet space, 2 bathrooms with skylights. It’s a good hang with the backyard and views. The garage was nice to have. There’s a couple of throw blankets in the living room for watching TV on the couch. We didn’t use the fireplace because temps were perfect but going to assume it works.
Neighborhood: Gorgeous, not a cookie cutter suburb. Lots of unique trees and cool landscaping with a lot of variety between houses. Sedona is a Dark Sky community so no streetlights. The neighborhood is extremely dark and quiet at night.
To sum up, there’s great attention to detail with this property, that’s how it should be. I’d stay again if I return to Sedona.

My husband and I and another couple enjoyed two lovely days at this very well-equipped property. It's a beautifully-landscaped and maintained house in an easy-to-find location just under Thunder Mountain and Coffepot Rock - gorgeous red rock views - comfortable beds - well-equipped kitchen. We spent evenings outside around the firepit so didn't use the fireplace, and cooked a great dinner on the BBQ grill. The owner very generously stocked the house with snacks, toiletries, etc. - the most hospitable of the many VRBOs we've stayed in.
I recommend this as a great place to stay in Sedona!

My husband and I and another couple enjoyed two lovely days at this very well-equipped property. It's a beautifully-landscaped and maintained house in an easy-to-find location just under Thunder Mountain and Coffepot Rock - gorgeous red rock views - comfortable beds - well-equipped kitchen. We spent evenings outside around the firepit so didn't use the fireplace, and cooked a great dinner on the BBQ grill. Everything was easy and as expected in the description. Very clean! Comfortable beds and furniture! Plenty of space for our group of 5, but could easily have more people. Awesome view of Coffee Pot rock, and easy access to other trails and area activities. Really appreciated the provided bathroom toiletries. Overall a great property!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was clean and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the coffee and creamer! The location is so convenient and it was a nice and quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend this home for your Sedona vacation!

Our family group of 8 stayed here and loved this house! It is exactly like what you see in the pictures. The view of Coffeepot Rock is gorgeous and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. It is convenient to all the Sedona sights. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. The kitchen was fully equipped for meals. We enjoyed the TV streaming services like Netflix and the fireplace in the living room. Anthony is a very responsive host and responds also immediately! We would definitely stay here again when we visit Sedona.

Excellent place to stay!
We loved West Sedona Retreat! It has spectacular views, it's near restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The house was clean and beautifully furnished with everything you might need. It was perfect for our trip. I highly recommend this West Sedona Retreat for your next vacation in Sedona!

Beautiful Home
There for a Celebration of our daughters wedding last year and location of home was perfect in West Sedona. Seriously the beds are so comfortable ! We dined at the house & he has everything available to cook & dine. Our favorite was the outdoor fire pit in the evenings for cheers ! Indoor fireplace a plus in am & evenings . You’ll love the home!

Anthony, our host was great, very friendly and responsive. The property was clean, well maintained, and adequately stocked with the essentials we needed. The beds were super comfy (so important when sleeping away from home)! The property is in a nice location close to town, and in a friendly neighborhood for morning walks. 2 comments, 1) please get a couple of non stick skillets. We used and scrubbed the ones there. The griddle was non stick but it's bowed so hard to cook eggs on. 2) My wife tripped on the rather deep sunken living room step. It would be a real upgrade to add a landing so that step wasn't so tall.

Dream home in Sedona
House was perfect in size (3 bdrm & 2 bath) and decor. Washer and dryer with laundry soap provided was a bonus. Location at the base of coffee pot rock made for great views from windows and patio. Master suite had a Jacuzzi tub which was great after a long day driving or sight seeing. Having a grill on the patio and a kitchen with spices, olive oil, etc allowed us to cook and eat in two nights which was a nice balance to eating at nearby restaurants. There is a Whole Foods close by. We had easy access to restaurants, stores and Sedona sights. Owner was very helpful responded promptly to all our questions. The Welcome book gave us useful information. I would recommend this house to anyone planning a trip to Sedona
