We had a great time staying at the property. Snowed all week and they did a great job of snow removal. They were very responsive to any communications. The Wi-Fi isn’t amazing but we connected our phones and then dropped hot-spots and it worked fine. The property location is fantastic. Kitchen was stocked and had everything you need to prepare meals. Close grocery store (about a mile) and restaurants. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Nice three bedroom, three bath condo. Walk to gondola at Heavenly. No other amenities at condo… no gym hot tub. Overall good.

Well stocked kitchen. Nice 3 bedroom 3 full bath condo. Nice for 3 couples. Nice fireplace and grill. Branch VR rep was very available. About 3 blocks from gondola. Rented skis and boots from Marriott heavenly sports and they kept our boots while skiing in valet. Don’t need to carry equipment to condo.

After arriving on-site we realized there was an issue with VRBO listing as there was not a hot tub. Let the property manager know and he put us in a different house that had one! Amazing service and would completely recommend.

Everything about the stay was good. A couple of small complaints.
Master bed is terrible. Hump in middle causing both sides to make you feel like you are falling out of bed. It also wasn’t made when we arrived.
Ice maker didn’t work. Ventilation or heating unit in upstairs bedroom is extremely loud.
Otherwise, place was nice with extras, lots of games and well equipped.

The property is two stories and large enough for everyone to have their own space. It’s in waking distance to almost everything you’ll want to see in South Lake Tahoe. Check-in is simple and the property was very clean. Only reason I’m removing a star is that the living area furniture is pretty uncomfortable. Could use some new fluffier pillows and more blankets to make it easier to use.

This is an amazing property! Not only is it beautiful both inside and out, but it is also located right in the middle of everywhere you want to be with great shopping, fantastic restaurants, and beach access nearby. No need to drive as almost everything is within walking distance. This property had more than enough space for 4 adults and 1 child. It came stocked with all the essentials. The many board games supplied were great and the Shuffleboard table was a huge hit, especially with our toddler. We highly recommend this property and we are looking forward to our next visit.

We really enjoyed the location and the layout of the house. We did run into an issue with the garage door breaking and the management compay was very responsive.
They found an additional parking place for us, as the garage broke to no fault of ours. Only other issue was noise as there is a unit above and they had kidsc who were noisy, but it didn't bother us if we were downstairs.

There were five of us and we had plenty of space. Each bedroom has a bathroom to claim. Kitchen area is spacious and is open to the family room and balcony. Grill works perfectly on the balcony and we even made friends with our neighboring balcony grillers. Location was perfect - a crosswalk away from the south side shops, restaurants, and activities. Mike, who managed the condo, was highly responsive and really accommodating. We even had a bear in the neighborhood for about an hour - pretty exciting. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Mike and team for our wonderful stay.

Great location. Only a couple blocks from the casinos, right across the street from Heavenly Village and about a 5 minute walk to the lake. Host was very responsive. Being in a gated community was really nice. The unit had pretty much everything we needed.

My family enjoyed this location as it was close to lake, but you could also walk to restaurants. Although the closest beach cost us $95/day and it was a rocky type sand, it’s not rental fault, but just be prepared in summer. My teens loved riding the scooters around in the evening. I didn’t realize this location is a condo in a gated community & when they tell you to follow trash rules, you will want to. We saw multiple bears trying to get into the trash areas at night 😳, all part of being in the area.

The kitchen was very well equipped and we had everything we needed. Everything was in very good condition and seemed pretty new. Also a nice variety of glass and plastic storage containers with lids.
We discovered on day 2 that the Keurig coffee maker was broken. I texted the management # and we had a new coffee maker delivered by the time we returned to the house. (Note to future renters: it is a Mister Coffee.) On the same day, one of the smoke detectors started chirping. I again texted management and someone came and replaced the battery in approx. 30 minutes. We really appreciated the response time, especially since both incidents occurred on a holiday. There were no other incidents for the rest of the week.
The Master Bath was very large and very clean. There were also full sized hairdryers (not the compact travel kind) and 1 curling iron. I brought my hair dryer but didn’t need to.
The location of the house was fantastic. Within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping, grocery stores. We never ran out of things to do. We would rent this house again if we ever came back to Lake Tahoe.

The next morning you can go to the gondola at your leisure it’s only a three minute walk, and when you come home at night it’s all downhill and easy to get to. The kitchen was awesome and one of the best equipped VRBO‘s I’ve ever stayed in. Lots of great cooking pots and pans which make a big difference. Also the beds were wickedly comfortable and the rooms clean an amazing. Shuffleboard is always a huge hit. I would stay here again in a second. Worth every penny!
