Make yourself at home in the cozy living area with a TV, a gas fireplace, and board games for the whole family. A game table that converts into a foosball table, an air hockey table, and a pool table offers hours of fun. After you prepare meals in the modern kitchen, gather for a family-style feast at the dining table. Sip morning coffee on the furnished front porch, equipped with a gas grill. The fenced yard provides plenty of room for your family to run around and play. Balconies off the two upstairs bedrooms offer more space to breathe fresh mountain air. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. The full kitchen does not have a dishwasher. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Security camera details: camera located on exterior of front door, above the door Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Great location easy drive to Village, sking, town, market and restaurants. Dry winter with no snow but it snowed on the morning we checked out which was magical! We were notified of early check in that morning, which was a great convenience. Unfortunately we were super disappointed with the lack of communication with a complication with the heater/fire place. I'm not sure if this was due to Vacasa's general customer service help line or the owner, so left the overall rating at 4 stars instead of 3, in case it was a slip with Vacasa. We checked in on New Years Eve, so thought it was understandable to have a little delay in response. But with 20-30 degree nights there should be some way to get in touch with someone in an emergency! Be advised TV isn't hooked up to cable, but has internet and Netflix and a Wii! It's a very cute place and aside for the heat glitch was great for our family.

3 complaints first the restroom door literally fell on my son its trickey to open and close FYI his fine second the dryer either doesn't work or it needs an instruction manual third the stove is small you can only cook in one burner at a time. I gave it a 4 because the yard is great for dogs its super kid friendly one you figerout the restroom door and the location its close to everything you need.

House for 8 max but dont plan on cooking on a small two burner stove unless you plan in taking turns. Oven does not heat so no frozen french fries after skiing 😂 Lots of dishwasher soap at disposal bug no dishwasher A beautiful washing machine but no dryer 🤷‍♂️ Very noisy fridge, have a good night

This was a great place to stay, very cozy but still had room for the 7 people I went with! In a convenient spot not far from the village or the lake. Vacasa impressed me with their level of care and support throughout our time with them. I will be renting from them again.
