This bright and airy bungalow in the heart of Sedona is perfectly located with a private backyard and patio area that is fully fenced in and enclosed. It is walking distance to restaurants, Whole Foods, coffee shops, movie theater, yoga studios and much more. Whether you are coming to explore the 400+ miles of hikes and biking trails all around us, the healing of the vortexes or a special event, this home in a quiet, mature neighborhood with serene outdoor lounge space will be everything you need and more. Our gorgeously remodeled one bedroom, one bathroom private home offers an open concept with fully stocked brand-new kitchen that is not your average vacation rental! We want you to feel right at home to cook, entertain and enjoy yourself. LAYOUT INDOOR * MAIN BEDROOM: Queen bed with plush supportive mattress, silky tencel sheets, fluffy comforter and pillows, room darkening roman shades * LIVING ROOM/ADDITIONAL BEDROOM: Double twin trundle beds with comfortable mattresses, fluffy comforters and pillows, ultrasoft combed cotton sheets * BATHROOM: Tub/shower combo with great water pressure, organic fibrosoft towels, extra storage, and hair dryer. Shampoo, conditioner and soaps provided. * KITCHEN: Stocked with stainless steel state-of-the-art appliances, all the essentials and much more to prepare your favorite meals and drinks. You find quality pots and pans, baking dishes, storage containers, sharp knives, citrus juicer, blender and other gadgets you don't need but want to have, French press, Nespresso machine with milk frother and coffee pods….pretty much most anything to make your stay wonderful. * DINING: Seating for four at the gorgeous indoor as well as outdoor wood dining tables as well as three at the breakfast bar island. Fabric napkins are available if you're feeling fancy. * ENTERTAINMENT: Our high-speed internet is ready for you and all your devices in case you need to get some work done during your stay. We have a SmartTV loaded with all the many streaming apps. We also have some kids and adult board games for a break from screen time. OUTDOOR * PATIO & BACKYARD: One of our favorite things about this property (and there are many) is the zen outdoor lounge space. With tons of lounge options, hammock chairs, yoga mats/blocks, dining with propane BBQ grill, and fire pit with seating for six. Bonus: we have lots of yoga mats and blocks to meditate or get your downward dog on. We also have a laundry room off the patio available for you to use because how nice is it to come home from a trip with clean clothes? Little secret: we planted a sweet honeycrisp apple tree in the backyard so check back for fresh apples. * FRONT HOUSE: In the future the three-bedroom, two-bathroom front house will also be rentable however for now we are waiting on permits and we'll commence construction in late 2023, but don't worry NO noisy construction whatsoever will be done during your stay. We plan everything around our guests. LOCATION: The Birch Bungalows are situated in the heart of Sedona, Arizona. Minutes from uptown Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon, and the Sedona Airport. We are just 2 hours from Phoenix, Scottsdale, Sky Harbor Airport, and the Grand Canyon and 1 hour from Flagstaff Amtrak train station (highly recommend a sleeper car arrival into Northern AZ). We are 40 minutes from the old mining town of Jerome, nearby wineries and just 25 minutes from Old Town Cottonwood.

Great location, lovely space indoor and outdoor. Decor was so nice. Well equipped and nice kitchen for preparing food. Fireplace was nice touch to take chill out of the air in the mornings and evenings. Brooke and Tim have thought of all the comfort things that people need and want when travelling.

I booked this stay because it was pet friendly, only to find out a $100 fee was charged because of the pet. I get there can be a pet fee, but it was hefty. Other than that, great place.

The place was beautiful, and had everything we needed. Many vacation rentals tend to have cheaper household items like dishes, but no corners were cut here. The host was easy to reach for questions, the neighborhood is quiet and in a perfect location in west Sedona. I absolutely loved the kitchen island and the layout of the main living area. It was a comfortable place to stay for a week and would be perfect for even longer trips. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again next time I visit.

First off, I can't express how great the communication and service was from Tim! Had a couple of small issues and he was all over them and the big kicker was I left my backpack on checkout, was halfway to Phoenix and Tim called to let me know and agreed to meet me half way! Saved me a good hour+ which made it so I could be on time to my conference. He didn't have to do that but volunteered to go out of his way to help, which just doesn't happen in the VRBO world, in my experience!
The place was perfect for my wife and I. Nice bedroom, great bathroom with a well laid out sink, counter, storage area (which my wife loved), more kitchen than we could ever need, a great comfortable family room area with a hi quality Smart TV, a cool deck area and full washer and dryer, which is great!
We were only there two days so didn't take advantage of all of the amenities but appreciated all it had to offer.
Location is perfect! If you want to walk to everything, (that's really hard to do in Sedona because it's a bit spread out), you can't do that from this location, but if you are driving, it's Ideal! Away from a lot of the main traffic hustle and bustle but an easy drive to the shopping and restaurants!
Also easy to get out of town if you want to make a day trip down to Prescott or Jerome.
Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Sedona area!

We stayed in the Birch Bungalow during a visit to Sedona and found it to be perfect for us. It’s very comfortable and provided a nice respite after a busy day of hiking and exploring. There is a nice area outside and the weather was conducive to enjoying evenings outdoors. Conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved staying here.
This property truly feels like you're staying at a friend's newly renovated home. The design and attention to detail is what makes this place so special. This home is clean, modern, and stocked with everything from the kitchen appliances, the laundry facilities, all the way down to the Red Rock Park pass. The outdoor area is such a vibe and definitely the favorite part of our stay.
Brooke & Tim were amazing hosts. Their communication was superb during and leading up to our stay. The welcome binder also included insightful details about the property and great recommendations for hikes, spas & restaurants. Would definitely choose to stay at their property again!

This is one of the nicest vrbo rentals I have stayed in, and I’ve stayed in many nice ones. Very clean, very comfortable bed, well appointed with everything you need as if you were at your own home, just in beautiful Sedona. Location is a close to everything. We truly enjoyed our time at the birch bungalow in Sedona. The place was a perfect location to easily get all the beautiful hikes! Conveniently located across from Whole Foods that we allowed us to utilize the kitchen that well stocked. We will be back again to enjoy the awesome place!

We were looking for a spot in Sedona where we could bring our pup. The house was beautifully decorated and very well kitted out. It literally had everything we needed. Property was very clean which is always nice to see. Communication with the team was excellent. We would definitely return.

I’d give 10 stars if possible. They really went above & beyond with the details in the home. There’s a professionally made binder& booklet with all the necessary recommendations for dinners, lunches, and hikes. There’s a pass there at the bungalow to all parks /hikes so no need to purchase one just do t forget to bring it with you to the parks. The personal touches were outstanding inside & outside of the property. The hammock chairs outside and the outside dining area was so great for morning coffee time. The bed was very comfortable & had the same sheets that are my fave that we have at our own home (West Elm) There were even yoga matts there so I had no excuses to skip my yogas sesh. I’m looking forward to staying at another property of theirs. There’s nothing better than having everything you need right there at your fingertips. My hubby was even excited that he got to watch a college football game on the YouTubeTv app that was there. The booklet on the hiking trails helped us find the best trails. It’s the little things that make places like this even more special on our birthday trip to Sedona. We WILL be back.
P.S. there’s an apple tree out back & a few grape bushes growing along the side. I loved that ,too.

This home is truly a luxurious getaway with a cozy, relaxed vibe at every glance. Three of us stayed in this newly renovated space & loved it. We enjoyed playing records in the morning, cooking our breakfast with ease as everything we could ask for was there (even a waffle maker)!!! Our stay was in the hottest part of the year but we woke early to stretch on the lawn & had our coffee whilst relaxing in the swings on the front porch. The thoughtful care that has been put into this home is a beautiful thing. Cozy blankets, comfortable mattresses & bedding and simple lovely things everywhere.
The shower was superb and the outdoor shower is just an amazing bonus.
The location is in a sweet little neighborhood, so you definitely feel a part of the Sedona community and everything you need is within walking distance. There are some wonderful restaurants close by as well as shopping and a Whole Foods just a few feet away from your doorstep. We would definitely come back with friends to enjoy this wonderful space again. Thank you for all the care you put into this space. We so appreciated every moment we spent there and it absolutely made our trip to Sedona. See you again.

This property truly is peaceful & modern. Beautifully designed, clean & comfortable. The house is well stocked with everything you’d expect from a luxury vacation property. We loved having coffee on the patio each morning. The location is great! Located on a quiet residential street with lots of restaurants and grocery stores near by. We had an amazing stay at this oasis for the week of our wedding in Sedona. Tim and the entire team were extremely accommodating and cautious of our comfort the entire trip especially with the construction happening in the front house! Anything we needed was addressed right away! They also left us a really special gift basket for our wedding which just goes to show how much they care about their guests! The only reason I gave 4/5 for cleanliness was we did have 1 morning where we saw lots of ants in the bathroom and kitchen. After spraying inspect repellant we didn’t have any more issues the entire week! We plan to come back and I highly reccommend this adorable spot- our favorite part was the amazing patio.

Really nicely done and comfortable. Only complaint was workers showed up each morning at 7:00 am with their electric saws cutting stone. It is stated that there isn’t any work done while someone is staying on the property and that wasn’t the case for us. Workers were there all day every day.

My wife and I were visiting Sedona for our wedding anniversary. We stayed at 55 Birch B for four nights. The location was wonderful—close to all of the Sedona hikes, restaurants and wineries we planned to visit. The accommodations were excellent. Very clean and tidy space with functional kitchen and living room area for relaxing. Bonus was the outdoor space where we enjoyed cocktail hour and morning coffees with the sunrise. All in all, a great stay and the hosts (Brooke and Tim) were very responsive with any questions we had. Highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit Sedona.

The property had everything as advertised, was clean, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and cooperative throughout our stay. The rental was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We appreciated the hosts' quick response to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. Property was great! Clean, comfortable and a good location to everything. I will mention two things…the main house is under construction, it didn’t affect anything and was kinda nice that no one was there, but I think someone should have mentioned that. The other feedback I have is that there is no full length mirror in the place and it’s always nice to check yourself, even if you wear leggings every day and no makeup. Just a suggestion. Thanks for everything.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Birch Bungalow B. Firstly the bungalow was as described in both the written listing and the pictures. Such a relaxing atmosphere. The outdoor area was much appreciated after hikes. Secondly the furnishings were super comfortable, it seemed that a lot of thought went into making everything inviting for guests. Thirdly access to many trailheads were so nearby, there was even a Red Rock Pass provided to use for parking lots at the trailheads. Finally groceries (Whole Foods and Safeway) and delicious treats (Sodonuts, Starbucks and ice cream) we’re only a short walk away. Truly a gem.

This was the perfect spot for a girls weekend of hiking and relaxing! The property is well equipped, the kitchen had everything we needed. The private courtyard was our favorite spot to unwind every day! The property was centrally located, and very to close to all amenities. The check-in and check-out process was easy. Looking forward to checking out the main house when the renovation is complete- would love to return!

We absolutely loved staying here. It is located right in the heart of Sedona, so we were able to access trails, restaurants, stores, etc. within minutes. The house itself was extremely clean and well stocked with amenities. Will definitely stay here again in the future! Highly recommend staying here if you're in the Sedona area.

Everything in this house was perfectly thought out and organized. The little touches and extras really put this house over the top. I could not have asked for a better house or location to stay while in Sedona. I have already recommended it to friends and family members to stay at when they plan their trips to Sedona!

The title is because we were in the bungalow almost all three days of that part of our vacation due to us both coming down with really bad colds. We can’t tell you much about Sedona, but we can say that the bungalow was truly a “home away from home.” We had everything we needed. The bed and living room furniture were comfortable. The kitchen well stocked. It was bright and cozy at the same time. I only have two very, very small bits of feedback. Please have a box or two of Kleenex, and maybe warn everyone that the main house in front is undergoing a gut-job remodel so don’t freak out at how awful it looks when you first pull up (I nearly had a heart attack!). Once you go through the gate to the bungalow in back, it’s like a whole other comfy-cozy world!
