Located in Snowcreek Resort, the most popular and beautiful year-round resort with large green areas, mature aspen and pine trees, ponds, creeks, and a pristine meadow with walking trails, native plants, and flowers. This end unit has 3 bedrooms (including 2 master suites with en-suite bathroom), a third queen bedroom, and large loft with 2 twins and futon couch. Spacious living area, with balcony & BBQ. The lower level has 2 walk-out decks where you can sit and enjoy your coffee under iconic Mammoth aspens. Separate sitting area with large windows adjacent to the kitchen. Large dining room table to enjoy a family-style meal. It's a cozy place just perfect for a relaxing vacation, watching sunrises, or curling up with a book after a hard day of skiing or hiking. The bedrooms are spacious with ample closet space and comfortable beds. There is a washer/dryer available for guest use. The condo is roomy enough for 2 families to relax and watch a movie or enjoy a glass of wine by the cozy fireplace. For additional relaxation, visit the large community hot tub + sauna. Easily walk 50 yards to the Town Trolley with stops at Snowcreek Athletic Club, Minaret Village Shopping Center, The Village, Canyon Lodge, and Juniper Springs Resort every 20 minutes. In the winter, hop on the red line to access local mountains for a day of skiing and snowboarding. The open-air Lakes Basin Trolley leaves The Village for the Mammoth Lakes Basin every 30 minutes, stopping at most of the lakes in the Mammoth Lakes Basin and providing access to area hiking trails. Also tows a 14-bike trailer for access to cycling. 10 minute walk (0.5 miles) across Old Mammoth Road, to Snowcreek Resort Golf Course, Mammoth’s first and finest golf course, nestled between the Sherwin and Mammoth Mountain Ranges. A public, 9-hole golf course, par 35, feature some of the fastest and truest bent greens that the Eastern Sierra has to offer. We want to reassure all our guests of our commitment to your safety. Location was right at the shuttle stop and early in route so never an issue with a full bus. Parking super close. Place was perfect for two families with girl and boy teenagers having separate rooms/areas (3rd bedroom and a loft). Two real master bedrooms with comfortable beds.

We had a lovely stay at the Bennet’s place. With easy access to Mammoth trails we hiked everyday and appreciated coming back to a spacious, clean place. The house is nicely decorated and well supplied. We cooked dinner there most nights. The host was very responsive to our questions. Perfect for our family—we hope to come again!

Very nice and spacious for big families. Just a bike ride away to The village and the local markets. Very quiet. Shuttle located just when you walk out.

good size, good plan, in terms of condition somewhat dated, clean. great location with water stream walks close by and Mammoth town trolly stop just across the street. living area with kitchen are up one flight of stairs, all bedrooms downstairs.

Everything was clean and perfect, there is many beds. the tv is big to watch movies, it has Netflix, HBO Disney. amazon. So, if it is snowing a lot, you can tur on de fireplace and watch movies.

We enjoyed our weekend snowboarding at mammoth mountain. Coming back to this beautiful condo was just the relaxing evening we needed to feel well rested for our next day of adventure. Krystal was very polite and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall great experience!

Charming condo in Snowcreek that's close to shopping and restaurants. It has everything you need to make it a home away from home. The owner is very accommodating and quick to respond. We were able to check in a few hours early, which we were grateful for becasue it had just snowed. I definitely recommend this home and would happily rebook for future trips.

Bedrooms are huge, with big closets and 2 of three bathrooms oversized as well. Thank you to owners providing comfortable king & queen beds and inviting bedding! Living room has large seating couch & recliner but not quite enough for all 10. No problem, the living room is big enough and we just brought in a few of our camping chairs. We would highly recommend for large family gathering.

Awesome Place and Management
Krystal was outstanding to work with! The place is very clean and ready for guests, and they do not miss on any details. It is really really nice, with plenty of supplies and great appliances. This Manager/Owner definitely goes the extra mile to make sure every detail, small and large, is met with excellence.
The complex is quiet and peaceful and perfectly located for everything in Mammoth.
We want to make this our regular go-to place in Mammoth.

Perfect location for large family!
We absolutely loved our trip here to Mammoth. The location of this condo is perfect for traveling into town and all the big sites. There is even a creek right behind it the kids could fish in! Spacious yet cozy layout for a large group. We are already planning our next trip - definitely recommend this rental for an awesome vacation stay in this beautiful place!

The property was ideal! Well stocked with cooking items, linens, towels and toys. Krystal was very easy to communicate with and flexible regarding our stay. She was nice enough to extend our check out time due to road closures. Highly recommend!

Family fun at snowcreek
This property had all of the amenities we needed for a small family reunion. My siblings and parents had enough space to stay all together. Meals were a breeze in the well-equipped kitchen and the ski closet had sleds and snowball makers for a little winter fun. Great spot for fun family time!

Nice home setup but appliances are older. Was not allowed early checking while the unit was unoccupied. How I know? Entrance to front door was blocked by 4 foot of snow and about 10 feet distance to get to the door I had to dig out at 7pm. Soap, trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher liquid and towels, were not adequately provided. Vons run again and again. No help from owner.
