You'll never have to worry about finding a parking spot in the morning, walking too far in your ski boots, or waiting on that shuttle that never seems to be on time. When your legs have had enough for the day, venture back to the condo and soak in one of the three outdoor hot tubs, take a dip in the heated pool that overlooks the ski mountain, or warm your toes in front of the gas fireplace. Additional complex features include a fitness room, free underground parking, a poolside patio, outdoor gas grills, a conference room, and a complimentary on-call shuttle in winter. For those who might need a break from the slopes, this condo is situated in the heart of Ski Time Square, where exclusive shops and restaurants are waiting for you. Whether you prefer an intimate dinner with your significant other, fresh Mexican food, or a wood-fired pizza and beer, everything is right outside your door! The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, and underground on-site parking. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and you can shop to your heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries. Things to Know No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas. Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. Loud construction noise may be heard between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. through November 1st. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The best part is location! You are right on the slopes! Restaurants all around.
We had 5 adults and plenty of room. Beds comfy and nice gas fireplace. The indoor hot tub was not open but we took a short walk outside to the outdoor hot tubs. Felt great after a day on the slopes.
Only complaint is kitchen did not have any stocked items other than salt and pepper, 3 coffee filters and one pack of coffee. But overall would come back next month if I could!!

While the unit has not been updated in some time, it's very clean and comfortable. Location was great and just steps to the gondola. Would definitely stay here again.

I wouldn't describe it as ski in ski out, because you have to walk at least 300 feet or so to get to the snow. Good access but not ski in ski out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only complaint I have is the difficulty of unlocking the outside locker storage. You had to play and play with it to finally get it open and our kids were never able to open it by themselves. When you have all of your gear on and after a long day of skiing, the last thing you want to do is spend 3-5 min trying to get the door unlocked. At one point my husband was going find a hardware store and replace it himself. Other then that, everything was great and we would stay here again!

Everything was great except it was little hot without ac at the time of year we went. The condo was in a great location. Super easy to grab the bus into town and short walk from the gondola and many other activities. The pool was a great respite from the heat.

Hire better house cleaner. Both bedroom sheets were dirty and I had to wash the spare blankets in the closet. Convince the owner to but money back in to the property. Wall paper is falling off the walls and heaters don’t work. Location is great but will stay at a updated unit in the same complex next year.

All in all a great stay!
Brad was very responsive in answering our questions and check-in with having the code texted was perfect. We loved the location. The condo is very spacious and kitchen well stocked with pans and utensils, but the showers could use an update. All in all a great stay. Thank you!

This is our 6th visit to Steamboat, and this was by far our favorite condo. It was impeccably clean, and upon entering I knew it was going to be great for both skiing and relaxing. The kitchen has everything you need if you cook, and we loved the bar stools surrounding the counter. The location is seriously the most convenient in all of Steamboat. We loved the comfy beds and outside ski storage. Having a washer and dryer was great too! My favorite part of the unit was the big comfy leather chair that is conveniently located by the gas fireplace. We will definitely be renting this unit again!
