Excellent location. Very cute place. Very clean and comfortable. Cooking was a little challenging due to some what limited cookware but we managed to figure it out.

This was a great place for our family to stay. Very quiet residential neighborhood but walking distance to food, a market and bart. You don’t need a car but we had one and it was easy to park. The beds were very comfortable and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. I will say it’s on a steep hill and we laughed about how steep it was daily. Obviously we were visiting from a flat place.

The flat was as described, nice and roomy. Had no issues with any aspect and enjoyed our stay. Clean and quiet. Would’ve liked to find steak knives and some natural sugar, but that’s all we found lacking! It’s a little far outside the main happening areas of SF but neighborhood was nice and easy to park, which was great.

Great base for a vacation of driving around the Bay Area (though for non-drivers it’s also maybe a 10 minute walk from Glen Park BART, for people who are fine with hills ). Easy check in. Quiet neighborhood—just south of Noe Valley and the Mission, it is not near any tourist attractions but the rest of the city and area is easy to reach by BART or driving. Glen Park is a low key residential neighborhood, but a restaurant like Gialina, where we ate one evening, is a great sampling of how even simple neighborhood places in SF sometimes serve fantastic food. Street parking is easy though my rental car had a hard time not sliding back the hill as I went from park to drive—with attention to street cleaning signs, parking nearby on a gentler slope is easy. The house is well-equipped with kitchen things and a gourmet grocery market is just down the hill for necessities and indulgences. The common space is small but pleasant; there’s a kitchen counter to sit at for breakfast or a two person dinner, and a living room, but no dining room table. It was a great space for two friends but would be a bit tighter for two couples.
My only quibble is that it listed a washer and dryer and that didn’t appear to be available; that wasn’t crucial for us.
Overall, this was a well stocked, stylish, clean, cozy apartment that made a great base of operations for our Bay Area adventures.

We loved this place! It’s charming, well appointed, there is ample parking, and a fabulous grocery store within walking distance!
I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit San Francisco from a quaint neighborhood.

The place was super nice! We loved the backyard and the beds were very comfortable. About a 15-20 minute Uber ride to downtown/touristy areas. Glen Park is a cute area that gives off a small town feel. Felt very safe walking around there, even at night. Communication with host was great!

This is a very well furnished and comfortable flat in a really nice neighbourhood – away from the bustle of the centre, but a very quick trip right to the heart of the city on the rapid transit. Glen Park definitely feels like an up-and-coming neighbourhood, a beautiful Canyon walk very close to the house and nice shops and restaurants within five minutes walk.

My family stayed here while visiting me in San Francisco and had a great time! The home was as described, nice and bright, and had everything they needed. The host, Jon, was communicative and responsive. And the location can't be beat! A couple blocks from Glen Canyon (a beautiful spot for hiking, walking, and a great playground) as well as a few blocks from Glen Park Village which has a number of amenities-- local market/groceries, coffee shops, restaurants, a bookstore. You won't be disappointed!

My friend & I (two late forties women) came for an exploration long weekend. The house was near public transit & central to all the things. The neighborhood is clean, safe & cute. We stayed here for a couple of nights and had chosen this property as the starting tour for our SFO adventure. We found everything very well equipped and clean with lots of very helpful details which you might not find in other objects (starting with kitchen amenities). A clear recommendation from our side.

This was a fantastic home in a perfect location close to highways for easy maneuvering around the city. The home is spotless, bright and filled with all the thoughtful amenities. The backyard is a welcome surprise of fruit trees, flowers and a beautiful view. The evenings are so quiet and we slept restfully. I can’t wait to book again. Thank you Jon for opening your lovely home to us as we enjoyed a Yankees baseball weekend!

John was a great host and his home was the perfect place to stay. The house has a great layout with lots of natural light and comfortable beds. With a deck leading out to a backyard full of fruit trees and space to run my toddler was in heaven.
Highly recommend. Thanks Jon!

Family vacation in SF
Our family of five stayed at Jonathan’s place for 3 nights. We were visiting the area from the east coast, ultimately moving our oldest child to Palo Alto. Jonathan was an excellent and very responsive host. The apartment was clean and bright. The beds were comfortable. We loved the small shopping district nearby and especially enjoyed the Canyon Market. We didn’t really prepare meals in the apartment with the exception of simple breakfast fare. We found the apartment to be comfortable and sufficient for our needs as we spent a lot of time outdoors and sightseeing.

4 night stay while visiting from UK
This was a lovely apartment in a very nice, quiet residential area. The BART station is only a short walk and so very easy to get into the heart of San Francisco or to and from SFO airport. Jon was a very good host, easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any queries. Very comfortable beds, and the apartment provided everything that we needed for an enjoyable stay. It is on quite a steep hill, but only a short walk up it, and was no problem at all to us (we're aged 53 & 48yrs). Would recommend this accommodation without hesitation. Thanks Jon for a wonderful stay.

This space is charming, comfortable, and in a cute neighborhood. It is so quiet. The backyard is a garden oasis. Walking distance to the market, coffee shops, restaurants and a delightful book store that hosts concerts on the weekend. The Bart is right there too, making it easy to get anywhere in the Bay area. Well equipped kitchen and nice amenities in the bathroom. Loved our stay and we'll be back.

Exactly as Advertised!
We had an absolutely outstanding experience at this property! As a host, Jon was amazing! He was very attentive to anything we asked, and was quick to respond! It has everything you need in terms of accommodations and the one thing that really stood out was the comfort of the beds. The neighborhood was perfect, and most importantly, there was plenty of street parking available to us. This property definitely needs to be on your radar if you're looking for a place to stay in SF!
