The great room offers plenty of seating around a true wood-burning stove and large flat-screen smart-tv with cable. Head upstairs to find 4 well-appointed bedrooms complete with all necessities. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed with attached en-suite remodeled bathroom. Head into the first guest suite and find two twin beds with beautiful western views. Down the hall you will find two additional guest suites, each with queen sized beds, and a second remodeled bathroom. On the main level, you have access to the massive jacuzzi hot tub with breath taking views of the Yampa Valley. Sit back in the tub with your group and take in a gorgeous sunset as you relax from the day with a beverage. Down the stairs you'll find the den and kids room, complete with a bunk-bed and trundle. This room is perfect for the young ones to play games and tell stories. The lower level Den area has a 48" Smart TV and a gas-fired stove that also serves as a heat source for the boot station. Please note: Exterior surveillance cameras in-use 24/7 to protect the property. Any recorded footage will be deleted, when deemed no longer necessary.
