To enter, guests will climb one flight of exterior stairs from the parking lot level before reaching the main entrance. Upon entering the home, guests will find all three bedrooms on the main level while the living space is up a flight of stairs. The great room and living space have amazing vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in plenty of light. The living room has a sectional sofa, flatscreen TV, DVD player, games, books and a gas fireplace. The space is accentuated by a wall of windows with sliding doors that lead to a private deck with stunning views of Ajax Peak, the Beaver Pond and the rest of the box canyon. The living room is open to the dining room, which has a large table with seating for six and an additional three seats at the breakfast bar. The dining room flows seamlessly into the kitchen, which has granite counters, a microwave, kettle, coffeepot, blender, crockpot, toaster oven and all of the utensils needed to complete any meal. There is a corner desk off the kitchen, as well as a second entrance to the condo. The three bedrooms are located down the flight of stairs on the entry-level of the home. The master bedroom is located at the end of the hall with amazing views of Ajax Peak! The room has a king bed, flatscreen TV and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a large granite single vanity with a step-in shower with a glass enclosure. The second bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
