On this main level, you will find a large living room with a leather queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. Next to the living room is a full kitchen with updated appliances, granite countertops, and a dining area with seating for eight guests. A half bath is located next to the kitchen as well. There is a small porch off of the front door that has seating and a gas grill. Going upstairs you will find the master bedroom suite with a queen bed and large windows facing south and a walk-in closet. There is an ensuite bathroom in the master with double sinks, a steam shower, and a jetted tub. Downstairs is the second bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single sink and separate shower. Down the hallway is the third bedroom with a twin bed and a full bed. Also on this lower level a full bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub combo. A closet under the staircase houses the private washer and dryer. The Pacific Street Townhomes are located in the heart of Telluride, just two short blocks to Lift 8 and the gondola station as well as Main Street (Colorado Avenue). Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
