Past the bedroom, there is a tastefully done vanity area with under-the-counter lighting and plenty of space on the countertop. The enclosed bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Across from the bathroom is a stackable washer/dryer and a storage closet. Down the hall is a kitchenette area with high-end finishes. The kitchenette includes a bar sink, two-burner cooktop, mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave/convection oven and toaster oven, and is fully stocked with dishes and limited cookware. Next to the kitchenette is the main living space, complete with a dining table and seating for three and a couch and relaxing area. The living room has a double sofa-sleeper, flatscreen TV and amazing views over the San Miguel River from the windows. Double-doors open to a deck that offers a seating area and the same amazing views. The Viking Lodge has a year-round pool, hot tub, charcoal grills, and common area laundry with coin-operated washers and dryers. No pets are permitted, per HOA rules. The Viking Lodge is just 200 yards from Lift #7 and the free in-town shuttle stops outside of the complex. Town Park, historic downtown Telluride and the grocery store are just a short walk away. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
