The hotel charged $36 for parking and $9 for coffee. They nickel and dime everything. The worst part is two guys made fun of me and some weird guy followed my friend and I to our room. We were very scared. The view is nice, the safety isn’t & it’s not work $300 bills.

Absolutely Amazing, room was huge and extremely comfortable and staff was the nicest i have experienced in a long time, definitely will stay here again

The room pictured on the Hotels.com website was NOT the room we received. The room pictured was already booked so we had to stay in a smaller room. The room pictured, that we were expecting, had a kitchen area and large table. Ours had neither. The room was dated and not well cleaned. There was thick dust on the lights and some ledges. The shower curtain was stained, but not as badly as the carpet. My child’s white socks were dirty after walking around in the carpet. We stayed out of necessity. If I did not have to attend an event at the hotel, I would have gone to another. The staff was kind and friendly, but the hotel needs a thorough cleaning or a remodel.

Room and public spaces exceptionally clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Only problem, a maid accidentally removed our owned cut glass drinking glasses which are always with us on our travels. It is being investigated.

The Sheraton is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Pittsburgh. Not only is it a beautiful and clean hotel but the convenience of location is ideal. The only issues we faced during our stay was that the bathroom had a few utilities not working. Other than that it was a great stay. Would definitely go back.

The fact that we had to pay $30 to Park overnight was absolutely ridiculous.

This hotel is in the Station Square neighborhood and overlooks the Monongahela River and downtown. Station Square has lots of restaurants and recreational activities (weather permitting). The hotel contains hundreds of rooms, a restaurant and bar, fitness center, indoor swimming pool, business center and conference rooms, convenience store, etc. Guests may pay $30 per day to park their vehicle in a lot.
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The employees at the front desk were polite. Our room was remodeled and clean, but it had some minor maintenance issues. We called the front desk about a missing screw on the door lock, and within minutes, a friendly maintenance person fixed it. We enjoyed the 40-inch television, mini fridge, comfortable bed, table and chairs, many outlets, and hot water with good pressure.

Everything was great about this place! Staff, food, amenities. I would say if you are a light sleeper be prepared for the trains and the noise outside of your room. The doors shut hard and you can hear people talking/yelling. Other than that it was great!

It’s a really beautiful hotel. Unfortunately the floor we had there was a lot of kids running up and down the hall. Their parent were just sitting down and the kids running wild we just wanted some rest but that wasn’t really posible.

Had a hiccup when checking in, but that was an issue on Hotels.com's behalf.
Room was very clean, smelled good, comfy bed and beautiful city view. Thin walls. The bathroom is pretty tiny, and higher level floors might have water pressure issues in the shower. Floor 11 ice machine was broken during our stay.
The Factory team is great. We didn't try anything from the kitchen but it smelled delicous & the drinks were great.
I left something in the room after checking out, and they gave the options to ship it out to me or pickup at the front desk.

Sound proof not so much. Came back to our room after dinner and when I opened our door i thought we left the tv on...nope. then I thought someone was in our room...nope. it was coming from the room next door. Even after that I would stay again.

Everything was great except the pool was filthy and falling apart. Big disappointment on that front.

Wonderful staff, amazing food, beautiful room. Just a little disappointed they weren't able to show the Penguins hockey game on their TVs.

Could not connect to internet, noise, and extremely overpriced for the location

A 2 star hotel experience at a 4 star price, overall a fairly bad experience. The toilet was not cleaned fully, and the shower was out of body wash. The room was overpriced, $215(fees included)for a king bed on the 4th floor with a bad view.
Called ahead to ask about the parking situation and was connected to an out of country call center. The guy quoted $10 for overnight parking, the actual cost they charged me was $30.
The location of the hotel is great though, in a good part of the city and only a few minute walk to the cable car that takes you to mount Washington.

Check in was quick and easy. Front desk was polite and helpful. Room was super clean. The shower was amazing. The breakfast buffet was reasonable and good, and the waitress was great (and funny). The only recommendation I can make is that the room temperature could have been a touch cooler. Thank you.
